I crop, resize, run them through topaz clean to smooth and sharpen them a little, then add brightness. Looking at the before/after there isn’t that much difference other than the brightness.Oh well, I can always share the action if you want but there’s absolutely nothing special about it. ^^ Thanks for the ask, hope you’ll have a nice day!

Hi guys! I’ve started a new challenge. It’s the Study Or Die challenge by @hexagonal-bipyramid. I’ve posted the first part on livejournal if you want to read it. It’s a really fun challenge!

I actually tried to look for a way to post the whole thing here but couldn’t come up with anything that wouldn’t downsize the pictures. So livejournal it is for now. ^^

Did some lot building today, possibly for my... *sigh* new legacy.

So I start my game first time in ages to continue my legacy only to be greeted by...this? The house is gone, the siblings are part of the family, Joni’s kids are missing and dead sims are alive again. Oh, and some random sims from my test hood are there for some reason. I have no idea what happened, all I can think of is that two of my hoods were merged together or something and things got overwritten. I’ve started over so many legacies already, this is getting embarrassing.

The sims in ts2 don’t have traits, aspirations and neither do they have an emotions system but they still feel like the most complete ones in the franchise. Heck, I’ve been playing with a sim that just rolled a wish to cook and now she is obsessed with it. She dreams of being a oceanographer even tho I didn’t plan her to be so. That’s the fucking fun in that game. It’s not like you create a sim, it’s like you’re discovering one and guiding them through their life. They feel attracted to other sims, they hate other sims, they have wishes and fears and most important they have emotions. Yeah, they do. It’s not up on your face like ts4, it’s subtle but powerful enough to make a difference in the gameplay. Goddamnit I love this fucking game.

I don’t remember the last time I played a custom neighborhood that didn’t have any “purpose”. They are either legacy hoods or dedicated to some other challenge. So for the first time in a looong time, I created a neighborhood that won’t follow any specific rules and is purely for game play. Inspired by @honeylungsims (specifically the Kalinka legacy! I just re-read it, it’s one of the legacies I read over and over again) and Pennysims’ pics I created Galen’s Shire. Pictured is the first resident, eco-friendly, nature loving Else who runs a teeny weeny flower shop and dreams of a big family.

WCIF Nilou’s Love Motel

Does anyone have Nilou’s love motel? I used to use it a lot but now it’s gone and I can’t get it anymore. :( So sad! It’s so cute! Does anyone still have it?
