34 h into my fâst and I'm literally not hungry. Like AT ALL, one's you go into ketosis the hunger goes away and the cravings too, it's like staying up late and at a certain time you aren't tired anymore

The plan was to fâst till Friday evening but I will probably eat later in the day today because my Mum and I want to go to a concert today and I want to experience it normally and not in this kinda "high" and lightheaded why lol

Any tips for fæsting while you working? cause I'm already so tired at the moment cause I live in a country where it's 24/7 grey in this season and then work also drowns me, and without fœd I get so tired and exhausted
