🎸 Our new therapist we just met for the first time kept asking us about our “primary alter.”

We said “do you mean our host?” and she looked very confused. But then continued to talk about the “primary” and how the other alters exist to “serve the primary alter.”

Like… what?? I just spent so long googling whatever the heck she was talking about, and I’m wondering if she just used the wrong term for “core”?? And even then, she would’ve gotten that definition wrong lol

Everything else she said was fine. But what on earth is a primary alter???
