Save my family and children from cold, death and war. We live in the winter season in a tent that does not exceed three meters, closed with nylon. The weather is very cold and my children and family cannot bear it. In general, we live in difficult days that no human being can bear. We do not have work because of the war and we do not have any kind of money. This is accompanied by a crazy and terrible increase in prices. Although the water is not suitable for drinking, this is the cause of many diseases. The last of the suffering is that we are outside Hamad without taking our belongings or tents. Why do you like Magpies so much? :>

Long story short, I grew up in a place filled with them and they have grown close to my heart. Especially with all the new interesting facts I learned about them trough the years.

They are so pretty and also very smart!

For example, did you know that (as far as I've heard) they are the only birds that are able to recognise themselves in the mirror?

Not only that, but like parrots and crows, they too can learn to mimic noises and human speech!

The myths and folklore around them which I came across a few times are also very interesting, like One for Sorrow rhyme superstition (which by now I know to recite) and the mischievious nature we've attributed to them.

They don't actually steal shiny stuff tho, but they are curious like other corvids.

Also, their latin name, Pica pica, is adorable.

Soo yea, there are plenty of reasons why they are cool. :>
