I'm testing out new coloring stuff with existing Trigun panels. (I have another panel to upload) they're not the most elaborate pieces but it's fun to have a go at it directly without having to plan the composition beforehand! I made a pastel chalk background first, though the chalk didn't blur as nicely as watercolor background does. Then mostly watercolor pencils on top (they are very opaque so I could even put some lighter tones on top of darker colors)
