I haven’t yet reached my goal weight, I’m useless I know. I’m back up to 150.2lbs. I can’t believe it. I was doing so good then just tanked. All I want is to look good in a bikini. Why is that so hard to achieve? I’ve started drinking lemon lime water again. I even got cucumber to make cucumber water and I HATE cucumbers. Maybe this and all the cleaning I’m about to do will help. Gotta loose ten pounds before August. Fuck.

I have a real problem with eating until I'm full and then I KEEP EATING to the point I'm overstuffed and feel sick. Then I snack throughout the day. If I could eat my meals, snack once a day on something healthy and then do my workouts I would be happy. Even if I wasn't loosing weight just to have a routine that I was able to stick with would be fantastic. Current weight: 148.8lbs Weight @ last weigh [7.1.2017]: 156.7lbs Total weightloss so far: 8lbs Goal weight: 110lbs Weight to loose: 38.8lbs
