RIP Chester Bennington! Sad to hear the news of his passing after only seeing him in concert a few weeks ago. It highlights the fact depression is real and is life threatening. Growing up with someone I loved unconditionally, who had and still has severe mental illnesses impacting their lives and those around them, this really does hit home. They will have good days and bad days... It's frustrating and is so heartbreaking at the same time, but sticking by them and showing support is better than nothing. Don't go through it alone, reach out for help. #mentalhealthawareness Linkin Park were my favourite rock band growing up, absolutely amazing voice and amazing collaborations!
