Something good can come out of a bad situation or feeling if you find the right way to transform the negativity 
I think that the strength that one gains from trauma and struggle doesn't come from the experience alone; the strength is gained by using the pain one went through and transforming it into healing.
As helpless and hopeless you may be feeling right now, I just wanted to remind you that you are so capable of doing just that. And you continue to do that, each and every time you choose to put down that sharp thing; each and every time you choose to nourish your body; each and every time you wake up and choose to live another day despite your mind and body wanting to do anything but.
You are a warrior. Please never forget it.

A Problem Shared is a Problem Halved
As upsetting as it can be, talking about your problems can really help. I’m here to listen and support those of you who struggle to muster the courage to face up to those who repeatedly hurt you with bullying. 
As a “victim” myself, I aim to support you and provide my experience and lessons that I have learnt from it as a point of help and security: knowing that those around you may also be subjected to bullying but like, or unlike, you have been unable to speak out. Well, here is your place to speak out! Everyone deserves a voice, including you. 
Nobody should face bullying alone. Break the silence surrounding your problems and open up here to receive support, advice and a listening ear.
