I learnt something in the past few days. I'm always in an "ON-OFF" relationship with myself. Something exploring something I never knew, sometimes 'RE-LEARNING' something that I knew in the past but forgot about it along the way. I'm exploring sides of me I never knew existed, I'm exploring myself as a new species that needs research, attention and discovery 😂

I've learnt the meaning of self-love and self-care now that I'm actually trying to embrace my contradictory personality. It's difficult to understand at times, yes it's not easy. But I love myself and I'm happy to be able to self-explore and give all the love I needed for myself by 'myself'.

I learned that I don't need validation, clarification, justification or attention from others. What I wanted was just myself, just my own love, care, understanding and patience.

Surely I have given myself a hard time all this time, I hope to be able to grow and heal happily and healthily along the path of my journey.

I've learned lots of things from many people, strangers, and many different platforms. I'm sharing one of them today.

Something that's Boring for others are fun and peaceful for me. 😂

Just let me be bored by myself rather than making me do something you think is fun. I prefer boring myself than anything.

the older i get, the more i need time & personal space to be as boring as possible
