Thinking back to this post, I think how Franz’s OCD would manifest would be in like

Being scared he’s secretly a horrible person, that he actually did something terrible, that he secretly hates a person he loves or secretly loves a person he hates

Stuff like that. Not sure whether his compulsions would manifest physically. I’ve just been thinking that it’s more like internal compulsions like saying something over and over again in his mind. The most physical that it’ll manifest itself as is him like shaking it off from his mind

And this is worse with how she most likely snuck into Franz’s room while he was asleep. I say most likely mainly because Franz carries his flute everywhere he goes. So the only way Carmilla would have been able to do that is at night while he was asleep.

Me personally if I was Franz that would be terrifying. He already has experience with something terrible happening to him as he sleeps(that being his curse). So just imagine waking up, getting dressed, picking up your flute and seeing a carved heart that wasn’t there beforehand. Absolutely bone chilling
