Exeggutor & Ursaluna: She is a representative of the state of California which has palm trees (Coconuts are also a large part of Indian cuisine) and Ursaluna is the grizzly bear which is on the state flag

Lucario: Her background as a lawyer and prosecutor and Lucario is a strong seeker of justice (and I'm not giving her a Sword of Justice)
