Silly Moshang idea where Shang Qinghua just gets to stressed and needs a break but knows no ones going to let him have one so he's like 'well fuck it then i'm taking a vacation' and goes to Mobei Jun like 'My King can you please kidnap me for a little while? I'll just stay in my room at the palace I won't brother you! I already planned out when you could do it ect'

And Mobei Jun is just there looking at kidnapping plans blue screening because Shang Qinghua did you just arrange your own bridnapping?? was he impatient had Mobei Jun taken to long?' he's just staring at plans and suddenly very embarrassed and yes he'll do this but he's planning the wedding and he will show Shang Qinghua that he's capable trust him. Shang Qinghua isn't allowed to plan anything.

So Shang QInghua is just chilling in Northern palace enjoying a break from paperwork unaware that Mobei Jun is running around trying to arrange a wedding and not realizing that he basically arranged his own proposal.

I know binghe is supposed to be impossibly handsome and everything, but I wish we got to see more of his awkward teenage years. We don't really get the chance bc of the timeskip to when he's seventeen and because sqq's narration is super biased anyway, but no teenager looks perfect all the time even if they grow up to be a bombshell. I want to see art of him when he's had a growth spurt but hasn't filled out enough so he's just all long limbs and awkward proportions. I want him to get an acne breakout that makes him immediately run to ning yingying, completely distraught and asking her about concealer so that shizun doesn't see him like this. Sure adult binghe has a smooth and charming voice, but what about those teenage voice cracks that absolutely mortify him? I think it's humbling
