Tumblr to sell your data to Open AI unless you opt out

Automattic, the company that own WordPress and Tumblr, is going to start selling your date to Open AI, unless you opt out (according to Mashable).

There is an option to opt out of this for Tumblr, the article doesn't mention one for WordPress.com, and I have no idea about selfhosted WordPress (which often uses Automattic services like Akismet).
