I loved the banyan trees on the Canary Islands. Their growth is so beautiful and inspiring. Much like these trees my original idea for The Orchid Set was to have one organism with many offshoot branched. After writing an album that was more rooted in hip/hop electronic sounds I decided to start a new project called Arkitecture.
