INJUSTICE OF THE LAW
4 posts
The issues of criminal injustice, ineffective counsel, overzealous prosecutors, corrupt judges, false witness testimony, false police reports, false claims of sexual assault, false expert testimony, police brutality, coerced confession, wrongful conviction, and wrongful incarceration are all complex and multifaceted, and they demand a detailed and nuanced approach to address them effectively. Criminal injustice can take many forms, including racial profiling, discriminatory sentencing, and wrongful convictions. Ineffective counsel can leave vulnerable defendants without proper representation, leading to unjust outcomes. Overzealous prosecutors may prioritize convictions over justice, leading to unfair trials and wrongful incarcerations. Corrupt judges undermine the integrity of the justice system and erode public trust. False witness testimony, police reports, and claims of sexual assault can lead to wrongful convictions and cause irreparable harm to the accused. False expert testimony can lead to incorrect conclusions and unjust outcomes. Police brutality and coerced confessions are forms of abuse that violate human rights and undermine the legitimacy of law enforcement. And wrongful convictions and wrongful incarcerations are tragic injustices that can ruin lives and families. It is essential that we address each of these issues with careful consideration and a commitment to justice and fairness. We must work to reform our justice system to ensure that it is accountable, transparent, and equitable for all.

SHE LIED! WHAT? A WOMAN LYING.
Crystal Mangum, the woman who falsely accused three Duke men’s lacrosse players of rape in 2006, admitted she lied about the allegations and asked for David Evans, Collin Finnerty and Reade Seligmann’s forgiveness.
Mangum confessed in an interview published Wednesday on “Let’s Talk with Kat,” hosted by Katerena DePasquale, at the North Carolina Correctional Institution for Women. Unrelated to the lacrosse case, Mangum is currently in prison after being convicted of second-degree murder of her then-boyfriend in 2013.
“I testified falsely against them by saying that they raped me when they didn't, and that was wrong, and I betrayed the trust of a lot of other people who believed in me,” Mangum said in the interview. “[I] made up a story that wasn't true because I wanted validation from people and not from God.”
What she wanted was money, plain and simple; I have written a book that details how and why Women worldwide and all through History have sought out and destroyed men's lives all for the almighty dollar, revenge, or even just for the fun of it, to those women it's just a game and nothing else.
I invite you all to buy and read my Book, which is available on Amazon or at Barnes & Noble bookstores. Use the link below to purchase this book and others by yours indeed; thank you in advance, and may God bless you always,
