30. Dust: something angsty didn't seem appealing to me so i decided to take inspiration from the chris fleming 'company is coming' video.

31. Halloween Costume: i couldn't decide what costume to do here so i decided to go with last year's halloween newsletter, the story i came up with is that these four agreed to do an outfit swap for their costumes but only frisk and papyrus actually followed through.

26. Crossover: loved working on this one, i decided to do a crossover with dnd where papyrus is a warlock with flowey as his patron, this specifically is heavily inspired by @sunshinewarlock's warlock oc Lance who is also a very good and sometimes Morally Confused boy.

27. Spooky Scary: i have this pic of a skull i saved back in 2019 and photoshopped to have papyrus' features bc i wanted to have a better idea of what he'd look like in a live-action setting and that became the reference for this prompt.

25. Stargazing: sorta a followup to prompt 10 (pranked) sans decides to genuinely share his hobby with papyrus.

Paptober #2: “SWEETS”

Okay, second paptober post for today! Let’s hope I can keep it up for tomorrow.

This theme reminds me of the grillbys fact about papyrus, that hot chocolate is one of the things he’s able to stomach there.

He enjoys the hot chocolate but I’d like to think he wants as little direct contact with the surfaces there as possible, who knows what grease is on that seat and bar, so he’s doing some hovering exercise as well lol.

Day 5 - Puzzling

i was on prompt 28 'Belief' and couldn't figure out an idea for what to draw for it that actually spoke to me, then i noticed today's prompt halloween party was next and had Such a Stupid idea that i absolutely Had to draw it.

i've been enjoying paptober a lot but i think these are my favorites so far :D

17. Fracture/18. Workout+Training: undyne unfortunately doesn't have papyrus' level of self-control and accidents do happen from time to time.

19. CoolSkeleton95 post: "IN THE HOSPITAL WITH @/STRONGFISH91! DID YOU KNOW SKELETONS CANNOT GET BRAIN DAMAGE? BECAUSE WE DO NOT HAVE ONE! NYEH HEH HEH!"

20. Dancefloor: i don't know if she originated the idea but a while back i read dirty laundry by popatochisssp and in that papyrus and sans' time in snowdin prompted them to learn how to ice skate, i think that's an Awesome concept and it served as the inspo here.

21. Dating Start!: papyrus helps undyne prepare for a date night with alphys and it Goes Awry.

13. Carnival/Festival: papyrus decided to try his hand at the surface festivities tradition of caramel apples and facepaint.

14. Magical: i couldn't really figure out what to do with this so i went a bit more abstract, i just think it's neat to think about how papyrus is most proficient in cyan/patience and blue/integrity magic.

15. Hotrod/Ride: papyrus' car is out of commission so sans is his temporary chauffeur.

16. A Human! : just fun shenanigans with frisk.

prompt 6: Meddling Pet, i legitimately did this next by accident but it worked out bc i wanted to showcase the consequences of whatever papyrus and flowey's plottings were, also fun sequel to prompt 3.

prompt 8: Hero, papyrus getting the praise he deserves.

prompt 9: Surface Life, lookit that cool dude go.

prompt 10: Pranked, extremely classic scenario.

prompt 11: Sleepy, i couldn't decide whether to have papyrus swaying on his feet or in a nightcap and pajamas snork mimimi-style and my friend suggested both, they are Very smart.

prompt 12: Statue, decided to go with papyrus' snow sculpture.
