The Censorship on Tumblr
OK so Tumblr has decided to censor and exclude content, as they see fit, stepping on what made this a great and creative space for everyone of all walks of life enjoy.
It is well in their rights to “censor” content, but we as content providers do NOT have to stay, and I for one am not sure that I am staying or not, I do not stand for censorship of any kind I believe that as an adult you self-govern yourself and not turn the world into a giant baby sitter and content monitoring Nazi regime.
In the world of Transgender, and who uses what bathroom being the norm now, we have now turned to “Adult” content, made for adults, marked as “Adult” by adults being banned. This does not honor the sacrifices that our forefathers and every service man and woman have given their all to protect. Freedom of speech! But again I say we do not have to stay here and be censored it is ultimately our choices.
I run a cigar blog, I have over 1700 plus followers, I do NOT have any nudity and my language is very tame. My content has been flagged as “Adult” and not conforming to their new Decency and safety guidelines, or as I call them the “Nazi chronicles”
I had over 200 posts flagged, I went in and appealed every single one of them over the last 2 days, I spent hours re-reading they Nazi Chronicle” and ALL my content. They should have not banned, blocked or flagged any of them!
Now after 2 days they have re-posted or rather “Un-Hidden” my content and have apologized. For that I say Thank you, but it will remain to be seen if this happens again. For now I will continue here because of you my followers and outside audience. I will start posting again, and will keep you all informed of what I will be doing or where I will going.
Thank you all for the support over the years as well as the friendship you have given me. This just saddens me and almost takes the enjoyment out of blogging.

The Cigar Stop Reviews Altadis’s Ttinidad Reserve
Name: Trinidad Reserve Origin: Honduras Wrapper: Ecuador Habano Filler/Binder: Nicaraguan/Honduras Shape/Size: Robusto, Toro, Belicoso, Churchill Strength: medium - Full Box/Bundle: Bundle of 20 Flavored: No Price: $4.50 -$7.00 Per Single – $45.00 to $75.00 Per Box.
Tumblr media
Hey-Ho Cigar fans, I finally got to try the Trinidad and I can tell you I was not disappointed, other than 1 unraveled out of 20. This batch of 20 lasted days and that was it.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
They were more on the mellow side rather than the medium-full side of things. The flavor was very nice with notes of leather, woodiness and cedar, the finish was nice with just the slightest hint of spice, but hardly noticed with the light cool smoke.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
If I had to say something bad about this selection it would be it's elusiveness, it is hard to find, like an albino fire ant. the mistake I made was not buying a second bundle, the day I got them I smoked one and tried to get another order, but my size preference was not in stock.
Tumblr media
Construction was nice, as I said I had on un ravel on me, but that was a one and done. the ash was little on the flaky side, but still solid and the aroma was very pleasant.
Tumblr media
The Trinidad selection with its Cuban-seed Ecuadorian leaf aged just right along with aged Honduran and Nicaraguan fillers is a winner for me and I hope it will be for you as well.
Tumblr media
Going with a 6 out of 10 on this one, great everyday smoke, that goes well with just about anything.

Cigar Solidarity
RTG got my taste buds worked up for a CAO Brazillia, so I ran out to my local cigar store and got one in the sign of cigar solidarity. Great choice @rtgarcia17

The Cigar Stop reviews Romeo Y Julieta 1875
The Cigar Stop Reviews Romeo Y Julieta 1875 Name: 1875 Origin: Dominican Repubic Wrapper: Indonesian Filler/Binder: Dominican Republic/ Dominican Republic Shape/Size: Ciarillos, Corona, Robusto, Toro, Belicoso, Churchill Strength: Medium Box/Bundle: Box of 25 Flavored: No Price: $12.00 Per Single – $95.00 to $160.00 Per Box
So, before I get to my review let me say that I know that my personal opinion on this cigar maybe one sided as I am not a huge fan of this well-known and respected brand, I find that Romeo y Julieta are on the pungent side of the cigars as well on the slightly bitter and peppery side of the cigar scale and for the non-cigar smokers around me they find this particular brand’s aroma, too strong to be around. I consider this brand to be a one trick pony thus far for all their selections (although I have not tried them all) they taste the same and smell the same.  Now for this selection it has been about a decade since I have tried it and thought I would be fair and give it another shot, it is the Romeo y Julieta 1875.
Tumblr media
The “Powers that Be” have rated this a 92, and have told the masses it is not only one of the best sellers for the brand, but also one of the finest you will smoke. I do differ on this as you have read, but to be fair here is what I think of it.
Tumblr media
The draw was very good, the construction was top notch, it had a nice light gray ash that hung on till you taped it off, so where did it go wrong for me? Flavor and price. The Price is just not based on what I think it should be, it’s on the high end side for what I have gotten out of this cigar.
Tumblr media
The flavor, is what does this selection in for me, although it did have a woodiness and leather taste to it as advertised, that is where it ended in comparison to other reviews. The selection got bitter and the cool smoke got hot to the taste and feel and there was absolutely no sweet finish like others have said. I also found that the 3 I smoked burned rather fast. I smoked 3 different sizes, a Robusto, a Toro and a Churchill, and they all preformed and tasted the same, so consistency and quality of the selection cannot be question, it only comes down to my personal take on the taste.
Tumblr media
As I have said before all my reviews are from a regular guys point of view and not everyone is going to agree, some of you out there may have a more discerning pallet than I do and I can respect that as well, but I am sorry this is not the selection for me.
Tumblr media
The tale of the tape . . . Construction was excellent, solid ash, no blemishes at all on the wrapper. Price was a tad too rich for me for what I got out of the selection. Aroma was strong and almost unpleasant. Flavor was not quite pleasant and turned biter, not quite as advertised.
Tumblr media
So overall I would rate this cigar selection a 5 ½ out of 10, mostly for quality
Tumblr media
If you have a similar or different experience with this selection let me know I would like to hear your thoughts on it, they are extremely popular and established, so it would seem that is it my personal taste issue.

The Cigar Stop reviews Gurkha’s Black Ops Maduro
In a day and age of uncertainty, you can feel secure when you grab up a bundle of Black Ops by Gurkha. You Budget Bundle folks will be extremely happy with this one, The flavor is deep, dark and delicious.
Tumblr media
The maduro wrapper and Cuban seed fillers and binders gives your taste buds notes of earthiness with an rich hint of coffee at its base and small hit of pepper on the finish.
Tumblr media
The construction is very good and neither the flavor nor the price will leave you unhappy.
Tumblr media
I usually have this selection kicking around in my humidor, for one of my regular everyday cigars, just because they are inexpensive doesn’t me they should be snubbed, don’t be shy give them a try, I did and as a result I have purchased a couple bundles every few months.
Tumblr media
This selection is great for anyone just starting out smoking cigars as well, it gives you lesson in flavors that can be hard to get a handle on when your new to cigars.
Tumblr media
I rate this afternoon delight a 5 out of 10
