Fanfic prompt : You know how there is this headcanon that twilight would never eat or kill another wolf because he considers it inhumane and wrong

I think that legend does the exact opposite and is with full serial killer vibes raising livestock bunnies

Why, because it is cursed (Ravio was in tears)

Like he definitely eats his kin as a display of dominance

(Bunnies are in reality genuinely bastards the cute baby myth is a lie they throw members of their group under the bus daily)

He has them in good outdoor conditions with a very secure cage and good range to walk in and toys … yet stares at them from outside with worrying intent in his eyes

He chills with them and talks with them (in rabbit form)…, then fucking eats them in rabbit stew the next day

He runs the rabbit farm like he is some demonic entity demanding sacrifice in return for safety and comfort (cult of the lamb style)

And they actually listen to his demands and willingly choose to be sacrificed

While Time was really impressed by his farming skills along with the orchard of apple trees

(They exchanged Recipe for apple cinder and rabbit stew)

And the rest of the chain didn’t really care beyond the fact that they can snuggle buns (it was windy's best day ever lol)

Or Wild just seeing easy food to prepare

While sky and twilight are fucking terrified and deeply uncomfortable by Legend's cult of buns who all are kinda chill with it

Sky genuinely cringed when he saw legend hand Wild a bun with eating intent

Twilight literally just skipped the food that time because seeing legend next to him munching on his cult members like it was acceptable killed his appetite severely

He could never look at legend the same way again that rabbit farm tainted his perception for the rest of time

In the oracle of ages game link fights a villainess named Veran

Who had nothing better to do like the average side villain than try bringing back ganon by lighting the flame of sorrow

And Veran looks like time guardian Cia from hyrule warriors with an even more horrendous fashion sense

Like look at this

They look HORRIBLE (and are definitely banned from hytopia ) but they look eerily similar and are both dark sorceresses

And the worst part they are both timeline abusers who recklessly annihilate time like nobody’s business

And the way they interact with link is similar but different … Veran is all about child abuse just for the fun of it (like girl wanted to kill a helpless baby … CANONICALLY NO FUCKING JOKE )

Cia actually tried to get ganon back and break the seals separating ganon's soul

Veran lighted only the flame of sorrow and left the flame of destruction and despair to ganon's moms and general onox.

The flames all lighted will bring back ganon at the expense of Zelda’s life

So imagine the sheer horror in war's face if legend tells him about the eccentric looking dark time abusing witch who possessed the time guardian and along with other villains tried to bring back ganon and messed up time during it who also tried to kill him when he was a literal baby and also tried to sacrifice Zelda

Uncomfortably familiar

And somehow even worse than even his own war of eras

Did cia fuck around with time more than just his own era !?!?!

Was that witch Veran also Cia!?!?

The answer to legend’s eye color would be ‘yes’ (four conspiracy theorized too much and completely missed the obvious answer)

I heard the argument about legend's eye color

But that gave me a hilarious idea

Fanfic prompt :

Legend's eye color changes depending on magic circumstances

It is red if there is prominent dark magic actually surrounding him (lorule , dark world , twilight realm , etc)

It is blue when he is in an area with a lot of light magic because it is strong enough to nullify or repress the effects of dark magic (sacred realm, fairy fountain near a light guardian)

And violet when both magic sources are around but prone to changing depending on how much of what magic is around ( Hyrule kingdom by default)

And green when he is near a water source or actually wet because the mermaid curse is pretty green looking in the oracle game and even more prone to changing

And depending upon who he is close to it also gets influenced (like with Hyrule he has blue eyes or violet, with twilight because of the twilight shard red eyes or violet , with sky blue eyes again, with warriors, time and wind violet eyes and if it is raining he has green eyes)

So image what sort of reaction four would have if he sees legend's eye colors rotate that way (green, red , violet and blue)

He freaked the hell out because legend mentioned that he retrieved the four sword once

And he very inconspicuously (it was not inconspicuous no matter how much Vio is in denial about it) tries to conspiracy theorist through it

But it is barely noticeable that they stay consistent because how the chain is close together anyway if you don’t search for it

Like he will have violet eyes then twilight would run up and they go red and sky and hyrule join as well so now they are blue and then he takes a sip of water and they go green then twilight moves away a bit and they go back to violet or blue

And if they fight monsters they are usually red or violet

This made four think that legend's colors are different from his in temperament

Legend's red obviously seems more like a fighter than four's (that kinda annoyed blue that his color rarely shows up in battle but when Hyrule and legend are being cuddly guess what , blue is there )

Legend's violet is way to social in comparison to four's (and much more snarky as well but that is just because he always has violet eyes when he and warriors interact , hyrule and sky tend to leave them to their teasing)

And legend's green seems to badly be around for anything but a meal or a break (soup is their only kind off meals so obviously his eyes turn green over water heavy stuff and also them messing around in rivers)

And how fast legend seem to change from one to another color is really worrying to four because that must be exhausting and confusing to pass around control this often without stopping once for an actual duration of time

And he tries to teach legend how to use the four sword but he having heavy trauma keeps pushing away lessons (I still decades later never recovered from the fight against the dark colors it is genuinely harder to beat then ganon )

So four tries to even harder

(While completely missing the fact that legend in fact cannot use the four sword (as it is pretty much useless in link to the past) nor has he ever used it)

Four tries so aggressively to bond with his probably successor that it makes twilight’s desperate attempts to connect with time look like nothing

He wants to fix this mess of a four sword user as soon as he can but legend actually has to trust him with the four sword stuff (which legend obviously wants to take to his grave for entirely different reasons because damn he killed the little guy and four seems to know that and it makes him feel horrible that four actually is such a nice person , why must he be so insistent on knowing what happened to the four sword)

So they dance around each other so aggressively that even wild and twilight find it impossible (a real pot , kettle situation they are totally not Better)

Time is like a river (and fierce deity is straight up drowning in him)

Fanfic prompt :The good old horror of time using the ocarina or someone else using it is well known

But I think that it could get worse

Like for example if time hands the ocarina over to one of the other links

As they can turn back time for essentially eternity if they can mentally keep up (or not it would still work)

Them dying doesn’t actually make a difference

If legend for example after a literal eternity of looping back dies

What even changes ?

All that changes is the fact that someone else might take the ocarina to travel back in time

Now wind or warriors or any other link gets to do the exact same thing

But this character hasn’t lived the same memory of the first one even if legend told them that he comes from the future they literally can’t comprehend his memories because they haven’t lived them he could never hope to tell them Literally EVERY single outcome of all his attempts that physically could not be possible/especially if we included genuine eternities of looping back to fix stuff like making a list is not possible if it keeps going on for eternity

This eternal loop might actually be much worse because if legend dies then time (the construct) would be at square one

And legend's progress on finding ways to escape the loop would die with him

Who ever takes the ocarina next only needs to die once to get legend to take the ocarina back and he will be back with trying already long done methods again and again (he could never know that he did them already because he literally hasn’t yet by this point he will eternally be set to a very limited amount of options he will keep retrying and retrying and retrying endlessly)

The true horror in time travel is the possibility that you can’t escape because even if you know you are in one , you could have tried every option to ever exist and you wouldn’t even know how many times you tried it you cannot imagine something new if you keep losing the memory that you have already tried the past options

Because for all people think time is linear they don’t act like it is

If we think we will change the past if we fuck around and find out…

IF the timeline truly was linear then it would have already accounted for the fucking around with it and by assuming that you could potentially mess it up you SEVERELY limit your understanding and options

A good example is a river that flows down a mountain

No matter how hard you try to push it back it will just keep flowing down and continue on it will carve into the mountain and have its favored path

Trying to stop it with a dam only stops it for a while… at some point it overflows and it goes back to linearly flow downwards

Maybe the patterns it takes change a bit when you put your hand inside but the water downstream literally won’t be affected by you because it ALREADY is down there

To stop the stream in a way that truly stops it like pushing all the water back up even if you manage it the second you stop pushing it upstream it will just flow back into the carved out paths and the water is back at the bottom

To take a different option is literally impossible

You can’t try something you yourself are incapable of thinking about doing

Even if you try for eternity you are limited by your own mortality

If you are trapped then you are trapped (if you escape then you never where trapped in the first place)

The options are incredibly limited in time travel every time you forget you take them again

But now comes the part… that is genuinely terrifying to consider

The way majora's mask is defeated would be literally impossible without some entity that remembers every failure

Because we tend to suck at games (nobody can play a game without knowing how it works without dying at least once )

So every time link dies he is back to his limited amount of options with no memory of every having taken them, …

But we aren’t we can get better at the game and figure out stuff

Like fierce deity literally takes several cycles to get even if you never die

But realistically you couldn’t have known better if you didn’t know the game in some way (be it reading up a guide or trying it out )

But how can link know to try something in different ways or order whenever he dies

Like changing quests and figuring out where to go is not something that you can do on the first try

We are essentially the entity who has a collective of link's memory (I like to think that fierce deity is a representation of this collective memory)

So if time has the fierce deity to tell him to take another option (by force or otherwise)

He can break out because he can actually take another option

He might not even know that he is taking another option but he certainly can do so with the fierce deity's help

While the rest of the links are literally toddling around like kids indefinitely

Passing the ocarina back and forth not gaining any insight on how to get out the timeloop

Instead of retrying a certain set of options over and over again in repetition

Time could eventually use the fierce deity to get out the loop

If the option they need to escape isn’t figured out during the first loop where a character has their memory still

It literally won’t be figured out by the next loop or any other loop

Honestly that collective would totally make fierce deity’s actions and existence horrifying

It would literally have several millennia of the hero of time’s memory of past attempts and failures

Be it time biting the dust day one in majora’s mask twenty times over till it made him figure out stuff because it has the experience to do better or time retrying during linked universe for the five hundred time

He might not know just how often he had done that but the fierce deity surly does

And it’s gamer rage is totally justified because how often can someone suck at the same thing with losing their god damned mind

We as players tend to get incredibly frustrated when we fail over and over yet outright living the situation that link is in would be a completely different kind of painful because fierce deity wouldn’t just be looking at the happenings

I would say that wind , legend but not twilight would know

Because wind's hyrule is a restart essentially so that era might actually bother finding out the world is round and the sailor bit because they do need to account for the slight curvature of the earth when sailing (also because they had an industrial revolution like canonically during spirit tracks)

Legend's hyrule also had a slight restart because political tension and also because previously time either failed or just barley won (usually a good motivator to find out truths in spite)

Twilight's hyrule doesn’t have a period of fuck around and find out so they probably never bothered to find out anything new

Time gives me the vibes that he also doesn’t know

Four probably is still in the we don’t change knowledge that was discovered already era (so he full heartedly believes everything that happened to be “discovered” because why question it if it makes sense )

Would be hilarious if sky actually knows because sky loft is close to the sun anyway

And his successors all misunderstood something

Warriors and Wild are in the find out era of science as a result of every other timeline

i think for sure Wild is in the most scientifically advanced era so he knows the world is round

Time is legend's successor (egg =chicken paradox way )

Fanfic prompt: A thing I noticed about the timeline is the fact that several entries are missing from the current version of the timeline

And with echoes of wisdom also existing

I just had a funny gruesome take on the timeline

Considering that in link to the past there are literally two endings (which already creates a different branch in the downfall timeline if we talk technicality)

Being one where link beats the hell out of the four shades of the four swords palace and snatched the four sword as an accessory (if you buy four swords adventure for the gba as well as link to the past)

And the other being the normal run of link to the past without the bonus temple

Like technically that already would break the timeline up into more branches (for the downfall timeline)

So what if echoes of wisdom and adventure of link lay on those two timelines lol

Like one where the total downfall happened being adventure of link

And one with echoes of wisdom that had an opportunity to regain its power… and also beat the shit out of null

That way both fit in while also taking the bonus temple into consideration

With that what if echo and hyrule are both legend's successors the same way that twilight , wind and legend are time's

Why, because angst is hilarious images how disappointed hyrule will be when he realizes that he isn’t just a disappointing successor but that there is a timeline where a much better successor came over and there never was a problem with fixing stuff

And legend feeling even worse because hyrule would never have to fix anything if he simply did better… like he clear did in echo's timeline

Like the possibilities were not a problem until echo came around and both noticed that legend COULD do better

That it wasn’t destiny for Legenda to fail and hyrule to fall

That there is just a timeline legend DID fail and hyrule ended up falling

Just hyrule and wind bonding over a failed timeline where everything is a mess (either over run with monsters or just straight up drowned by the goddesses)

And legend and time also bonding over failing so horrendously that it isn’t even funny

But it could get even worse seeing as it is theorized that the downfall timeline was the original timeline and the complete downfall of hyrule was destined

But what if it gets more insane and the timeline where echoes of wisdom is in was the original one

AND the other timeline was the one that annihilated the timeline into a time tree mess of a garden

The goddess hates meddling afterall

Seeing as how an entire timeline was just drowned duo to lullabies trigger happy use of the ocarina lol

Like the wish that gave the hero of time a second chance NOT being part of the original timeline

(it happening in the palace timeline because link met the hero of the four sword and realized that much more people suffered from ganon instead just reviving people close to him would also fit thematically because reviving everyone you ever knew suffered and reviving everyone including the hero of the past who ended up being some random child would be different wishes as one meddles with time )

So the mess of a timeline just happening because legend met four at some point and wanted to save the hero before him as well

Accidentally splitting the timeline into two

Just for time to dip out of another because ganon was too destructive and lullaby thought it was a good idea and that again splitting the timeline

Now there are the three anomalies and the original timeline

Making it four branches (until flora makes it into five because fruit gummy)

Two for legend and two for time leaving only flora's creative project

Like the angst of everything being legend getting creative and time being his successor in this very creativity (while flora did an entirely different job at creativity)

We need more time being legend's successor while legend also has hyrule and echo as successor’s and technically also wind and twilight fics because the potential is indeed endless and hilarious

Like legend being the first ever person to annihilate hylia's precious timeline then time following his example and then wind, twilight, hyrule and echo being the results is hilarious to think about while flora is in the background in a completely different time tree

Phoenix legend… he hates losing his progress

Fanfic prompt:

In cadence of Hyrule you can endlessly respawn and with every respawn you get permanent upgrades

Like people often give him chronic pain so maybe he can just straight up rebirth and be back to normal

Until the chronic pains are back because he never gets a break when goes back on different adventures

Like some messed up Phoenix he turns into dust then just respawns stronger than before

While the chain see legend getting more and more tired over several weeks

And him just fighting despite everything

And during a battle with the Shadow legend just sets everything on fire in close proximity while trying to take out the Shadow

Link to the past canonically gives link the ability to create fire with magic like why can’t he just go become a bomb and nuke the entire forest using literally all his energy he has left

Then dies in someone’s arms and evaporates out of existence like that is the end

Just to respawn better than before

Then just respawns again a bit before he was massively damaged by his adventures (which is why he is tiny lil guy in cadence of Hyrule…he dies to often to have the ability to grow up because that takes years of not dying )

And the chain end up in his hyrule again and see a little pink version of legend running around and that pink version immediately comes up to them and just doesn’t let them leave it behind but because as a lil baby legend couldn’t talk all that well even if he knows the words his body isn’t used to talking

So he tries to tell them that he is back via charade

(He hates getting his progress reset and to go back to baby but baby link is much better than pained grumpy teenager…it takes so long to grow up again )

He hunts down the first link he sees (being warriors for plot reasons) and then just aggressively follows him

Warriors just sees child wearing green (all other clothes don’t fit ..he back to wardrobe of a six year old) and then literally was unable to tell him to leave him alone especially because this is a baby version of legend

And while messing up the timeline by picking up a version of legend who has not yet met them would be bad,…

He is very much used to fucking around with the timeline just to pick up green kids (tune and mask can attest to that)

And it still hurts immensely to met legend again after what happened

Because legend is utterly determined to follow him and it literally goes against everything Captain link is not to pick up pink green wearing child

Meanwhile the chain is freaking out because warriors is currently holding what they think is a past version of legend who is still pink haired and tiny

Warriors be like *holding the baby*: “ I tried to put him down but he kept following me … and also refused to stay where he is”

The chain : “Why would you pick him up…, we just lost legend a month ago”

Warriors: “he wouldn’t stop toddling towards me , and bite me when I tried to leave him behind”

(people put cadence of Hyrule after all other adventures but seeing that link is lil guy in that game I like to believe he just can come back however the heck he wants and just constantly uses the pre adventure version of himself for convenience)

The chain all fail at leaving the kid behind so now pink legend is joining the chain because he just invited himself to the party

And also because he has mastered his own cuteness by accident

The chain just thinks that legend always was a sassy lost child (wind loves his attitude it’s hilarious even if the chain blames him for teaching lil guy insults… which he surprisingly didn’t even do , child came preprogrammed with only rudeness and sass )

Legend is better with insults then other words so who can blame the chain to accuse wind of teaching the kid how to say those

His first word was “fuck” and he kept saying it just to piss of the moms of the group (wars, sky , twilight are moms)

The rest where laughing at it and wind got in trouble

The more I think about Majora's Mask the more theories I make and they all make me very, very sad.

Regarding the transformation masks, I don't think they're meant to be parallels to Saria, Darunia, and Ruto. I think Deku Princess, Goron Elder, and, of course, Lulu fit their roles better. In a sense, I think the transformation masks are also Link.

The Deku butler's son is what he could have been in Kokiri forest. He could have been a happy little boy, with his father and his community. But Link and the Deku butler's son both left home to explore, and as far as both the Kokiri and the Deku are concerned, neither came back.

Darmani is what he could have been in Goron City. A powerful hero to the Gorons, celebrated by them for clearing Dodongo's Cavern. A close link between the goron elder, Darunia, and their sons. Both him and Link remain after death, reflecting on their histories as heros.

Mikau is what he could have been in Zora's Domain. Maybe not a cool as hell guitarist, but a husband to Ruto. Who would stop at nothing to keep her happy and safe, like infiltrating a fortress, or climbing inside of a whale.

And even the Fierce Deity is just Link, but back as an adult. As if so much changed so rapidly, he felt like he transformed into something less like himself, and more like a powerful god.

I hope this is coherent. I have a lot of thoughts about Majora's Mask, and maybe someday I'll try to compile them all. The hero of time is so incredibly interesting, I really like theorizing about his thoughts and feelings on everything that happened in Ocarina of Time. Tell me your thoughts on this, if you'd like, I always like to hear more.

Since a bargain only works if something is equal of value

Legend's life in return for the life of everyone else would probably not work

His life is very expandable and therefore not as valuable as the life of a mortal being

His life is essentially worthless

So what else is there

For one his ability to heal would arguably have a similar value as a mortal life

Because imagine not having the ability to heal even a paper cut

As wounds don’t close up and he has to die again and again and again

Bruises don’t fade

Broken bones don’t mend

Bleeding out because he can’t heal wounds and they keep leaking blood

Like having to kill himself for literally every kinda of injury to respawn would be horrifying but unfortunately fair

Once this price was paid more valuable abilities would have to be sacrificed

Like having the ability to reset wounds would be another value once his ability of healing was removed

Like by then his ability to keep respawning would be nothing short of hell on earth

As he literally just ends up a living corpse not capable of fixing injuries even if he dies as they keep killing him over and over

Festering and not letting him forget

Like by then his only real value left would be to permanently give up irreplaceable parts of himself as he suffers over and over without end

Once he has no parts left all he will have is his worthless painful existence devoid of death and release

Then having the ability to die would be a mercy

And legend runs up to him and says no and Hyrule immediately rises from the death while ganon immediately turns to dust

And everyone in the chain is just asking themselves what just happened because legend just said sike…

I like to think that legend is as close to being perceived as a threat or demon as a person could possibly be

Like link to the past had all the knights get brainwashed into believing that link was a threat who took the princess

And many people proceeded to headcanon that legend and the knights never really worked it out again and the knights still want to get his bounty

But I like to think that his bounty is justified by the end of link to the past

Because killing every single knight and doing a genocide is outright encouraged in link to the past (I was playing the game like a monstrous child because the knights were mad annoying lol )

Not killing at least ten knights is basically impossible

Would be more accurate to say that legend went and stabbed absolutely every single knight in self defense (or not … I was outright knight hunting the little dudes because it is fun to fight them , diabolical child I was )

But it is very likely that Baby legend massacred most of them as a lil baby in at least SOME cold blood

And instead of them being still brainwashed by the spell they instead just hate him for killing every other knight he saw

Like they probably have horror stories without end

Like what other explanation would the citizens and knights have for link other then being some sort of monster or demon with the appearance of a child

(Like with all the Knights link killed probably some had families or friends who were very much afraid of link and enraged at his deeds)

And the princess just forced them to leave him alone because he “saved” her as if all the murder never happened but she probably cannot do much over the fact that legend did cull half the population of knights and therefore killed the relatives of a lot of families

(We really need to accept that legend is canonically a killer even if it was mostly in self defense )

Then the kid just went into hiding because he was busy with the oracle games and link's awakening in other countries

And then hytopia happens as well but they probably don’t know that link is a serial killer who has a very expensive bounty

Link between worlds ends up at least a few years since link's murder spree and the royal family probably did their hardest to cover up the damage he created and the only logical explanation for why he can just return would be that he just kinda got lucky with bribery accepting neighbors lol

And that he wasn’t interacting to much with people

Honestly like to think that the knights were afraid of him even as they interacted with him in the game as a follow up

Ravio was unaware his counterpart was THIS trigger happy for quite a while

Would be hilarious if he heard rumors about the “incident” that link caused and didn’t take it seriously

They went different ways but know that link is back in Hyrule and also once again in the public eye the people probably quickly rallied up a witch hunt while the royal family really didn’t want to be involved with it anymore because they already did a big thing by pulling strings to get link to have some protection

Any more and they risk the people turning onto them

They get him in a bad spot and he just proceeded to jump into a lake and mermaid away

That probably convinced them that he really was some sort of monster

Rumors grew into a new sort of madness

Then cadence of Hyrule happens and everyone not dancing is asleep anyway in that game except some villages

Cadence probably had no clue about it as well because she was from a different world

But now link straight up can respawn and therefore execution would be a whole different kind of trauma for the knights and angry citizens

Like the royal family probably couldn’t keep it hidden any longer and had to go give the okay at some point (outlawing link is like the easiest way they can get this one under control)

Link gets executed then awkwardly has to escape and nobody was capable of stopping the rumors that link is some sort of demon anymore

Turning into a living sea monster seems unrealistic

But surviving getting executed several times probably tipped the scales over and he got officially into a mess since then

Then linked universe happens as well and legend gets a family out of it

Until they end up in his hyrule and realize why exactly legend is a bitter lime slice of a hylian

He kinda did stuff and is now an outlaw

But also heaviest breathing ever when the chain hears people talking about the time legend got burned at a literal stake yet still is alive

Playing never have I ever with him probably is nightmare fuel

What was he doing to be this much of a cryptic creature that people are genuinely afraid of him

Warriors probably slept with one eye open the day he realized that legend hunted the knights like some sort of eldritch demon when they were hunting him lol

also the very fact that four probably had the most harsh example to live up to

Like sky with his quest of searching for Zelda probably set the bar way too high

Like thinking about it

Four first encountered Vaati and Vaati just turned Zelda to stone in minish cap

And nobody had any idea what even was going on

Like by then the green tunic would not yet be a sign of a hero

The master sword wasn’t even around during his time

He created the Picori blade from elemental ores and in order to even have the ability to defeat something with it he needed light force

His Zelda got drained like a capri Sun by Vaati

And every knight was charmed into trying to kill him

Four legit probably had no context for anything happening nor did anyone else

And sky was the equivalent of a mythical creature

Like where sky at least knew what is happening four probably doesn’t

Four only ever heard of the hero who came down from the sky like a fairytale

And then when it was his turn he kept messing up in comparison to said guy who actually managed to get his Zelda

Four just wasn’t fast enough and let Vaati go god mode and then he had to fight god mode Vaati who turned everyone into stone and was going eldritch

Like their adventures mirror each other a lot

Both where friends with their Zeldas

And also just some regular guy

Then Zelda ends up being harmed

Now they have to go man up and figure out what even is happening

And get a Random item for a guide (hat/sword)

Who drops lore on them when necessary

They encounter some sort of white rat who is a degenerate who primarily uses a purple color scheme

And that rat has problems with them for no other reason other than being a problem (Ghirahim and Vaati)

They have to go power up a sword and then try their hand at beating the pest

Once the Pest is gone

God boss final battle happens

Because the purple maniac used Zelda like a capri sun and drained her light magic juice

Then they beat an eldritch horror dude and say goodbye to the talking item they befriended lol

Like someone copied the homework (and it wasn’t four )

Do you think Four actively seeks Sky's approval? Like, he's his first successor, he really doesn't want to let Sky down. In fact, one of his nightmares is Sky being angry at him for not being good enough

Like nobody in that pile of royalty is mentally stable (maybe Artemis but that’s a stretch already)

no wonder hylia is this messed up if all her fragments are like this

But also them all fighting to keep their sanity

Like Sun , spirit and probably aurora are more or less engaged to their hero

Imagine how tetra , legend , Artemis and the rest react to them obviously trying to get close to the heroes

Meanwhile the chain just pushed sky in front of newly formed hylia because he kept yapping about how hot she was so now he can say that to her face lol

Sky obviously has never expected that sun would ever be goddess hylia again

And he is kinda having a mental breakdown over hylia both trying to flirt with him and the chain and also straight up looking like she was strangled when she does try

(Nobody is agreeing with eachother but legend would rather die than ever be caught dead flirting with his BROTHERS and tetra agrees as well)

In Hylia's reflection was only her self to see

A princess who lived in an era after her kingdom essentially fell into Ganon's hands

A princess who was helpless as her kingdom fell to the enemy and she could only pray for her hero to defeat the twilight

A princess who never knew that she was a princess and always was a pirate

A princess who lost her body yet aided the hero as a ghost

A princess who got tasked with saving hyrule from the equivalent of entropy

A princess who sacrificed herself in hope that she could aid her hero someday

A princess who became a queen and had to deal with a war

They all are different from each other after all… but tragedy and pain they carry all

As they pray for their goddess over and over to no avail

This hylia would be a being of intense suffering and suffering she will cause

All her mortal fractures reassembled into a single piece ridden with cracks and broken in a way that a mirror would be

A very saddening mirror

One promising the memories of conflict and tragedy

Like broken mirrors tend to become …

They injure people with the fragments scattered around and seemingly never ending

Maybe she causes so much pain because all she ever knew was the many broken shards of her being broken and painful to the touch

Maybe the goddess that caused their suffering was just as much in pain as this one is

Yet even as she tries to fix her precious reflection it just broke once again as she cut herself on her mortal mirror

Again…and Again and Again …

She just couldn’t fix her broken reflection as it looked at her in immense pain

But it was just her looking in the mirror

Like it tends to be with mirrors

Wouldn’t it be hilarious if combining all royal family members makes them hylia

Like just them all being in close proximity to each other

And they get forced into a fusion

Like a tall eldrich horror goddess made of different people
