are you willing to leave everything behind, all of your limitations, your fears, your doubts, the old man?

leave it all behind, it’s not beneficial, it’s not letting you move forward, let it go. you’re the one who has the power to create beautiful things, so why keep going back to the old man? see, you tend to dwell in what’s more ‘comfortable’, instead of truly putting the effort to accept the fact that you’re the creator, the fact that you’re the one who has the magic within yourself, that no one else can change your life but yourself, that nothing is ‘impossible’ for you, that nothing is “unreachable” and that if you truly want something you can get it.

why not start being them… the version of yourself who has everything they want, the person who has the money, the family, the life that they want, why just not accept the fact that you are them.

- you can’t expect to receive your desires while being in a state of lack, meaning you’re constantly thinking “this is not working” or “gosh, i don’t see any movement!” and still expecting to receive your desires, no… you’re either hot or cold; you can’t be lukewarm!

so ask yourself, “who am i?”

there’s only two options;

you’re the person you want to be

you’re not the person you want to be.

there’s not a third option such as “i’m trying to be”

so… who are you?

Downward spiral- mental health help

I had a downward spiral today. This morning, all I did was accidentally leave my mum’s umbrella behind at school and suddenly I was overwhelmed by a surge of guilt but it didn’t stop there. I kept telling myself how much of a terrible person I am. I’m irresponsible, lazy and I’m always losing and forgetting thing so much so that it ms honestly a huge problem. My mind kept flashing back to all the reasons why I didn’t deserve anything and I couldn’t stop myself. I kept thinking- I deserve this. I need to feel sad.

I’m not sure if I have OCD but I kept having to look up at the sun and blink a certain number of times (12 sets of 4). I also had disturbing images protrude my thoughts. I feel okay now, but there are times when one little thing that gets me down sets me on a continuous downward spiral. I’m not sure exactly what that was but I could do with some advice. ❤️
