Tips to avoid unprofessional behavior at your workplace
A few weeks ago, I did a poll on LinkedIn. I asked people what they thought was the most unprofessional thing someone could do at work. I gave them four options. The first was talking about coworkers, the second was taking credit for someone else's work, and the third was promoting yourself.
The fourth one talked about personal things, like one person's behavior that stood out from the rest and made them seem very unprofessional at work.

I'll start with number seven, then move on to number one, which is the last one. Seventh on the list of the most unprofessional things you can do at work is monopolizing meetings. You may have met a "monopolizing martin" in one of the meetings you've been to, someone who takes up all the talking time in the meeting and never lets anyone else speak.
It's all about them and what they think and what they want. I think you get the point: when Martin talks too much, he forgets that meetings are a team effort and that everyone needs time to talk and that everyone's ideas and opinions matter. He forgets that to find the best ideas, you need different points of view. This means that everyone in the meeting needs to share their thoughts and ideas, so don't be a monopolizing Martin at your next meeting. This is a very unprofessional thing to do.

1. What is Ketosis?
Ketosis is a metabolic state where ketone bodies (a type of fat) become the primary fuel source for the brain instead of glucose. The easiest way to tell if you're in ketosis is by using an app called Keto Diet Tracker. It's free and tracks what you eat and drink throughout the day. Online learning is killing education
On my experience in the lecture model of education that's where we talk at people for really long periods of time gives them some textbooks to read and then give them a test, that's what I did,I talked at people kind of like right now that was my original sin but I didn't stop there years later. when I was working as an education consultant. i was asked to design some e-learning. I hadn't done that before and you'll never guess how I went about it by injecting all the same terrible intuitions into it and it looks something like this a virtual instructor in front of a virtual whiteboard delivering virtual bullet points. I’m pretty sure when we thought of using virtual reality and education this isn't what we had in mind unfortunately this is what e-learning looks like today.
No one's learning anything from it. think about how absurd that is so how did we get here well. I talked about intuition but let's actually go a little bit deeper our earliest instincts around education are actually based on storytelling we know this from archaeological data people telling other people stories people teaching other people using human stories it's how we learned and it's how we communicated fast forward 40 000 years we now have beautiful scalable mobile enabled e-learning that we can use to teach people on opposite ends of the world the same thing at the same time but somewhere between the caves and the clicking we got so focused on building this technology that we forgot about the one and only thing that matters in education the people e-learning can be used to teach everyone everywhere good hygiene practices to stop the spread of disease. e-learning can be used to teach everyone everywhere sustainable living practices to combat the climate crisis.

I think it's important to take what you hear about personal finance with a grain of salt and secondly studying more about personal finance much like most self-development topics should be done in a very guilt-free environment everyone makes mistakes and may let things slip by if you are in that situation you're not alone and we're all in the learning process together okay so usually. if you're starting out with personal finance, there are three recommended goals you should prioritize building an emergency fund starting budgeting and tracking your expenses and getting rid of debt regarding this last point. let's talking about the emergency fund. A full emergency fund should vary between 3 to 6 months of expenses. you need your emergency fund because life is unpredictable , there are sometimes incredibly large and unforeseen expenses that may throw you off balance for many specialists on personal finance the emergency fund should be your first goal .if you're started on this path also you should always have your emergency fund fully stocked that means, that if for some reason you need to use your fund all of your saving priorities for other secondary goals should be dropped to restock the emergency fund again. this is a fun part ,I have a lot to say about this budgeting and tracking more than specific goals you need to achieve are habits you should start strengthening and implementing early on if you're feeling a bit lost as to where your money is going i highly suggest you to regularly track your expenses this may seem completely useless at first since you're probably just either copying your expenses from your banking extracts or manually filling in, where you spend your pocket money but more than compiling numbers tracking your expenses is like scanning your spending habits .
