Just realized that Shadow link might genuinely be ganondorf Levels of power

Like every other Dark or Shadow link was just a funny fight and fair at the very least

Then shadow pulls up with Several terrorism charges

NOT Including the arson , the bombs, the hammer (those are their own terror in itself , just the burned cities and towns)

This Wizard fuckery is a whole other thing

He can fucking clone himself and I think more people should talk about it

He can canonically shapeshift and abused that power to go ruin the links reputation to the ground

He can hold himself in an one v four

And annihilates you in a four v five

Ganon fails to kill a single boy in nearly every game

Meanwhile the just a day before created darkness of four swords link is busy fucking possessing people (poor dad … he probably deserved it)

Burning down half of Hyrule (no joke halfway through the game shadow link already had annihilated Hyrule

Causing a civil war

Bullying novice soldiers and teleports around with shadows

Like if he ain’t ganon level he is DEFINITELY Vaati level

Legend has too many parallels

Like the parallels are very big and even midna and Ravio share them as well because “from a different dimension of perpetual twilight and left link by the end for the greater good”

Even majora's mask and the fierce deity mask are something that Legend acquired (if we consider him triforce heroes link )

The same goes with Sky who has a harp VERY similar to the harp of ages you get in oracle of ages

Legend is an amalgamation of every other link in one way or another

Hyrule = straight up his predecessor and directly connected in the timeline

Sky = the harp of ages and Fi speaks to link (you even can update her the same way�� she gold now)

Warriors = Ravio, Marin (he met both) , the knights and him sharing the position, a time guardian that is under the enemies command you befriend (possessed Nayru in oracle of ages)

Time = two time travel adventures (link to the past and oracle of ages), fierce deity, majora's mask , the den of trials (triforce heroes)

Four= four swords palace, the puppets in triforce heroes, if we count Cadence of Hyrule as a legend game then also a villain who has purple hair and ends up getting backstabbed by ganon for no good reason

Wind= sea gulls , whale god who traps link in his dream (phantom hourglass), after the hero of the time , Aryll has a hibiscus blossom on her dress… Marin's favorite flower

Twilight= dark form, complete opposite in the curse part , (wolf vs Rabbit parallels) , a person who helps you on your adventure comes from a realm where there is perpetually twilight…then saves the realm and watches friend leave you for the greater good(Link between worlds)

Wild= Flame themed calamity that a ganondorf wannabe wants to make worse like how onox wanted to ignite the flame of destruction and took control of the seasons (oracle of seasons and age of calamity)

Either he is nice and above killing children

Or he is doing it just out of spite and happy to push poor wind around and bullying him

But honestly I think it could be the first one and the second one

Because he was brutal against Twilight and merciless when straight up poisoning him and putting him through suffering

Yet he had the perfect opportunity to kill wind , maybe even make him suffer as his entire back was open to him (crippling, maiming literally anything the back is a big weak point)

Both times it happened he could have seriously injured him and he decided to just shove the kid out the way

The hero of legends didn’t believe in something so convincing and so personal

After all traveling through different timelines with several different heroes from different timelines including your predecessors and your supposed successor fighting a Shadow link ,it does sound like a dream.

Well , the traveling with friends part at least.

But just like Marin Wind knows the wind fish when nobody else knows about the dreaming god

Four sword palace is by far the most disturbing dungeon in all of existence

And the very much alive four is now next to him

A combination of all the shades he once killed in battle

Time can turn into a god (god flashbacks)

Wolfie who apparently was also in some sort of dark realm because he is a spirit animal like legend

But a wolf is a rabbit's biggest predator

Hyrule who is literally his supposed successor he will fail

Is everything he ever did doomed to be meaningless ?

Should he have never bothered

Is it all a nightmare.?

Warriors a knight that is pretty much embodying the knights that once hunted down legend

(Loyal to the crown and ready to kill for it confidence but a sense of entitlement )

Why ?, why is he wearing their faces,…

All at once.

Sky who is the very reason everyone is cursed and if sky just hasn’t failed then the whole world would have been better

No ganondorf

Nobody would have cursed the knights and killed his uncle

He seems like such a convenient scapegoat

The beginning of the cycle that has been happening for years

Living up in the skies

Isn’t it just more likely to be a bad dream then to meet someone who ruined your life and the lives of every hero before you.

And Wild who literally failed at his quest (just like legend would one day leave the world and then hyrule lives in ruins)

It has to be a dream …

Because if it is his pain and suffering will be meaningless

He would have sacrificed everything

For nothing

Like all embody some sort of guilt he has or fear he experienced

It is too personal

If he didn’t know better then he would think that his brain is slowly dying and as it dies it is just projecting such a messy and unrealistic situation like heroes from different times and places and he is traveling with them

It has to be a hallucination

Nothing else makes sense

Let’s hope he will not think that he went insane on his newest adventure

You know what would be absolutely cruel to end the adventure with the chain getting teleported back into their timelines during sleep

And then legend wakes up completely alone once again

Nothing left of his friends

Until they appear again

But not the way he wished they did

Would be great moment for him to actually lose it and just fully admit that he hallucinated everything because surely the wind fish wouldn’t be this cruel…

Main while the chain is very concerned that Legend is not thinking that they are real yet still happy to see them

When Warriors introduced him to Marin in his timeline

It only got worse from there.

As they trek through the wilds,Legend gives his younger self the kind of guidance you'd expect from someone who didn’t take parenting classes but aced "being a jerk" 101 , so basically just Legend as a person. “Alright, you little whiner, stop crying. People are going to think you’re weak. I mean, you already are, but it’d be nice to pretend. You have to learn to just… deal with it.”

Baby self, who’s just learned to talk: “I hate you.”

Legend, without missing a beat, grins darkly: “Yeah, I figured. That’s what makes you so special. You’re already a natural.”

Legend gives many advice ,that he thought he was teaching important lessons with.

Because he is a good mother.

He ruined his child self's life before the little guy even got beaten up by a guard.

Seeing his baby self—this pathetic, sad, scared little creature—is like looking at a version of himself that he desperately wants to erase from his memory. The fact that the baby version is so utterly harmless, so completely incapable of being a threat, makes Legend reach levels of contempt for the world never encountered before What world worth saving would ever consider this—this tiny, weak, helpless thing—a target for execution. His own actions, his whole history, his entire existence as a hero... they pale in comparison to how much he despises the weakness of his own past.

When he eventually encountered one he had to watch the gruesome scene of Legend incinerating one , it was fucking personal , the sheer amount of blood was making him feel… not good to say the least.

He did not want the other to follow him but he was very much baby and pretty sure that he would rather stand behind the one who was brutally beating up people then in front of him.

Legend really tries to be nice … but he is Legend and saltier than the namesake salt itself.

“Oh, you’re hungry? Yeah, well, get used to it. You’ll figure out how to go without food soon enough. It builds character. Or you could cry about it like you always do. See how far that gets you.” He offers a piece of dry bread, throwing it on the ground in front of him, just out of reach.

He is too salty for child rearing, no wonder his baby self is continuously crying behind him , and very much wincing internally when Link flinches from him.

Legend as echoes of wisdom link lol but confusing

Fanfic prompt : after Linked universe he decided to go visit Nayru and the other oracles again and then seeing the harp of ages

Realized how he can help Hyrule

Because if the harp can let him travel back several centuries then why not go forward

Because that way he can stop ganon from being revived and Hyrule can maybe travel back with him

He and then travels forward in time and then tries to orientate himself about where the hell he even is… then he sees the riffs through time and assumes that dark link has to learn his lesson again and goes in

He doesn’t appreciate the void for taking his voice… he kind of needs it to figure out where the heck Hyrule is because this one certainly looks too colorful to be the same one Hyrule is from… at least not in the next decades or so

Forests still need to grow after all but good for him that he succeeded eventually

Then he meets lueberry and they figure something out to go create the sword out off the crystal Legend dragged out of ,… hell he supposes

The cloak is cool though

So legend goes beefing with the random copies… so unoriginal of dink to go around and summon even more black blooded monsters or something

Well at least he now has the ability to use gps to find out where the next portal appears

And at some point finds out this Hyrule's Zelda is kidnapped and it sucks but maybe a new link will spawn or something

Then he and ganon get to beef ,,and surprisingly ganon remembers him (talking about the importance of friendship lol )

He then gets sent back to the void but manages to free the new Zelda

Then he at some point finds a random ugly ball thing… man, dink really down graded

He finds it with the club he found chases after it then goes and blocks it before the new Zelda …Nelda can go get kidnapped again

Then legend gets Zelded and now knows how much it must have sucked for fable and Nelda

…he only wanted to go visit Hyrule why must it always be an adventure

He will blame him for it later

He also gets the triforce of courage back while Zelded

Then Nelda is back…but it’s two Neldas now

He then gets freed by one after …she copies (?) a bunch of .. beds (?) and kills the other one

Well , let’s hope it’s the good one who kills the other one he always had problems with Hilda

Then he fights an eldritch abomination and uses the ..prime energy (?) to go restore Hyrule

And his voice is back so the first thing he does is ask , “hey , what’s the date and where the fuck am I .?”

He is surprised when the king turns out not to be an asshole

And fucks off into the RIGHT time promising everyone to stay in contact via the post man

Hyrule wakes up to “I fought the embodiment of nothingness and got vored to visit you be fucking grateful”

He is more confused than he was happy about his brother's return

Even if it reappears legend drags it back to his bag kicking and screaming… it was a GIFT and he was told to protect it

He ain’t ever letting it stay unguarded… outside his bag is considered unguarded

Then Hyrule goes and puts the triforce into the bag because he might fight to protect all of Hyrule but legend will simply go as far as to come back from the death to make sure he can guard his stuff

He simply isn’t as dedicated as the hero of legends .

Nobody will ever call upon the triforce ever again in his world.

The mer instincts are simply too strong
