Dear Tumblr,
Before I had instagram or tiktok or the social I refuse to call X, before all of that, there was you. A place were a raging fangirl, queer, poet preteen could feel at home. You fueled my interest and inspired smiles. You fostered community in a lonely teenage world. Here I felt unapologetically myself.
As I grew up I drifted away, shutting out the side of myself you encouraged, but today I return.
I want to shamelessly rant about my favorite books and poets!
I want to share my carefully crafted words with you.
Today I speak out loud.
