💎 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Monstrous Mask
Wondrous item, rare ___ This painted wood mask weighs 3 pounds and resembles a mish-mash of various roaring monsters. While wearing it, you can use an action to cast the “polymorph” spell on yourself from the mask. You transform into a random monstrosity, instead of a beast. When you do, you retain your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores. Roll a d6 and consult the table below to determine which monstrosity you transform into: d6 | Monstrosity — 1 | Ankheg 2 | Ettercap 3 | Griffon 4 | Manticore 5 | Owlbear 6 | Winter Wolf For the duration of the spell, you can’t be frightened, and you have advantage on Constitution saving throws made to maintain concentration on the spell. Once this property of the mask has been used, it can’t be used again until the next dusk. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! ⚔️ 𝗡𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Clangor Clapper
Weapon (club or mace), uncommon ___ This all-metal weapon used to be the clapper to a bell. When you hit a creature that’s made of metal or that’s wearing metal armor, the target takes an extra 1d4 thunder damage from the attack. On a 4, the target begins to resonate. While resonating, the target has disadvantage on any ability check it makes that relies on hearing, and it takes another 1d4 thunder damage at the start of each of your turns. The target continues to resonate until you roll a number other than 4 on this d4. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! ⚔️ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Hell Bells
Weapon (flail), rare ___ Three horned bells hang from the head of this flail. On a hit, a target takes 3d4 bludgeoning damage, instead of the weapon’s normal damage. Whenever you roll a 4 on one of the damage dice, you can choose to deal 4 fire damage with it instead of 4 bludgeoning damage. 𝙎𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙤𝙣 𝙃𝙚𝙡𝙡 𝙃𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙙. You can use an action to summon a hell hound while holding the flail. When you do, the flail’s bells emit a soft ringing, like a dinner bell. The hound appears in a random unoccupied space that you can see within 10 feet of you. The hound is friendly to you and your companions, although it ignores any command you give it. In battle, the hound takes its turn immediately after yours. On its turn, it moves and attacks the nearest hostile creature to it. If there aren’t any hostile creatures, it instead takes the Dodge action. The hound ceases being friendly to you and your companions if any of you hurt or otherwise threaten it. The hound remains for 1 hour, moving to remain within 60 feet of you for the duration. Once this property of the flail has been used, it can’t be used again until the next dawn. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! ⚔️ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Greatbell Hammer
Weapon (maul or warhammer), very rare (requires attunement) ___ This hammer emits a deep, resonant toll whenever you hit a target with it, which is audible out to a range of 30 feet. A target hit with this hammer takes an extra 1d12 thunder damage from the attack; on a 12, you can immediately cast the “thunderwave” spell from the hammer (save DC 16). This version of the spell creates a 15-foot cone, rather than a cube, which originates from the hammer and must be in the direction of the target of the attack. A creature that fails the saving throw against the spell is also deafened for 1 minute. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! 📜 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Scroll of Mass Sending
Scroll, rare ___ This scroll has a line of instructions written along the top, but is otherwise left blank. The scroll has enough room for up to 250 words to be written on it. Reading from the scroll using an action duplicates the effects of the “sending” spell with the following changes: you can read up to 25 words aloud from the scroll on each of your turns. You can continue to read from the scroll on each of your consecutive turns, using an action each time. The spell is continued for as long as you continue to read from the scroll. When the spell ends, choose up to 25 creatures to deliver the message to, instead of 1. A bird then flies out from the scroll into the air for each target, which then disappears. The birds are illusory. Each bird then immediately reappears before a different target to reiterate the message. You determine whether the birds use your voice or an altered one to repeat the message. If you use your voice, a creature recognizes you as the sender if it knows you. Otherwise, you remain anonymous as the sender. After repeating the message, the birds vanish. When the spell ends, the scroll’s magic is lost. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! 💎 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Folding Tent
Wondrous item, uncommon ___ This folded triangle of multicolored canvas is 1 foot long and 6 inches wide. It weighs 1 pound. This item also has three command words, each requiring you to use an action to speak it: • The first command word causes the canvas to unfurl into a camping tent that’s large enough for two Medium creatures or three Small ones. The tent is 7 feet long, 5 feet wide, and 4 feet tall. The tent comes equipped with two bedrolls, blankets, and a hooded lamp. • The second command word causes the canvas to unfurl into a 20-foot-radius yurt that’s 10 feet tall. Inside the yurt are ten bedrolls and blankets surrounding a stone-ringed fire pit equipped with cook’s utensils. A fire within the pit creates no smoke and doesn’t use oxygen. • The third command word causes the tent or yurt to fold back into the canvas triangle, provided that there aren’t any creatures inside. Items left within the area are ejected from the canvas when it folds itself up. Removing an item that appears with the tent or yurt causes it to disappear until the next time the command word is used to reform the area. The atmosphere inside the area is comfortable and dry, regardless of the weather outside. You can choose what color the tent or yurt are as part of speaking the command word, which are opaque from the outside. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! 💎 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Curse Cutter
Wondrous item, uncommon ___ These shears feature an ominous, glimmering eye at their hinge. It swivels around, knowingly. You can use an action to open the shears and touch them to a cursed target. When you do, arcane threads appear between the shears’ blades, representing a curse present on the target. Severing the threads as part of the action casts the “remove curse” spell from the shears. 𝘾𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚. These shears are cursed. Whenever the shears are used to cast “remove curse” on a creature or a cursed magic item that a creature is attuned to, there’s a 50 percent chance that the shears cast the spell but impart a new curse on that creature. A creature cursed in this way takes 1d6 slashing damage whenever it fails a saving throw or rolls a 1 on a d20. This slashing damage can’t be reduced in any way. If a creature is reduced to 0 hit points as a result of this slashing damage, a shadow rises from the corpse after 1d4 hours. Once the shears curse a creature in this way, they can’t be used again until the next dusk. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! 💎 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Peacock’s Vanity
Wondrous item, rare ___ This standing mirror is decorated with peacock motifs. It stands 7 feet tall and weighs 10 pounds. A command word is inscribed along the bottom of the mirror. While standing in front of the mirror, you can speak the command word using an action to gain the effects of the “disguise self” spell (save DC 13). This version of the spell lasts for 8 hours, until you use an action to speak the command word again, or until another creature uses an action to make a successful Intelligence (Investigation) check to discern that you are disguised. 𝘾𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚. A small few of these mirrors are cursed. When found, the GM rolls a d6 in secret. On a 1, the mirror is cursed. A cursed mirror makes creatures under the effects of its “disguise self” spell hideous to other creatures. For the duration of the spell, such a creature takes a −10 penalty to any Charisma check it makes. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! ⚔️ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Frozen Prongs
Weapon (trident), very rare (requires attunement) ___ While holding this magic trident, you have resistance to cold damage. This weapon deals an extra 3d4 cold damage to any target hit by it, and if you take any fire damage while the weapon is on your person, that damage is reduced by 3d4; the number of dice you roll for these effects is reduced by 1 each time you reduce fire damage in this way. This property of the trident returns to normal 1 hour after the last time you take fire damage. In addition, if you’re in extreme cold, the d4s become d6s. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! 🛡 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Armor of the Platinum Lord
Armor (medium or heavy, but not hide), legendary (requires attunement by a cleric or paladin) ___ This silvery armor is blessed by a divine dragon. A mantle emblazoned with seven silver scales rests across its shoulders as a sign of piety. While wearing this armor, your Constitution score changes to 20, unless it’s already higher. In addition, you have advantage on saving throws against being frightened. The armor has 7 charges for the following properties. It regains all expended charges daily at dawn. 𝙋𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙪𝙢 𝙂𝙡𝙤𝙧𝙮. You can use a bonus action to expend 3 of the armor’s charges to gain a flying speed of 30 feet for 10 minutes. For the duration, your weapon attacks deal an extra 1d8 radiant damage on a hit, and whenever you restore hit points to a creature using a class feature or a spell you cast, that creature regains an additional 1d8 hit points. 𝙍𝙚𝙙𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝘿𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙜𝙚. When a creature that you can see within 30 feet of you takes damage, you can use your reaction to expend 2 of the armor’s charges to prevent that creature from taking the damage. When you do, you take that damage instead, and it is halved for you; this damage can’t be reduced in any other way. 𝙍𝙚𝙛𝙡𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙍𝙖𝙙𝙞𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚. Whenever you restore hit points to a target using a class feature or a spell you cast, you can expend 1 or more of the armor’s charges to force a creature of your choice within 10 feet of the target to make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC. You can choose an additional creature for each charge you expend after the first. On a failed save, an affected creature takes radiant damage equal to half the number of hit points restored to the target. The creature must be able to see the target, which emits a brilliant flash of holy light when it’s healed. 𝙁𝙡𝙖𝙬. The “armor of the platinum lord” makes its wearer a steward of principle. While attuned to the armor, you gain the following flaw: “I can’t abide any behavior unbecoming of a lord. Propriety and honesty is the only way: even to villains.” ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! 💎 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Alchemimic
Wondrous item, uncommon ___ An alchemist tried, and mostly failed, at reconstituting a mimic from its remains. The result is this vial of swirling purple liquid, which has several orange eyeballs floating around inside of it. You can use an action to pour out the vial and describe a Tiny object (such as a fish hook, ring, or quill). The description can be as detailed or vague as you like. The liquid then transforms itself into the object. This version of the object is extremely sticky to the touch, and although it can duplicate the appearance of other magic items, it doesn’t gain their magical properties. The “alchemimic” can remain in this form for up to 1 hour, at which time it dissolves into the liquid again. You can use an action to return the “alchemimic” to the vial while within reach of it, whether it’s in its object form or liquid form. Regardless, the item can’t transform again until the next dawn or until it consumes one day’s worth of rations. It can be fed the rations while in the vial by dropping bits of them into the top; doing so takes 10 minutes. Drinking the “alchemimic” destroys it and causes the drinker to take 1d10 acid damage. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! ⚔️ 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Oozing Mace
Weapon (mace), very rare ___ This mace is coated in a swirling mass of black ooze. You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon, which deals an extra 1d6 acid damage to any target it hits. 𝘾𝙤𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙡𝙞𝙢𝙚. If you roll a 5 or 6 on the acid’s damage die, the ooze latches onto the target, dealing an extra 1d6 acid damage to it and reducing its AC by 2. This penalty lasts until the start of your next turn, during which time the mace doesn’t deal its extra acid damage to targets hit by it. The ooze magically returns to the mace at the start of your next turn. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! 💎 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Steel Hawk Elite Helm
Wondrous item, rare ___ While wearing this helmet, you can’t be moved by magical or nonmagical wind against your will. In addition, once on each of your turns when you jump at least 10 feet in any direction, you can choose to fly an additional 10 feet in that direction. This extra movement doesn’t count towards your total movement for the turn and doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks. It takes an action to don or doff the helmet. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! 💎 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Starlit Candle
Wondrous item, uncommon ___ This candle has no wick. Instead, it automatically lights itself when exposed to darkness. The light appears as a miniscule star above the candle and sheds bright light in a 10-foot radius and dim light for an additional 10 feet. Any illusions within the candle’s bright light sparkle obviously within that area. After burning for 1 hour, the candle is destroyed. Deduct the time it burned in increments of 1 minute from the candle’s total burn time. The candle doesn’t light itself or remain lit in dim or bright light, and it immediately extinguishes whenever it’s exposed to dim or bright light. The candle’s light doesn’t snuff itself or other “starlit candles” out. You can snuff the candle out early for use at a later time. To do so, you must cover the candle completely with a cloth or scrap of parchment. You can cover or uncover the candle using an action. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! 🛡 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Mirage Leathers
Armor (leather), uncommon (requires attunement) ___ This stark white armor tricks the eye in strong light, like a mirage. While wearing this armor, other creatures take a −5 penalty to any Wisdom (Perception) checks they make to see you, provided you’re in bright light or sunlight. In addition, you can use an action to cast the “mirror image” spell. This version of the spell ends early if you start your turn without being in bright light or sunlight. For the duration of the spell, you can take the Hide action as a bonus action, and remain hidden, even if you’re in plain sight. Once the armor has been used to cast this spell, it can’t do so again until the next dawn. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks! 🛡 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗺! Ballatar’s Buckler
Armor (shield), rare (requires attunement) ___ This flat metal buckler has a bladed edge that encircles it. Three prongs support the blade, which can be separated from the face of the shield. While the blade is attached to the shield, you can use a reaction whenever a creature misses you with an attack while within 5 feet of you to make a single attack with the shield, treating it as if it were a scimitar with which you’re proficient. You can use an action while holding the shield to speak its command word, causing the blade to lift from the surface of the shield and rapidly spin. It then flies off the face of the shield in a direction of your choice. Choose a path for the spinning blade to move, which has a flying speed of 90 feet. The blade only moves in straight lines and can bounce from objects to change course. It costs the blade 10 feet of movement each time it strikes a target. Any creature in the path of the spinning blade must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw the first time it passes through the creature’s space, taking slashing damage equal to 1d6 + your Strength or Dexterity modifier (your choice) on a failed save. If the spinning blade flies back into your space, you can choose for it to reattach to the shield or catch it in your free hand; otherwise, it falls to the ground at the end of its movement. The blade can be reattached to the shield as an action. Until the blade is reattached, you can use it as a magic scimitar with the thrown property (30/90). You’re proficient with this weapon. If the blade remains detached from the shield for 24 hours, it magically reappears on the shield if you’re both on the same plane of existence. ___ ✨ Patrons get huge perks!
