Becoming the best version of you is a long process, but why not make it enjoyable ? Here’s my categories & tips for turning into the girl you want to be.

Investing in yourself 💌

Spending $$$ on yourself is not selfish ! Go get your lashes, nails, & toes done. Also throw in a facial ! In order to be the best you, you need to feel confident and ready for any outing.

Even if it’s just going to the grocery store, you must show up as the person you want to be !

A list of things to pamper yourself with :

Body wash, body scrub

leave-in hair conditioner

Cleanser, serum, moisturizer

Set of matching lotion & perfume

Lip gloss, lashes, highlighter

Facial mist

Cleansing your mind 💌

Just as we need to cleanse our face before bed, we must cleanse our mind before we make any important decisions, purchases, and connections. If your mind is a mess, you will not be able to evolve !

How to cleanse your mind :

Clean your room ! Your room is a direct image of your mental state.

Clean your sheets, surfaces, and organizers.

Organize your makeup, skincare, and closet.

Clean out your phone

Unfollow people that don’t bring you joy, or are just flat out toxic.

Just as Saweetie said, “have a block party” BLOCKING IS SELFCARE !

Please please don’t follow people you compare yourself to, it’s unhealthy. You are YOU ! You don’t need to be constantly comparing yourself to unrealistic beauty standards & people who are on a different journey than you. You’re always going to be beautiful you !

Get rid of any toxic ‘friends’ in your life, if you can’t cut them off, just fall back. Don’t share your personal projects, ideas, and goals with them anymore.

Keep to yourself, the less people know about what you have going on, the less negative energy you’re putting into your personal path of life.

Have alone time. Dedicate a few hours of each day to just be with yourself, and learn more about you. Don’t get too wrapped up in social media because you truly only have yourself !

Treat yourself with kindness 💌

When we are constantly seeing others & how well they’re doing, it can really hurt our personal beings. Not everything we see on the internet is real, and you can still be happy & content without a social media presence.

Don’t push yourself to be an image of a person that you just, aren’t ! Like I said before, you’re you. You’re always going to be your own, unique person. So please don’t follow trends & personalities that aren’t your own.

Be gentle with yourself, take care of your skin, hair, and nails. Cleanse your mind everyday, take time out of each day to care for YOU ! Take a nap, brush your hair, and tell yourself affirmations, you deserve love & comfort.

Confidence 💌

Be confident in the way you carry yourself, what’s the point of being insecure ?? You only have this one body for all we know of, so please love it ! Love every part of it, there’s nobody exactly like you.

Self love is the key to true beauty, when you love yourself, your aura radiates a kind & pretty energy.

Becoming confident is a decision that YOU have to make, so read up on how to wake up that confidence inside of you.

achieving the babydoll makeup look

It’s all in the eyes

• finding the perfect eyelashes and liner is a big part of the baby doll look. when you think of dolls you think of their eyes and long fluffy lashes! my favs are kiss chiffon and v luxe millennial pink lashes!

the face

• you’ll want a foundation that’s full coverage but not too cakey! my favorite is the dior skin glow! and i use the milk hydro grip primer!

• you’ll also want a good concealer! my favorites are the LA GIRL pro conceal and the nars creamy concealer!

• personally i don’t like to make my brows to over done, never have, so i just follow my natural brow shape and fill and make them longer! i also rarely ever conceal them!

• now comes my favorite part! BLUSH!

my favorite blushes are mac lovejoy, nars orgasm, and too faced tutti frutti peach and strawberry!!!

contour

i actually am not that good at contouring! so i just use bronzer on the tip and sides of my nose with fenty island ting or nars laguna! i’ll also do my cheeks and chin!

- after contouring i use laura mercier or beauty bakerie setting powder and then the glam glow setting spray! and then highlight and add blush to my nose! i still love fenty trophy wife or mac soft n gentle!

lips

GLOSS GLOSS GLOSS!!! i always go for clear, nudes, pinks, or a nudey pink! i already have naturally full lips so i don’t usually over line or line in general! if i do i use dervish by mac or nude by milani and go under my bottom lip only!
