This is my wife's page that she was quite active on until recently. She has attempted suicide and in inpatient care for 2 weeks. Her psychiatrist has not filed the necessary papers to get her approved for short term disability even though she has already had the work leave approved (securing her job) and we provided him the papers...3 times! So we have fallen into major debt (looking at a negative bank account). She is going to daily therapy at the hospital and has been diagnosed with Manic Depressive Disorder as well as Social Anxiety Disorder.
