I started with succulents like everyone else but tbh orchids are rapidly becoming my plant blorbos. Everyone takes care of them wrong and it's not your FAULT because the care instructions that come with them are!! Incorrect!!! If you do what they say then your orchid will die!!!! If you give them the right environment they're SO easy. They're such easy plants to grow. They have been UNFAIRLY SLANDERED by a MISINFORMATION campaign. They don't deserve this.
#im thinking of getting into gardening for next year's resolution#while im focusing on herbs and plants that can be use in cooking#i might consider getting a flower too#so this is very helpful

Ok I've decided to make some basic resources for anti-Zionist Jews who feel really alone and want to connect with each other or with our culture or history.
Reading List
Traces of History: Elementary Structures of Race
The Making of Jewish Revolutionaries in the Pale of Settlement
Twenty Years with the Jewish Labor Bund A Memoir of Interwar Poland
Crisis, Revolution, and Russian Jews
Colonial Paradigms of Violence: Comparative Analysis of the Holocaust, Genocide, and Mass Killing
The Holocaust and the Nakba: A New Grammar of Trauma and History
With Freedom in Our Ears: Histories of Jewish Anarchism
A Fire in Their Hearts: Yiddish Socialists in New York
How Jews Became White Folks: And What That Says About Race in America
Modern Middle Eastern Jewish Thought: Writings on Identity, Politics, and Culture, 1893–1958
A History of Egyptian Communism Jews and Their Compatriots in Quest of Revolution
The Sultan's Communists: Moroccan Jews and the Politics of Belonging
On the Arab-Jew, Palestine, and Other Displacements: Selected Writings of Ella Shohat
Three Worlds: Memoirs of an Arab-Jew
When We Were Arabs: A Jewish Family’s Forgotten History
The Arab Jews: A Postcolonial Reading of Nationalism, Religion, and Ethnicity
(Do also check out Decolonize Palestine for the original resources as well as the reading list that centres Palestinians themselves)
News and Magazines
Jewish Currents [United States]
Treyf Podcast [Montreal, Quebec, Canada] (sadly defunct but you can listen to their older, archived podcasts which include some great interviews)
Edit: I think it's also worth adding The Electronic Intifada. It's not explicitly Jewish, but it often features interviews with and opinion pieces by anti-Zionist Jews while primarily being an outlet for Palestinians themselves.
Organisations
Jewish Voice for Peace [United States]
IfNotNow [United States]
Independent Jewish Voices Canada [Canada]
Jewdas [United Kingdom]
Jews Against Fascism [Australia]
Dayenu: New Zealand Jews Against Occupation [Aotearoa / New Zealand]
Sh'ma Koleinu – Alternative Jewish Voices [Aotearoa / New Zealand]
Synagogues
Tzedek [Chicago, Illinois, United States]
Chavurah For A Free Palestine at Kehilla Community Synagogue [Piedmont, California, United States]
Edit: Have also been told I can add Kadima Reconstructionist Community [Seattle, Washington, United States] to the list!

Jew here with a friendly reminder that:
Criticizing Isreal ≠ antisemetic
Supporting Palestine ≠ antisemitic
Believing in the Free Palestine cause ≠ antisemitic
BUT ALSO
A random ass Jew just living their life oceans away has nothing to do with the Isreal-Palestine conflict
Palestinian Jews exist
Jews that support Palestine exist (I am one of them)
Calling out ACTUAL antisemitism ≠ supporting Isreal

definitely not salty about not being able to watch the new digimon 02 movie at my local cinema and missed out the official merch being sold there together, and it's already hard to find merch of that generation here TuT (this is a lie, i am a bit salty /lh)
i'm wondering if they wanted to re-canonized the og 02 ending based of what they shown in the trailer though, because i remember reading about how the recent movies focusing on the adventure-02 generation doesn't follow that path anymore, but then again i haven't been keeping updates with the series for quite a while so might've missed some other changes
#the third secret thing#im at the phase where all the stuff i loved when i was younger comes back knocking at my door#and other stuff#the other day my roommate restocked our bath soaps#and i got intense nostalgia moment when i was showering#because it was the same soap i used when i was living in a dorm like a decade ago. i havent used it for years because they are quite pricey#november has always been a nostalgia-inducing month for me#shouldve expected this sort of thing to happen now that we are close to it huhu#honestly my roman empire is the digimon crests

idk how many people will vote, but i found out today that it's not a mandatory part of everyone's syllabus for some reason
we also looked into different genres (movies, documentaries, tv commercials, news shows, reality tv) and how film techniques were used differently, but if you just had a crash course in film analysis, that also counts
if you want, you can include your country. i'm from denmark where it is mandatory
#no but pretty sure its implemented in the new syllabus that was put in place around 2017 and after#which was years after i graduated#i learnt about this subject when i got into uni#because its a core subject for the field of study i took#im southeast asian

hi qsmpblr! i have a question because i can't remember the details exactly, and im working on something. i'd check the wiki or vods but my internet connection isn't strong enough to let me play or visit the website TuT
Does cc!Wilbur or q!Wilbur knew that Chayanne talked before? If he did, was it Phil or Tallulah who told him, or did he found out by himself?
Thank you in advance! 🙇
