We all should give for the sake of lifting others up. BUT! People don’t dislike us, they’re just doing what is best for them. When I was a kid my brothers and I would do front flips on the bed. Life is what we make of it. And, if we are actively trying to make a better life for ourselves it will get better. It just may not happen as quickly or as noticeably as we may expect. Look at your life in 5 year increments. Compare your current circumstances to those of 5 years ago. Do you see the difference? Take note of how your life has positively moved in a better direction. It is important not to neglect what still needs to improve, but take good note of what has improved and pat yourself on the back because you deserve it. Take me for example, 5 years ago my car was repossessed, my credit score was below 500, and my income was below $1000 per month. All of these things have changed for the better.
