Vaganova Academy Spō.

Established in St. Petersburg in 1735 as Imperial Ballet School and renamed in honor of the pedagogue Agrippina Vaganova, the Vaganova Ballet Academy is among the most prestigious and influential ballet institutions worldwide.

Many of the world's leading ballet schools have adopted elements of the Vaganova method into their own training.

Not promoting anything, just sharing information.

I found the h31ght/w31ght chart of the Bolshoi Ballet School in Moscow, which is equally as famous as the Vaganova Academy.

They teach the Vaganova Method so I assume there are similar requirements for the Vaganova students.

According to the chart my maximum w31ght would be 49,3 kg + 2 kg = 51,3 kg.

I was 52 at my lw last year, I’m highly triggered lol

i just feel like slavic dolling my way towards this winter by just eating borscht with no meat until my thighs and calves look no longer bolshoi as in "big", but bolshoi as in "Bolshoi ballet academy"
