You’re right about all of it. I do fear connecting with my spirit guides wondering if I will be able to do it or it’s all in my head etc. I am a massive overthinker and have been overthinking my entire life. So…I tend to overthink signs too. And, yes, the spiritual part is massive I remember being afraid to pick up tarot because of what my family would think or say and I usually follow everything they want from me. My family means well and didn’t mind when I got into tarot, but I always had that feeling of fear…like what if I am doing something wrong which goes back to my fear of change and connecting with my spirit guides. And…discipline yeah, I reallyyy need to work on that. That’s reassuring that my spirit guides are with me, I worry that I push them away sometimes…
