If you mean while making, probably Herschel. He started rather serious and just… a detective but I slowly made him very goofy and weird. If you mean in the story, I’m not completely sure. Most of my characters in Orbit Of Thieves (the thing I’m actually writing) don’t have much of a plan for their arc yet. I’d probably have to say Io, who starts a sad little ex-thief and will end a rich (?) dude who’s basically doing whatever he wants

I love lying to kids. It's so fun. My coworker's daughter said she speaks 2 languages and I said I spoke 17,000 and she narrowed her eyes at me and was like "... no you don't" and it was the cutest thing.

The last time I saw her I told her I was a "half-magician" that can only do 50% of a trick, and I showed her how I can tear a piece of paper in two but can't make it come back together, and she got soooo annoyed with me. Absolutely adorable. Lying to children is the best

I don’t know if other’s will agree but it is an active struggle to keep a character straight. It’s so boring, if I want flm/mlf then I can just make them pan or heteroromantic ace or bisexual or all the options. Like, I originally made my story desperately trying to make at least the main character straight for once but whoops now he has an trans muscular tattoo artist/mechanic/criminal ex-boyfriend .-.

This is not a tech company, or paid promotion. It’s just me helping out a friend by getting as many survey responses as possible. We all know how good Tumblr can be about spreading polls, so I hope this won’t be any different!

In the words of my friend:

“A developer coworker and I are considering developing a writing app. But we have a ton of ideas and need to narrow things down. Plus, we want to build this app with feedback from writers from day one and really make a community out of it.”
