i honestly thought this had been cancelled, so to see it has been renewed is such a surprise. super glad disney didn't take netflix's route of cancelling shows after one season, this definitely deserved a second season. if you haven't watched it, please do. it's such a fun, full of banter, comedic show with a cute as slow burn between jack and belle. 🫶🏻

dr. dawkins! jack! you dragged me here for your own ambitions. you only invited me because when sneed takes over, he won't allow you anywhere near a surgery, and you thought that i might. why don't you just admit that. clearly, i backed the wrong horse. you are more than welcome to attend a surgery as a nurse. but no, that's well beneath you. why don't you just enjoy the rare option of never having to work? i am rare....

the last episode of slow horses S4 was the best out of the whole season. felt pretty underwhelmed with S4 as a whole, especially after the reviews made it seem like the best one yet. the story just wasn't as interesting as the others (S1 and S3 had the best storylines). but i liked ep 6, i was the most engaged during it

a shelby chaos fic i'm trying to finish. either this one or the charlie getting shot fic. but this one is closer to being finished.

"Happy Birthday, Florence". A young boy smiled, handing a freshly picked daisy from behind his back. Flo rushed over in seconds almost dropping the flower. "Look, Daddy! Billy gave me a flower". She held up the daisy in front of Tommy. "Isn't it pretty?" He cleared his throat upon the feel of your touch on his shoulder. "It's very pretty". Flo skipped to her friends by the present table, all three trying to guess by the size of each gift. "Don't you dare throw away the flower, Thomas". You leaned down, hands resting on his chest. "Accident's happen. Wind blows, it gets misplaced". You brushed your lips against his ear, whispering. "Why don't I hold onto it for safe keeping". Taking the daisy, to soothe Tommy you left a kiss on his cheek. His eyes travelled with you, more so, with the flower. But he lost sight of it during the hand off to Frances. Later, he would ask. For now, Tommy's attention turned to his daughter happily enjoying her day.
