Hey, y’all. Uh, so this is kinda hard for me to post about without immediately wanting to delete it or something, but if you’ve noticed my posting grow a little less… there, on any of my blogs, it’s because I’ve been going through a bit of a hard time, mentally.

And, today, it just got arguably a hundred times worse because I just had a family emergency. So, at the risk of sounding pathetic or helpless, please be gentle with me. Please? I won’t even bother to ask for anyone’s affection or comfort. I have a hard time accepting that anyways. I just ask for your patience and kindness. I don’t need my life on here to be as chaotic as my life out there. As someone who constantly banks on escapism as a coping mechanism, this is one of my many homes away from home.

So, yeah, please be gentle with me.

I was dead asleep when the static of my own radio crackled to life in my top dresser drawer. I shoot upright, wide awake when I recognize Darling’s voice over the radio, excitement bubbling up in my stomach.

Jumping out of my bed, I fumble around in the drawer for the walkie, clicking a button on the side to respond.

“Hey, yeah, I copy. Give me your coordinates and I’ll suit up.”

“Over.”

Slowly reaches into wardrobe, Taking out a box of files, Labeled and Jumbled, Marked and Annotated. Takes out a Glock 17 side by side, an old radio channel walkie, tuning it up and fumbling channels...

Slowly finds a frequency...

Thanks to a certain post by a certain someone—not to name names, but thanks a lot, @yeahimdarcy—people keep walking into the store asking for “Rocket Pops”.

The first few times, I thought they were talking about those obnoxiously American popsicles.

They were not.

Now I have to fight the urge to bash my face into my register every time a kid starts screaming because we don’t have “Rocket Pops”…

This is a message to everyone who is a marvel character blogger, or someone who interacts with them, marvel oc blogs, all of them.

As of recently many of us have been reviving slurs, bullying, insults, and other negative and rude things in our inboxes. it’s starting to really get under my skin. I’m not going to name anyone in particular but some of you have been really condescending towards the MCU gimmick blog community as a whole.

Some blogs because of this have taken breaks or stopped roleplaying as a whole.

In this non canon marvel universe community we have, Kindness goes a long way. We are humans behind the screen too. we’ve got lives and friends like you do, and don’t deserve to be belittled.

All i’m asking,

is for all of you to fucking cut it out.

STOP.

If it continues, and you can’t stop being ignorant or insulting, or being condescending to us, we will all close asks, stop interactions and leave as a whole.
