As far as I've seen there are no unofficial translation groups currently putting out chapters for Sabikui Bisco (and now that it's being published in English there most likely won't be) So in regards to the full volumes we'll just have to wait novel by novel.¯\_(ツ)_/¯

As for the novel blurbs,

This should take you to the promotional site! You'll see all the current JP volumes listed there. If you're on mobile it will translate automatically, but you can pretty much run all the blurbs through Google translate to figure out what's going on. The blurb translations are serviceable! They make about as much sense as you would think a Sabikui Bisco blurb would haha, some of these volumes apparently get WILD :D
