Finished the headpiece first, found all the flowers at Hobby lobby. The wreath is actually a floral wreath I resized for my head. And the butterflies were in the scrapbooking section.

Finished the bodice for the jacket. Now it only needs the sleeves put on, and I love working with a machine that can do fun stitches. This was the tutorial I used to make my hat, it's great and easy to follow. You can have a lot of fun with it. I made my using using scrap fabric from my Ravenclaw robe

So I haven't found a witches hat I liked that would work for my Victorian outfit, so I decided to try my hand at making one. It didn't come out to bad, there are definitely some things I want to do differently if I make another one. Took awhile to get the measurements right, I have a small head.

So Comic Con this year is cancelled so for now my Ravenclaw dress is packed away for 2021. I'll still be working on it here and there. So it was officially announced a few days ago, but the Comic Con I usually attend in my state has officially been cancelled. So far this year has been disappointing in all aspects. Oh well next year will hopefully be bigger and better.
