Awwwww yes I love getting tagged for awesome art!!
=Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson =
The dynamic duo had arrived! (Affectionately named ScarfDuo by myself and my friends.)
Oh man... the PLANNING and PAINSTAKING STUDY I did to put these delightful men together. I love them so much, even MORE now after all of the study I have done for them. I cannot WAIT to write them!
FUN FACTS(Sherlock)!:
Sherlock is 34 years old, and at the PRIME of his Career.
Holmes, as a freelance detective, works for all peoples, and sometimes groups... but has been finding more work with the Syndicate as of late.
Holmes is incredibly sensitive to textures, and sometimes will blatantly refuse to wear something that falls in the "bad texture" category. His scarf is a... special exception.
The scarf he wears was knitted by Mary Watson as an attempt to keep him from "catching his death while out on a case.". He can't stand the feeling of the wool on his neck. Regardless, he wears it every time he goes out to honor her caring heart.
Holmes prefers to have something weighted around his shoulders to help him feel grounded while deducing, thus his affinity for dressing gowns, blankets, and heavy coats (his pinstripe coat being his favorite).
Holmes originally was going to join the Society for Arcane Sciences due to his love of investigative science, but abandoned the idea for Consulting Detective work instead.
FUN FACTS(Watson)!:
Watson is 36 years old, though the war and grief has taken its toll on him, making him seem much older.
Was happily married to his lovely wife Mary, before losing her in a tragic accident only a year prior to the story. They were married for two years before her death.
The scarf he wears was ALSO made by Mary, only a few months before she passed away. She made it in plaid, because she knew how much he loved that pattern.
His old war wound in his leg had been bothering him more, thus his dependence on his cane more heavily.
He recently moved back in with his old flatmate Holmes, trying to keep his mind and life busy and away from everything.
Watson is a DEADLY ACCURATE sharpshooter. He can aim a bullet with the precision of a surgeon. He can end a life just as swiftly and skillfully as he could save one.
HUGE thanks goes to @triflesandtea and @aregularirregular221b , my good Sherlockian friends that helped me fact check and fine hone these lovely boys for OSaCAU! Without them, these guys would not have made it into the story.
I cannot wait to introduce them, and write their parts!!!
Thank you so much for reading, and I hope you continue to enjoy OSaCAU!
Ex igni, Veritas!

Ya know, when I first watched Star Trek 2 the Wrath of Khan with my dad, I was very upset when Spock "died". However, when his actual funeral happened I laughed so hard I fell out of my chair, and my dad was upset that I was laughing at such an emotional scene. So then I had to explain that no, I was not laughing at Captain Kirk's speech, I was laughing at the most unserious rendition of "Amazing Grace" I'd ever heard in my entire life, courtesy of Scotty on the Bagpipes

I'm totally on the Jedi's side about 99% of the things they did.
"Oh well they told Anakin he wasn't fit to be a Jedi"
Um yeah because he wasn't? He spent his whole life resenting their rules, disobeyed them at any opportunity, and eventually murdered them all?
"Oh well they wouldn't free his mom, that's terrible!"
Yes. And you know who's fault that is? QUI GON JINN. Not the Jedi as a whole. They didn't even know he was a slave initially because QUI GON DIDN'T TELL THEM JACKSHIT. All Yoda ever says on the subject is that fear is the path to the dark side and he fears for his mother, which is dangerous. And it was! Yoda was right!
"The Jedi steal children!"
You're thinking of Qui-Gon again.
"The Jedi forbid love!"
Now I'm not even sure if we watched the same films.
"Well the council should've given him the rank of master"
Ummm no probably not, he wasn't ready to be a master, hell he was barely ready to be a knight.
"They shouldn't have fought in the Clone Wars!"
Ok I'll give you that one, but you have to remember that the Jedi didn't know about the Sith like we did when watching, so what were they supposed to do? Let an asthmatic cyborg death machine commit war crimes?
"They're on the Senate's leash!"
Who wasn't? I mean this quite literally. The Jedi, the GAR, the neutral systems, everyone was dependent on the Senate because of the amount of power they held, which was a political issue and not a Jedi issue.
"But Ahsoka! But Fives!"
Again. SECRET SITH IN THE SENATE. Manipulating everything. What exactly did you want them to do here? Who exactly would you believe in these scenarios?
"They had a slave army!"
No. The Senate had a slave army. The Jedi were conscripted to fight in it, which arguably makes them slaves as well.
"They didn't help Anakin with his fears or his mom or Padmé!"
Um they literally tried on multiple occasions. Obi-Wan tried repeatedly, only to be rebuffed. Then he tried the "leave him alone and hope he comes to me" strategy, which also was rebuffed. Yoda once offered Jedi Therapy and Anakin just went on a rant about how he doesn't want anyone to die ever, and when Yoda was like "well that's kinda unavoidable" Anakin dismissed him.
"They had child soldiers!"
Yeah, this one probably wasn't the best, but I get it. What else are you supposed to do with those kids? They've been raised with the Jedi their whole lives, you can't just turn them loose, and presumably they need combat training if they're eventually going to get conscripted into said slave army. However, you know who really did have a child soldier? You guessed it. QUI-GON FUCKING JINN.
TL;DR
The Jedi were right and 99% of the things they get blamed for are the fault of the Senate, Palpatine, or Qui-Gon Jinn.

Ok I can get behind the second thing here but the first thing is a hard no. They better not. I swear to god they better not.
since they're re-ordering the original stories anyway, sherlock & co has the chance to do Thee most evil thing possible and end the show with the final problem.

Me, grabbing them by the shoulders so I can stare deeply into their soul: It's Leon.

Listen if Troy Bolton from high school musical is the one trying to kill me I'm 100% safe no matter who's trying to protect me I could take him all on my own
Spin the wheel. That's who's trying to kill you.
Spin the wheel again. That’s who’s trying to protect you.
(If you have zero idea about the name you got, spin until you see someone you recognize.)
(Six months ago, I did a version of this poll with about five hundred options on the spinner wheel. For this one, I more than doubled it.)
