My goodness, you guys are adorable!!

Apologies for the lack of requests being filled!! Unfortunately, I'm not an entity but only human, so of course when I want to get back to work, I either fall sick or get so busy I just forget what I like doing the most; which is writing!! I've got a good handful of requests I want to get filled out, as of right now, an Eddsworld ask I have yet to finish is still being crafted as we speak, so don't worry!! I see all the requests and you've all been so wonderfully patient!! <33

However, before I get back to work and finally publish said requests, I do want to make a quick mention that I finally have an AO3 account!!

This doesn't mean I'm going to leave Tumblr, though!! The plan is to publish my work here to the website as well so AO3 users can also have a looksie! Or even those who like Tumblr, but feel more comfortable with reading on AO3, and same thing vice versa for AO3 users who like tumblr more!!

If there's anything that should be well known about Alfred when it comes to the other countries, it's a simple as this; He's nothing short of an attention-whore.

It's no wonder, though, as he's considered to be super well known; albeit being one of the most annoying in the bunch.

So, it's not the biggest shock to him to have people who want to be around him or get to know him more, some more than none being romantic.

However, no one knows that the American would always turn down and reject the affection of those that try to woo him over. It's not like he hates it or enjoys seeing people try their best to win his heart, but they're all fighting for something that isn't there, for his heart already belongs to someone else.

And that someone was you.

It started off as a simple admiration, you treated Alfred as a normal person. You wouldn't bash and berate his childish behavior, and you also weren't someone who'd swoon and fall for his charms. You'd let him yap your ear off and let him boast about himself, waving it off and nodding in agreement as you always did.

Then, that's when the sparks would hit him. The way he'd feel his heart race when he'd finally see you, the way that he'd always feel his stomachs doing flips when he'd think about how he was going to see you somewhere, how he'd find himself rambling to anyone who'd listen about not himself, but you...The puzzles were starting to fit together, but he still wasn't able to understand that he was actually in love.

As he'd sit at his desk, checking out what had to be done and all the junk that had to be fixed, he'd always find himself getting distracted and looking through the giant pile of fan mail. They were all mostly letters, praises and questions for Alfred to ponder and think about or even start drafting a response before forgetting about it soon later, but the most that came in were love letters.

Of course, it'd be desperate people, people who profess their love and thinking that they can just confess and live the life of their dreams with the American. It was all just parasocial relationships that would never come true! An exasperated grin came on his face as he sighed. Yup...Nothing was new. For once, all that he wanted was to not have to see random nobodies names at the end of their letters. It wasn't fair. He'd hope and pray that maybe somehow, someway, people would get a clue and stop with all the cheesy letters. As Alfred flipped through the letters, skimming pass every name, he grew more and more frustrated. All he wanted was finally see a name that was not someone else's, but- The sound of papers rustling stopped suddenly, the blondes mouth agape as his eyes darted over a name. A name so familiar, it caused his heart to race, as if he caught sight of them in public. Their name. His hands shook as he felt warmth start to rush to his face. All this time, he thought that they'd just be a happy thought to him, nothing more than just an angel that'd never see him the way he saw them. And yet here he is, reading from top to bottom their heartfelt love letter they'd written for him. And the more he read, the more his eyes opened to what he'd fail to notice as his own emotions kept him from realizing it. The way their face would grow warm when he'd lightly tease them, they way they'd admire him from afar, how they'd sneak glances to him while he'd walk by, not knowing that he had just been looking at them to begin with. Alfred's heart swelled, overwhelmed with joy as he knew they'd finally notice him, not aware of the fact that he felt the same way towards them. That night, there was a pep in his step as he skipped home, clutching the letter close to his heart as he did so, protected under his bomber jacket to keep it safe from the beginning drops of the warm, summer rain. Once in side, he made quick to his room, sliding the note from his chest out as he examined it again. Seeing again, for the hundredth time, they signed it with love, the American fell onto his bed, squealing and giggling like a little girl as he felt more giddy and excited. He sat up, punching his pillows as he whisper-screamed a boisterous 'YES!! YES!! YES!!' to himself, boxing their air before falling back down again. His glasses had flown off, and his blonde hair was all mushed from his excitement, but he didn't care. A satisfied sigh came to his lips as he rolled over to his side, nibbling on his bottom lip. He could feel his cheeks burning, whether it was from the blush or from holding his smile for so long, but it didn't matter. His feelings for them were the same as theirs towards him, and that's all he needed. Alfred's eyes shut as he hummed, the letter resting just above his head as he started thinking, planning everything in his head.

Yeah...Tomorrow would be the day...He'll totally confess to them in a super awesome, badass way. He's America, damnit! He's always so extravagant with everything. But it had to be super romantic too. There's no way that he could blow it. After all, they love him. They really, really love him. And Alfred just couldn't wait to show them just how much he loves them too...

Your high strung energy and positive outlook could give Allen a heatstroke. Yes, he can understand why some people look on the bright side of things, but having a girlfriend that religiously follows this bubbly and joyful lifestyle was actually pretty cool.

Yes, the first time you met, he tested just how far he could go with this, but...

Quite literally, it wasn’t a fun time on your end to watch him recover. But he was grinning like a kid on Christmas because of his ‘ wicked battle scars’, so there’s nothing you can really do except listen to his dramatized re-enactments every chance he gets to share and nod occasionally.

Now, Allen doesn’t mess around when it comes to his girl.

She’s the one that rises every morning and greets the world with her glory. So nothing and no one is going to get away with bringing any dark clouds over her shining rays.

Now of course he can’t get away with bashing someone’s brains in and calling it a night now that you know just how violent he can be, but sometimes, Allen finds ways to get away with his little...exterminations.

Yes, it helps relieve stress, but the moment he feels your arms wrap around him and hears your gentle voice coaxing him to come back down from his rage, the American just turns into mush and finally starts to relax. You are like his guardian angel, his silver lining, his ray of sunshine.

Now, if someone that’s been trying to test your patience really had it coming, he’ll end things off with one grand punch to the face before leaving, you hooked on his arm and babbling about whatever good thing happened prior to that.

In all honesty, to Edd, it feels refreshing having someone who's taller than him.

Now don't get him wrong, it doesn't matter to him how tall or short his s/o is. It just feels nice not having to look down at them so much like how he looks down to his friends.

After all, being the tallest of the group leaves him with many responsibilities, so having someone take over for him is pretty awesome in his book!

But it's not always him leaving some of his tall responsibilities on you. That's only 25% of the relationship.

Edd has many things he'd call his love language, but communication is always at the top, so having an s/o that's overly affectionate will make his heart soar!

Even a simple 'I love you' will have him melting into a puddle. <3

Any type of flirting will have this poor guy turning into goop. He's not the one to initiate flirting because he has no clue how to do it. Anything he comes up with seems wrong to him, and he doesn't want to make things awkward.

However, he will never reject your flirts! It's charming to him, makes him feel special that his s/o has eyes for him.

Normally in a relationship, he's not exactly the most dominant. He's the one who asked for no pickles and you're the one confronting the worker about their mistake.

Being the second tallest, Matt would probably adore a taller s/o! Height was also never a necessity with him, but in a way, he feels almost safer with an s/o who’s taller than him.

Oh, but don’t stop! Matt practically thrives off of attention, so your affections are now his life source. Of course, now that you’ve asserted your place, expect having to deal with him being a brat and spoiled.

The most sour one when it comes to his s/o’s height. This is of course before he gets in a relationship with them, but being the shortest makes him feel more bitter. Just another person to mock and ridicule him for his cursed genes.

However, as time went on, he came to be more comfortable with you. Especially when you unexpectedly didn’t treat him any less for his height. In fact, in a way, you seemed even more attracted to him with the height difference!

Although he swears he’s never one to get mushy, his s/o totally has him wrapped around their finger.

Telling him how cute he looks when he flushes up or how easy it is to make him blush will make Tom hide his face in shame, mumbling a string of curses to himself for melting so easily.

Will definitely be asking his s/o to grab things high up for him. Now there’s no one to mock him for his height or play a game of monkey in the middle if he just wants a nice bowl of cereal to start his morning right. Tease him even the slightest and he’ll be climbing the counter himself to assert his ability to do things.

Cue Tom slipping and you having to catch him before he cracks his head open.

And of course if the other boys are near, they’ll call him a ‘pretty princess’ for the rest of the week from the way you caught him. Dark day in the house...

Another one who’s sometimes keen on the idea of sitting on his s/o’s lap. Of course he won’t outright say it, but if they were to ever bring it up on an especially bad day, the poor man will practically crawl to take a seat. Maybe they can fix his posture while they’re at it, damnit. On the days he doesn’t rely on you bringing it up first, Tom will have Susan or a drink in his hands, muttering a “Don’t ask.” before doing what he wants to do.

Now when Tom is drunk? Oh, dear.

You could be together for a couple of years, and after having too much drink, he’ll be flirting with you like it’s the first time he’s ever met you. Yup, that was what he told his s/o when he met them. And somehow they didn’t pass away from cringe. But you know what? It was kind of charming, in a way, so they decided to keep him.

Tord can get very touchy, so an affectionate s/o would be just what the doctor ordered. He loves having his hair played with by you, his arms wrapped around your neck while having his head tilted up to stare up at you with that signature grin on his face.

He’s kind of like Tom when it comes to PDA, but that’s only cause he paints himself as this tough, big guy.

But he’ll never outright reject his s/o’s affections, oh no! In fact, he’ll end up showing them off, pretending that it’s no big deal. Tord will have his head leaning on their shoulder, both hands trailing up and down their waist. And if he’s feeling cheeky, his hands might trail lower in an attempt to rile them up. Only for it to backfire when they equally get as touchy.

Being taller than him is one of the biggest power moves to him. He scored this affectionate babe that’s taller than him? Hell yeah...

Tord thinks he has you attached to him, but of course it’s the other way around. Most of the time.

As much as he holds up his tough guy persona, the poor Norwegian is actually pretty submissive. Having an s/o who’s more on top (in ways more than one) can help Tord just relax and catch a break.

Pretends like he unaffected by their affection, but don’t take it as him being uncomfortable. Just know that Tord is gonna be on his bed rolling around and kicking his feet, giggling like a schoolgirl who has a crush! Flirting like it’s the first time you met him will get his knees turning into jelly, but he’ll shoot back his own little flirts to see what gets his s/o to blush or lose their train of thought.

You’re both playing chess, so you both always remember the little things that make your brows scrunch up in stupidly funny cringe or leave you both in heated, stuttering messes.

But that’s okay, he’ll always get his.

One of the prime examples is those little sweet hugs from behind you’ll give him. Tord’ll smirk but reciprocate the affection, letting you know he knows you’re there. But bending down to rest your chin on his shoulder, whatever you were saying slowly turning into sweet words of affection, telling him how much you love him will get him warm almost instantly. A sensitive spot of his is his neck, so leaving kisses there will have him leaning back into you, mumbling curses in his mother tongue.

Of course, that’s only one of the many times his s/o has gotten him all shy like this, as much Tord denies remembering such moments.

But there’s this sort of safety he feels when he’s with them.

Which is a feeling he’ll never forget for as long as he’ll live. <3

You know that one meme of the puppet monkey doing a side eye and then looking away? That's what every day feels like when she's with her s/o.

Don't take it in a wrong way, she adores this little quirk of theirs! However, it makes for a very eventful day.

Every day is a daily 50/50 raffle. Is it a lucky day or is it an unlucky day? Who knows!

Well, Dolores does get a headstart. At the moment she opens her eyes and gets out of the bed, if she hears a loud 'THUNK' or a very ecstatic cry of joy, then she'll know what kind of day it is.

That and also the rather foul weather outside is her next hint.

The first time, she thought it was her mother having another one of her moments. But after confirming it was indeed the working of mother nature, the view of her poor s/o slipping and falling on their butt because of some conveniently placed mud confirms her suspicions.

Think of Dolores as their guardian angel! If it's a super unlucky day, she'll try to help limit bad things from happening by putting her enhanced hearing to good use.

However, sometimes her gift can be her own weapon of destruction if she's giving her s/o directions on which way they should go, incidentally causing them to fall down a flight of stairs in Casita or accidentally upsetting one of the Madrigals because they might have said something that rubbed any of them off the wrong way.

With a little squeak, Dolores will try her best to explain it's just their ability acting up again.

....Only for her to see them somehow fall out the window because they wanted to look at a particularly pretty flower at the corner of her eye.

Their very lucky days are her days of rest. Dolores doesn't have to running left and right trying to restore peace in the world, and the sun is shining especially bright with it's comforting breeze every now and then!

Whether their luck benefits themself or others, Dolores will always be interested and equally delighted.

They found that one piece of jewelry they lost on an unlucky day? Wonderful!

They learned a game in less than 2 minutes? Terrific!

There are days that their super lucky days can get as equally chaotic as their super unlucky days, though. All they wanted to do was help the Madrigals find the toucan Antonia befriended, and they ended up with a dozen toucans perched on them. With the price of getting attacked by bird poop when they traveled to them. Dolores has never laughed any harder, and it's a story always told at the dinner table!

No matter what happens on a certain day, Dolores never sees it as a chore to keep them out of trouble.

If anything, it gives her an excuse to give them just a little bit more love and care than usual.

"This is not how I expected my day to go, but every day is an adventure with you, mi amor!"

Camilo

It didn't take the gorgeous, sunny weather to confirm it was going to be a lucky day.

It took the rather large jar filled with plenty of coins being handed to them by a very moody Pepa, lecturing her middle child and her husband for placing many bets on what kind of day it was going to be for them to know.

Yep, it was true!

Both Camilo and Felix stood there, taking their lecture about how wrong it was to place bets on something as childish as this, but that sly grin on Camilo's face proved that this wasn't their first rodeo.

In all honesty, Camilo sees his s/o's ability as a blessing more than a curse, especially their very unlucky days.

There was one time Mirabel caught the two in the act about to terrorize another poor, unsuspecting villager on the rooftop of an old home. If it weren't for Dolores hearing their plans and blabbing them Mirabel, they would have gotten away with it. Of course, when she got their attention, Camilo's poor s/o was so spooked, they almost fell down the roof it weren't for Camilo having an already tight grip on them, causing them both to fall in a frightened, tangled heap.

The two will get into some everyday mischief, and if their bad luck causes an issue where they get caught, they both will just blame it on their horrible luck.

Of course, this doesn't happen all the time.

Camilo will always look after his s/o on their unlucky days! He'll try his best to keep preventable incidents from happening like warning Pepa what kind of day it is so she doesn't storm on them or tidying up the simplest messes so they don't have to break their back trying to get a nice cup of water.

On their worst days, Camilo will help ease his s/o's neveres. The last thing he wants is a freak accident to happen while they're not in the right headspace.

"Easy, mi vida, easy. It's gonna be alright, it's over now."

Now saying Camilo gets excited for good weather is an understatement.

He takes after his father, he's totally whipped about his s/o, so their very lucky days are his best days! He'll stick by their side so he can see their eyes brighten at something good that happened.

Always hypes them up, even when the littlest sparks of luck work their magic in his s/o's day. Of course, as he always swears, the best luck they've ever had was "scoring the best Madrigal" as their lover, but sometimes they don't buy it if they don't play along.

Camilo enjoys the good moments, but sometimes the chaotic lucky days are what makes the days so good.

He's a troublemaker, so when he can't get away with blaming his s/o's bad luck on the consequences of his poor choices, he'll do whatever he can to make their day as wacky as possible.

Of course, not too wacky to put anyone in danger, but just wacky enough to know that there is some Camilo in it.

Even though the betting jar filled with coins from the previous bet wasn't planned, it still was a nice surprise for his s/o to be given on their glorious, lucky day.

Every day is a new adventure for them both. Their energies mix well with each other, and having someone like Camilo by their side always makes the baddest days seem brighter. After all, he's never one to stop until he makes everyone smile~
