Sharpedo: So his nightmare form Barbatos Barrabam, is partially based on Baraka from Mortal Kombat, having already done a trainer card for Baraka, his ace was Sharpedo

Cherrim: Another reference to fruit, because Peach Peach is so iconic it gets an achievement in game

Decidueye: The demon Barbatos is said to come in the sign of Saggittarius, the hunter. Which also aligns with the profession of the nightmare form, the human hunter.

Chesnaught: Barbatos is covered in spikes all over his head, much like Chesnaught's shell

Tangrowth: It has shoes, both Robertsky and Albertsky are shoemakers in a family business.
