I could be wrong, I haven't actually read the issue, but wasn't it not even 100% certain that he did that? Doesn't the scene go like Batman leaves the room, sees the guy fall, then runs back up to the room and Jason told him he slipped? Like, he's pretty obviously lying, but we don't actually see it happen, right?
