AITA (cishet guys)

I went girlmode (dressing like a cis girly but i told him im ftm) for the last 6 months for this guy, dude. Eventually, we got close, and we started dating two days ago. Literally two days. I was ecstatic, but i just HAD A FEELING he was playin me. But i kept tellin myself ‘nah, he said he loves me, i gotta have trust to have a good relationship’ cuz i have trust issues from past exes, mostly the cishet guys ☠️ but little do i know, today we’re casually talking and im suddenly randomly blocked. Blue unsent messages, straight to voicemail, etc. i texted him from my bro’s phone to ask what i did wrong, and he immediately blocked my brother, no answer. (We know it was him bc i asked who it was n i recognized his texting style) my brother naturally went protective brother crazy and kept using burner numbers to ask whats wrong with him (im not proud of that—he def hates me now.) i just genuinely dunno what people want from me anymore. My exes would always just randomly break up with me, despite me being kind, and making sure to be there but not too clingy, and even taking it slow unless the guy takes it faster, in which i would match his pace. What do i even do? And how do i face him tomorrow when i see him?

my friends and i have come up with two ideas

Whether or not he likes me, he’s embarrassed (prob cuz im kinda loud/‘silly’ cuz audhd n ppl think im weird :/)

he jus wanted a gf and didnt care who n doesn’t actually like me

i knew it was suspicious how sweet and perfect while agreeing with like every one of my opinions and moving so fast even for the honeymoon phase. Im just really disappointed because i saw this lasting a lot longer, at least until my birthday (feb 11) :( pls lmk what i did
