Our last dance is over - Ikevamp Election 2025

And unfortunately it's over

The last ikevamp election

The last new event for the EN server

I did everything I could to get as many ballots as possible. Btw, this ranking is not my final ranking, I sent the ballots 5 minutes before the end of the event so now I'll wait for the results. *fingers crossed*

I haver never spent so much money on this election ahahah. I bought I think 2 or 3 story tickets pack to get all those ballots, the rest was just wine and the 10 ballots you can get using gold every new day.

But I have no regrets. There will be no Napoleon birthday event, so why not?

Thank you cybird once again for giving us this last dance.

I'm not gonna lie that it's a bittersweet end for such a beautiful journey, but at least I had the chance to interact with Napoleon one last time.

I wish cybird had done this as well to ikemen genjiden. I didn't have a chance to properly say goodbye to Yoritomo (I hope I still have interest in reading his route one day)

I know all otome/joseimuke mobile games will eventually die, but I confess I thought we still had more time to enjoy ikevamp.

Rest assured that I will not delete any ikevamp content I posted on tumblr. That is also the case for all the other games I've played that were discontinued or that I no longer play.

Before they announced the EoS, I had plans to read all Acts 2 - so I just needed to read vlad I guess. And then I was doing charles-drake-galileo (the only routes left for me).

Right now, I'm not sure yet if I'll actually do that. I remember that when ikegen was not getting more updates, I was eager to keep reading the routes. But... I got lazy and ended up not reading a single chapter. I still have the game but Idk if or when I'll go back to read what I wanted.

And that may happen to ikevamp. Especially because I read almost all the routes in ikevamp, so there is not much left for me there.

I may save Napoleon's bday stories on my PC and his drama CD.

However, I don't think I'll record his routes because they are too long and I reread them several times.

The only new Napoleon content I have is this election's story. Ofc I'll read it and I'll post my thoughts here as usual.

I don't consider myself a f2p in this game because I spent money every single year during the election and Napoleon's bday. If I could, I'd have been a whale/dolphin in this game without a doubt hahaha

And my final impression of this last election was very positive. I was so happy to see players going all in and doing their best to get lots of ballots. It reminded me of the golden era of ikevamp.

I think all suitors got at least one player submitting 1k ballots and that is quite an achievement for a dead game. That shows how much people loved ikevamp and our boys.

Ikevamp fandom is incredible and we were loyal to our boys till the very end. We should all be proud of what we achieved.

This fandom will forever be one of my favorite otome fandoms.

I saw @kissmetwicekissmedeadly post about their "stats" with Napoleon so I wanted to do the same with my two faves, Will and Charles obviously

For the most part I am f2p. In the beginning I spent a little bit before realizing the gatcha wasn't worth it. Every year I do buy Will's and Charles' birthday story, and for certain epilogues I have paid for diamonds. And I have gotten a few episode 0's

I do grind the game with some events. I have placed fairly high a few times.

I'm posting these as my "final stats" of sorts. I never was a try-hard, rarely ranked, and was f2p for the most part! I did a crazy amount of tapjoy offers through the years and unexpectedly had fun with them more often than not. I made a lot of friends through the game on here and became a fanfiction writer. Napoleon became my one true fictional love, my obsession, and I'm more than happy with everything that I discovered through him. I'm so thankful for all the memories with this game!❤️

Harrison - Ikevil - In the Summer's Heat - Bitter and Premium End

That event was so cool hahahaha. MC and Harry were so ooc here and I just love it!

let's thank alfons once again for giving another great gift to MC. It was really useful. At first, I thought it was an aphrodisiac candy that also forces people not to lie, but it seems Harry and MC were so sexually deprived that the only thing they could think of was eating each other alive lol

Although the event was great, I'm so used seeing Harry hiding his feelings or avoiding questions that I kinda missed his usual stoic self. It's hot when he is hiding some of his emotions. I like to try to guess what he is thinking.

Oh yeah, and I also liked that they showed a couple's disagreement due to a lack of communication. Definitely sth I can see Harry and MC doing as their personality are so different and Harry is not the best guy to express his feelings openly.

Not a lore-based event like the ghost one, but it was an opportunity especially for Harry to be more honest at least for a day xD

Premium end is a bit more steamy than bitter end.

The effect of the drug wears off in the bitter end, but MC doesn't give up having sex with him (good job MC!). And in the premium they don't actually bother to find an antidote hahaha

I ended up saving 200 pics more or less so it was a bit hard to choose some of my fav moments.

Why I'll boycott Infold as a Xavier stan

As some may know, infold lied to Xavier fans during the promotion of his new myth - King or Darknight.

They not only falsely advertised the King of Darknight combat preview, but also included in-game skill description that is not accurate to what Xavier can do as a companion during battles. (you can find videos on X showing all the bugs and broken mechanics.)

We've been contacting their CS for weeks now - not only global fans, but Chinese as well.

All we wanted was for them to apologize in their official channels and fix the bugs and mechanics for King of Darknight; to give us what we paid for.

Unfortunately, so far, the company does not want to acknowledge the problem and fix it. And what some xavier fans can do right now is boycott the game. And that's exactly what I'm gonna do. I'll not renew my aurum pass this month or buy anything. They just don't deserve my money.

I was so excited for the beach banner that I skipped the flower and wedding trying to save some red dias for this one. I have 20k dias more or less. I don't know if I'll pull or not. Deep inside, I want to because sth tells me the story is gonna be super fun. So we'll see...

If they fix King of Darknight in the next weeks, I may reconsider buying the pass again and future secret promises if Xavier is part of it.

Also, we are not obligating anyone to boycott, go f2p or quit the game. You can keep playing to your heart's content.

However, as a Xavier fan I'm frustrated and mad at infold. I've been spending a lot of money on this game and I do not accept to be treated this way. I don't know if the boycott will work or not, but it's the right thing to do.

The reason why I don't uninstall the game right now is because I'm obsessed with Xavier, I wanna interact with him as much as possible. And one of my goals in this game is to get faint sensation when they rerun it. Let's see if I'll be able to do that if I remain playing for free.

I'll keep updating my journey alongside Xavier here as usual, but I'm not gonna be able to get as many cards as before.
