TDWT- Cody X Reader (Chapter Three) Walk Like An Egyptian Pt. 2
If you haven’t read: two
“Let’s take a few moments to review some of the features of our aircraft.” Chris announces, the next clip showing back to when a piece fell off the plane outside and a raccoon falling out with it. “Safety is our number-one priority. So please remain seated with your seat belts fastened at all times.”
Showing off Owen knocked out, straps holding onto him to sit up right.
“The plane has one exit, located here.” Another old clip of Chris throwing Ezekial out of the exit door to the plane, after that is the team mates running for their lives. “
As we explore exotic destinations, take time to familiarize yourself with the local architecture. The world is our playground.” It’s a bunch of clips of the teens getting hurt in the last episode.
“But remember- refusal to sing will lead to immediate disqualification. When dividing into teams, be sure to give your crew a catchy handle. Upon arrival at our final destination, one lucky competitor will receive a parting gift to remember: 1 Million dollars!” It shows the kids passports and a big ole hunk of cash before going back to Chris with his hands behind his back.
“So stow that carry-on baggage and lock those tray tables in the upright position. We’re taking off for one crazy ride, right here, right now, on Total… Drama… World Toouurr!”
Of course we’re back behind the starting line in the middle of a hot ass desert. Have I mentioned that I need a new agent? If not… I need a new one.
“Ooh, look! Team colors!” Izzy awes in admiration at something so simple.
“Why the heck is our mat yellow?” Harold speaks up, disgusted. “We’re no cowards!” He raises a fist into the air.
“Relax, sugar. The mat’s gold ‘cause team victory is in first place!” Leshawna points out. “Not for long.” I whisper, glancing down at their stick.
“I can’t believe Duncan got disqualified just ‘cause he won’t sing.” Gwen exclaims, obviously hurt that, that punk loser decided to take his losses.
“Maybe he can’t sing.” Heather quips. “Oh, he can do anything he sets his mind to. And now he’s stuck on the plane, waiting for a ride home. Poor thing. He must be miserable.” Courtney cuts off the mean girl and I raise a brow.
“It’s his fault if he is so miserable, even seems like a player since you two are so upset about him leaving.” Was what I wanted to say outloud but this is about gaining their trust. I couldn’t say that.
“It’s a shame he quit, but hey, you won’t focus on a boy being here or not if you’re winning.” I grin, nudging the two girls earning small smiles in return along with them blushing.
“You’re right, Amazing super star, [Name] [Last Name].” Courtney sighs in a dream-like state and I snicker, glancing over to see Heather’s upset expression.
“Duncan-and-Courtney fans will be devastated, but I also agree with [Name] Courtney don’t need no man” Sierra snorts,
“But another but, I think you and Owen have a shot at becoming fave “Total Drama” couple on my fan site.” She informs Izzy.
“Owen’s magic. When he breathes, his nose whistles the national anthem!” The crazy redhead shouts proudly.
“Super cute! But he’s no [Name]... Or Cody!” She says as Cody and I walk past which gives me the shivers. I plug my ears to not hear another fact she weirdly knows about us two.
“Does she weird you out too?” I question the boy next to me and his eyes widen. He stares at me for a few seconds so I repeat myself.
“Did you not hear me or something?” I crossed my arms. “No, no! I did, I just didn’t expect you to actually talk to me.” His face turns red and I ruffle his hair.
“Cute,” I then grabbed my hand sanitizer realizing what I just did.
“And yes, she does extremely weird me out.” He tells me as he fixes his hair. Before I can continue on the conversation a cymbal crashes loudly.
“Mmm. Good.” Chris stuffs his mouth with grapes.
“Don’t know about you guys, but I am loving egypt.” He chuckles.
“Mmm! And I’m gonna love it even more watching you enjoy your second challenge– The amazing camel race.” He declares.
“Where are the other camels?” Harold quizzes.
“There are no other camels. It’s a camel race. Not a camel’s race.” He fixes their thinking about the whole race ordeal. “Yes!” Heather cheers.
“What?!” Alejandro adds in, distraught and angry.
“We won last time, but they get a camel, they get a goat and we get a stick?!” Leshawna furrows her brows.
“Each reward has its advantages. Trust me. You’ll be racing to the world’s most infamous waterway, the Nile.” He assures them.
“Teams must bring their rewards all the way to the finish. You have 60 seconds to strategize.” He points,
“Move it, people. It’s a race.” Heather hurries us as she is already on top of the camel.
“Uh, Hello? It’s Team Amazon, not Dictatorship Amazon.” Courtney argues with the girl.
“Great. Well, I’ll stop being bossy when you start doing things right.” Heather says, I get on the stupid camel and I’m squished in between Gwen and Izzy.
“Whee! Yeah! I get the throat!” She then starts grunting and it sounds more like a donkey noise if anything. “I just introduced myself in camel-ese.” She mutters.
“I bet you did.” Gwen encourages her and I shake my head trying not to scoff. “Oh, hey. Fancy meeting you here.” Cody lifts himself up in front of Gwen.
“Go out for a slushie later?” He asks.
“Cody. Hey. Listen, I still really appreciate you setting me up with Trent that time.” Gwen thanks the boy. “Nice, right?” He smiles a toothy smile.
“And now that he’s gone, huh? Yeah. I’m available.” Cody tells her, I make a face knowing the girl is not interested.
“Hear that? It’s the sound of girls all over the world running and rushing, just desperate to lock their doors.” Heather starts off nice and then completely stomps on his heart. I sighed out as the other girls laughed.
“That was mean, he didn’t deserve that.” I snap back to her. “I’d be interested in Cody, he’s a sweet boy.” I tell Heather, it shut the other girls up real quick too. Of course I wasn’t telling the complete truth, and normally I wouldn’t have cared about anyone really. But laughing at him like that for having feelings just didn’t sit right with me.
“A’ight! Nile’s thataway! Kind of big, blue and watery. Can’t miss it. Or I guess you can, but then you’ll die. Probably get killed by the local scarab beetles. It’s mating season and they get all killy when they’re in heat.” Chris tells us, I watch as Leshawna goes up to him.
“I am glad there aren’t any out here. Those things are nasty!” She looks up at him.
“I’ll tell them you said so.” Chris motions to Chef Hatchet who knocks over a big vase. It lands with a thump in the sand and shows the little beetles crawling out.
Leshawna screams, running away causing a domino effect to all of us around. Then that stupid ding goes off.
“Ooh! Time for a song! Think of it as a mini challenge. Music can soothe the savage mate-seeking scarabs. So make up a good song and maybe they won’t kill you. Or don’t and get disqualified, like Duncan.” He speaks up, but I’m more focused on the bugs crowding around us as the others groan except for Izzy of course. The music starts. “
No need to get crazy.” Alejandro starts off. The other guys snapped to the beat.
"It’s lovin’ time at last.” He belts.
“You don’t want to eat us up!” The guys sing together.
“We’re mostly full of gas~ No!! No!” Owen shouts as the beetles start to climb up him.
“It’s mating time for scarabs!” Courtney, Heather, Gwen and [Name] sing.
"So what you waiting on?” Leshawna pushes two of the scarabs to each other.
“Just ignore us humans.” Izzy holds one.
“And make out till the break of dawn!” The teens all come together.
“It’s lovin’ time,” Alejandro says.
“lovin’ time, lovin’ time.”
“Scarab mating season!”
“It’s lovin’ time.” It shows Cody staring between Gwen and now [Name] as they sang their part.
 “Lovin’ time, lovin’ time!”
“Scarabs, get busy now.” Alejandro seems disappointed in what he has to sing out loud.
“It’s lovin’ time.” Harold does his own piece.
“Lovin’ time, lovin’ time.”
“Scarab-mating season!”
“It’s lovin’ time!” Cody sings, now starting to tip-toe away as the Scarabs are busy loving each other and finding their mate.
“Lovin’ time. Lovin’ time.”
“Scarab-mating season!”
“Season, eh!” Ezekial messes up the whole tone and the Scarabs get agitated. “Whoa! No! Wait!” The bugs start crawling up him as the others run away screaming.
An air horn goes off as we get on the camel. As moments pass we’re still in the lead.
“Come on!” Courtney smooches at the animal we’re riding. “Come on, camel! Faster!” Courtney attempts to motivate him.
“That is not how you talk to a camel.” Heather then clears her throat. “Freakin’ move it!” She shouts.
“Much better.” Gwen laughs. “Shh, guys! Keep it down, okay? I’m trying to tell him a fairy tale!” Izzy tells them then starts making the grunting noises again.
“So, how’s it going back there, Cody?” Gwen changes the subject moving along from whatever crazy girl is doing. He gets whacked by the tail of the camel.
“Ow! Great!” He chuckles trying to play it off. Thanks for- ow! Asking. As long as it doesn’t– oh! Go number three.” Cody informs her.
“We’re gonna go win the race now. See ya!” Heather blows raspberries at the other team behind us. “Eat sand, losers!” Courtney jumps into the teasing.
“Such witty remarks from such fiercely intelligent women. I’m both humbled and intrigued.” Alejandro responds and I roll my eyes. “Nice try, but I’m with Duncan.” Courtney turns away from the hispanic charmer. “And what a pity it is that you should give yourself to a quitter who doesn’t deserve you.” He tells her, which he’s not half wrong. “That’s not- Duncan is totally-” She scoffs. “You’re just- Will someone just hurry this Camel up?!” She orders.
“Can you see the Nile, Izzy?” Heather asks. “No, not yet!” Izzy makes the Camel speak.
“It’s got to be around here.” Courtney says. I just glance around not seeing anything. But then a smell emits the air and we all gag, realizing the camel just did it on Cody.
“Ew!” Courtney yells.
“Oh, gross!” Gwen gags. Then the camel comes to a stop.
“Uh, guys the other team is gone. We’re all alone out here.” Gwen announces. “Does anyone know where we are?” Heather asks.
“Planet earth, silly.” Izzy laughs.
“We’re lost!” They all say as if it wasn’t fucking obvious.
“No dip, guys. They probably went another direction, let's try going to the right!” I simply tell them, folding my arms now, getting super sweaty and irritated.
“Are you sure?” Heather questions me. “All in favor of my idea, say I.” I smile up at her in a cocky way as they all quickly say I in return.
They all still argue but I have Izzy talk to the camel to know where to go. The camel changes courses like I said to a while ago.
“Wait, what is that?” Gwen points ahead of us.
 “The finish line!” They shout.
“Weird. I asked Ruby where we could get lemonade. But this is okay, too I guess.” Izzy explains. “Want me to tell her to hurry up?” She looks back at us. We all just blankly stare at her. “Okay.” She then does the grunting. Once we get to the water the other team is already making their boat.
“Basket-weave a boat?! Ugh!” Heather shouts in disgust. I get down and pet the camel as a thank you for carrying us but right after I go for my hand sanitizer because you don’t know what kind of diseases animals carry.
“Sorry you guys are so far behind. Plus our baskets are nearly done already thanks to my speed weaving.” Sierra apologizes.
"Plus you’ve got Owen on your team. Lucky.” Izzy says.
“But you have Cody and [Name]!” She then runs over to us and pulls us into her chest. “I wish we were on the same team, too!” Sierra hums. “Uh, I have to do something.” He pulls away and I nod in agreement following after him.
“Aw, you guys are so cute together.” I overhear Izzy tell Sierra.
“Maybe we could swap teams!”
“Trade a basket case for a basket weaver? Fine. Sierra, you’re with us. Izzy, go play with the boys.” Heather calls the shots.
“What?!” Alejandro shouts but immediately Sierra starts basket weaving for us.
“Wow, she’s amazing.” Courtney compliments her and I would’ve too if it wasn’t for how creepy the girl is towards me.
“Maybe you should think about listening to me a bit more this time around, hmm?” Heather suggests, which Gwen and Courtney burst into a fit of laughter.
“It’ll take a lot more than this to earn our trust.” Gwen tells her. “A lot, a lot more.”
“Where’s Chris? He won’t allow this.” Alejandro says.
“Excuse me. Did somebody- Ugh” Chris comes up on a boat and Sierra pulls him into a tight hug. “Today is officially the best day of my life, so I really hope you allow us to swap.” Sierra stares up at the host. “But of course, you’ll make the best decision, ‘cause you’re the best decider ever!” She cheers for her. “And that’s why I’m going to allow it.” Chris smiles, I throw my head back in major disappointment.
“Smiley face!” The purple haired girl squeals.
“What was that about Chris not allowing it?” I tease the boy now standing in front of me as his head is down. Heather also sticks her tongue out at him but instead of getting upset he blows a kiss at her. She gasps, crossing her arms and looking away from him.
“Ta-da!” Sierra shows off her work and we come running her way.
“Team Amazon Rocks!” We uplift the girl happily. Chris says something as the other team finally makes their way to the water.
“Cody! Let’s go!” Courtney yells as Cody struggles to get the camel onto the boat with us.
“Come on, pal. Just get in the boat.” Then the boy says something quieter and goes behind the camel and tries to push but ends up with his face in the animal's ass.
“Cody!” Sierra gasps.
“Izzy, tell ruby to get in the boat!” Courtney demands. Izzy goes to do it but that Noah kid stops her.
“Whoa! Whoa! Izzy’s on our team now, not yours. Not a word.” Noah glares at her. “Oh! Fun!”
“Fine. We’ll do it ourselves. C’mon.” Courtney motions for us to follow her. We then try to get the camel to get moving as we pull on the rope around her neck. But she doesn’t even budge. I notice the other teams already start to get a move on.
“This is totally unfair! If it wasn’t for that stupid swap, we’d be halfway across the Nile by now.” Heather groans.
“We’re gonna win fair and square.” Alejandro says.
“But to make sure you believe, talk to the camel.” He turns to Izzy. “Yeah? Okay.” Izzy starts the grunting noise and finally the animal starts trotting. We finally get moving and right as we do that stupid ding goes off once again.
“Time for a musical reprise!” Chris shouts at us. Everyone groans.
“Hey if you finish the song the first time, you wouldn’t be here now, Zeke. Start singing!” He calls out the homeschooled kid. “And put your backs into it.”
“Mm-mmm, crocodile amigos, what you swimming for?” Alejandro starts us off once again.
“We don’t mean to bug you.” Courtney sings next, Gwen right after.
“Please let us reach the shore!” Even the Camel brays out a song.
“These crocs are gettin’ killy” Lindsay worriedly sings.
“Just bop them on no-ose! I learned that in muskrat boys it vanquishes all foes.” Harold tells everyone. I watch as Ezekial goes to bop a croc but he fails and the croc eats the stick he had in his hand.
“It’s rowin’ time!” Alejandro sings.
“Vanquishing, vanquishing!” Now all of them sing.
“Crocodile season!” “
It’s rowin’ time,” DJ adds.
“Crocodiles! Crocodiles!”
“Tell me I’m not sinking.” DJ asks.
“Yeah, it’s rowin’ time!” Cody sings this time, on the camel’s hunchback bump.
“Singing it, singing it! Crocodile season!”
“It’s rowing time!”
“Rowing time, rowing time!” The Amazon get ahead and makes it past the finish line. “
Till the Amazons Wi-i-i-i-in!” The Amazon team belt it out towards the end.
“Congrats, you’re alive. And as long as you all brought rewards across the finish line, there will be no elimination tonight.” Everyone cheers but I remember the Victory team lost their reward.
“I lost the stick.” Ezekiel announces to his team. He then chuckles nervously causing Chris to actually start laughing.
“Wow. Sucks to be you.”
We get to go to the wonderful first class area. We all sit down and Courtney comes up to me. “Hey!” She grins at me and I do a small wave along with a smile.
“What’s up?” I ask. “Could I sit with you?” She seems hopeful.
“Oh, of course!” I had to think about it at first but realizing to earn her trust I have to be nice. I go back to cleaning my area up a little bit. I feel her staring and I start to smirk.
“You wanna fangirl a little bit?” I messed with her and she went to deny it but then blushed.
“I’m sorry I just really love your work in the movies you play in.” She admits.
“Don’t be sorry I love fans or just people who enjoy my work, we can talk all about it.”
“Call me whatever you want, at the end of the day my career comes with that stuff. I'm used to fangirls and fan meetings and I love everyone who appreciates me.” [Name] smiles sweetly at the camera.

Heather x Reader- If You Can't Take The Heat (Chapter Ten)
if you haven't read: nine
Today was almost a normal morning, I got up early to use the bathroom and on my way over I heard Duncan, DJ, and Geoff cheer and high for something. Instead of seeing what it was about I decided to mind my business… for now.
Chris stood in front of us as we lined up.
Once he knew we were all there and paying attention he began his regular explanation of what we’re doing for the challenge. “Today’s challenge will test your minds, your teamwork, and your skills in the kitchen.” He declares.
“You’ll be cooking a three-course meal and serving it to me for tasting. The winners get a reward. The losers will send somebody home. Each team will appoint a head chef to create the theme of the meal and to oversee the cooking.” He exclaims, I glance over to see DJ wearing an anxiety filled expression.
Then next to me is Heather with a smug one herself. I think that pretend friendship got cut short with her because she hasn’t talked to me since we sent Cody home.
Even though she knows I didn’t even vote for her. I could be wrong though. Who knows?
“To cook you need ingredients. Every morning a truck brings food. Today’s task starts there.” A dolphin backs out of the water in a truck.
He sits on the driver side, making a squeaking noise. I kind of felt like I was tripping on mushrooms seeing it but no one else says anything so I don’t either.
I watch Geoff and DJ open the doors and I stay back with my team, my arms folded, as we go over to the truck after the Killer Bass finishes what they’re doing Heather speaks up.
“Head chef! Called it!” Nobody says anything, just a few eye rolls here and there.
“Try not to screw up this time, okay?” I overhear her say to Beth, I shake my head.
“Hey, [Name]!” She then sprints up to me and I boredly give her my attention.
“Yes, Heather?’ I sigh, mainly out of my nose. “
Be my co-head chef?” She smiles, which confuses me since she wouldn’t even look my way earlier. “Is that even a thing?” I snort.
“I made it a thing, just now.” She states. Right because everything she wants she gets. Well I guess I have a choice here.
“I had to take the leadership role. Hello! We’re on a losing streak. And really everyone else on the team is pretty useless. Not [Name] though. That’s why I’m making her my co-head chef!” Heather speaks to the camera.
“Sweet, let's hit the road!” Geoff says, him and the K.B.’s walk away, going past us. We go into the truck next. Heather holds her clipboard and she has them get the things we need. She told me I wasn’t needed for this, having me stand right beside her.
“Leshawna, mangoes. Beth, pineapples, Lindsay macadamias. Trent molasses, Gwen tomatoes.” It was an easy in and out thing to do. We head to the kitchen and I get the Head chef’s attention. “So, what am I doing as the co-head chef?” I question, glancing around confused.
“You make sure people are doing what they’re told.” She grins, my shoulders slump in disappointment knowing that means nothing but as she scrunches her face I fake a smile. “Great.”
“Gwen, Lindsay, you’re on the citrus macadamia upside-down-cake flambe.” Heather instructs, I try to look over her shoulder if I really have nothing to do today. And to my great disappointment my name isn’t even on the paper.
Owen then bumps into us while carrying a huge bag of oranges, they fall out, he of course trips over one and squishes the rest of the oranges after he fell on them. Heather, Trent and I flinch at the sight.
“Go back to the food truck and get more oranges.” Was the first thing Heather says, I put my head down, biting my tongue to not say anything.
“I’m on it.” Owen points, I quickly follow behind him.
And where are you going?” My lovely “friend” asks me.
“Being a team player and friend. I’m going to help get the oranges.” I yell behind me, not turning around to see her most likely angry face. But I do overhear her start to give more orders to our team.
Owen and I get the fruit now in wooden crates.
“We should hurry back so you have more time to cook.” i say, carrying my own crate.
“Yeah.” Owen chuckles. He doesn’t really try conversing with me but he points out food things to me every once in a while and we start jogging. I’m ahead of the bigger blond. My legs moving with ease, listening to my heart rate that speeds up slightly.
Almost not hearing Owen bump into a tree and grunt. A swarm of bees fly down from their hive and attack him.
“No! Ow! Ooh! AAh!!” He screams, running off.
I facepalm, gently placing down my oranges and running after the blond.
“Owen ran towards the water!” I shout. “Huh!?” He exclaims, not hearing me he doesn’t do what I say but instead out runs them surprisingly. So not wanting to get attacked myself I go back to the oranges moving his crate away from the tree so he can grab them and not bother the bees again. We grab our boxes and start jogging again.
“You alright?” I smile worriedly. “I’m fine.” He nervously chuckles. He harshly swings open the door. “It’s okay everyone. I’m back!” He chuckles, I raise my head from behind his shoulder.
“Me too!” I called out. “Trent heads up!” Owen throws his crate at the boy and I gasp.
“Owen!” I slap him on the arm, shoving him out of my way to check on Trent. “Oops.”
“Things are going perfectly, except for Owen’s hornet stings, and Trent’s concussion, which means he’s out for today’s challenge. But still, this challenge is totally ours.” Heather tries to be positive but in the end she slaps her forehead, disappointed with her team.
“If only Heather would let me cook. We’d win so fast! But for some reason I’m sitting here like a waste of space.” [Name] sadly says.
“These slices are totally uneven. Switch places with Leshawna.” Heather directs to Beth who goes to do as she’s told but Leshawna stops her.
“What are you talking about? They look fine to me.” Leshawna furrows her brows.
“Um, I didn’t get head chef because of poor presentation.”
“No! You got to be head chef because you called it.” The bigger girl gets in the head chef’s face.
“And who do you think you’re fooling with that crispy white-apron power trip you got going on?” Heather doesn’t even seem affected by the other girl's words.
“Are you going to be a team player or not?” She questions.
“Ooh, I’m a team player all right, but I’m also allergic to pineapples.” Leshawna admits.
“Just get slicing.” Heather crosses her arms. “Now!” Leshawna picks up her knife in front of her with an angry expression, Heather puts on a happier one. “Thanks, guys.”
“Oh, two-faced bossy little– Argh!” Hives already start to show on Leshawna’s arms, I sigh, pushing her out of the way.
“I got it, hun. Move over.” I say, not wanting any more arguing for the other team to hear.
“Thanks, doll. You’re seriously a life saver.” She thanks me and I just shrug.
“She wasn’t giving me anything to do anyways.” I snicker, cutting up the fruit at a fast pace.
“Go wash your hands to halt the hives from growing anymore.” I tell her, and she does as she's told. I then turn to Beth. “That looks great, keep it up!” I flash a smile. “Thanks.” Beth snorts.
“What should i do now, though?” Leshawna walks back over.
“Stand here and look pretty. I need a view while I cook.” I wink jokingly.
It was quick to finish off the pineapples on sticks. But not even moments later do I hear Heather scream.
“Aah! My eyebrows!” We look over to see something caught on fire and then her covering her eyebrows. “Owen!”
“Is it finally lunch time?”
“No, get my makeup bag from the cabin!” She hyperventilates,
“but the bees.” He reminds her. “Now!” She shoves a pan in his face, threatening him.
“It’s like I’m on a team of morons.” She slams her head down.
“Oh, that’s it. Someone needs to teach this girl a little respect.” Leshawna punches her palm.
I finish up what Beth and I were doing and then I go over to Gwen and Lindsay. They try to figure out how to work with the cake but I see there’s still some leftover mix and frosting.
I take it over to the counter with the sink and make my own miniature cake. As I was doing that, Owen comes back with the makeup kit and throws it to Heather but Leshawna catches it then throws it to Beth, then Beth to Lindsay as Gwen opens up the fridge door.
I try my best to ignore what’s happening as Lindsay throws the makeup bag into the fridge, Heather runs after it and they shut the door, locking her inside of it. I understand their anger but it’s putting our team in jeopardy.
I end up making miniature plates of every dish and hiding it somewhere just in case this all goes bad. We have little back ups. Well it might just be my dinner instead of the Chef's horrible cooking.
Beth is setting things up for our side of the table with Chris in the middle. “Owen, guard the food, alright let’s do this y’all.” Leshawna snaps her fingers and we head outside of the kitchen.
Chris eats his food from the bass but I missed the beginning as I snuck in Heather a sweater, but I didn’t show my face. As much as I want to let her out she can survive a few more minutes in the cold.
“On a scale of 1 to 10. 15! How will the gophers respond?” Leshawna shows the door for Owen to bring out the food but when he doesn’t come out she goes in.
“Tell me you did not eat the entire plate of ribs?” She shoves him out of the kitchen. He then normally places down the dish as if it isn’t just a thing of bones.
“Yeah, this looks like it’s, uh, been eaten.” The host points out the obvious.
“Not all of it. I think there’s a tiny piece left on that bone over there.” Owen points out and Chris takes it, biting off of the little chunk.
“You know, what? I’ve had worse. Two points!” Owen cheers but is cut off by Chris just as quickly as he started.
“Ooh, cloe, Owen. But the Bass still lead with 15-11. Time for dessert.” He announces He gives the Bass’s a six.
“The bass have 21 so the gophers need 10 points just to tie it up.” Lindsay brings out the dessert dish and it looks like I’ll be able to eat my mini one later.
“I have to say this dessert looks like a winner.” But I glance closer and notice it’s the same exact one they caught on fire. I go to stop him but he sticks the fork in and it turns to a puff of smoke and dust. Instead of leaving it be he takes a bite and starts gagging. I sigh, he starts gagging and Owen rushes to the host to save him. I sigh and go into the kitchen as Owen tries saving him. I grab my tiny dessert I made. Without the stupid flammable stuff. As I head back Lindsay rushes in to save Heather.
“What? Girl was making everyone trip.” Leshawna defends herself. I question what I walk into.
“Oh, I hear that.” Chris grins, Heather comes through the doors in a shade of blue, shivering. “Oh, the horror!” Owen gasps.
“You guys are s-s-s-o dead.” She shivers, I frown.
“Is it over?” She turns to Chris.
“It is. Bass won 21 to 12 and it’s not just ‘cause I almost died. The ribs sucked too.” He informed her but it was towards us too. I glance between him and Heather then down at my dessert. I was going to see if this could boost us more points but it definitely would not bring us up 10 points so it wouldn’t matter at this point.
“Great. That’s just great. Why do we keep losing people?” She asks us, then moves up to the table. “And what is this? I didn’t approve of this?” Heather points to an ugly rock that has flowers around it, Beth goes up to her, picking it up.
“I brought it back as a souvenir, you know, from the other island.” My eyes widened in shock. “You did what?”
“You mean boney island, the deadliest island in Muskoka, the one I specifically said not to take anything from or you’ll be cursed?” Chris jumps into the conversation in a serious tone.
“Yeah…” Beth shamefully admits. “I didn’t know I’ll put it back!” She runs off but she already ruined it for herself. She’s getting kicked off for sure.
“Okay, the killer bass now have seven members, now tied up with the gopher’s soon to be seven as well. And as promised, the winners will be enjoying a reward tonight. A five star dinner under the stars.” The killer bass cheered and I walked out of the kitchen.
Heather walks up after me, still shivering.
“Why didn’t you help me out!?” She throws my sweater at my face and I take it, tossing it over my shoulder.
“Heather, you hurt my feelings today.” I state, she stops in her tracks and I get in front of her.
“I didn’t mean for you to be in there for that long but I couldn’t even focus on anything today. I was so hurt that you wouldn’t even let me do anything too.” I fold my arms, she doesn’t say anything so I take it as to speak up again.
“Why did you do that?” I ask, she adverts her eyes now.
“I was trying to be nice by letting you not do anything.” She mumbles, not wanting to really say it outloud. I raise a brow in shock.
“Excuse me?” I laugh out, she shoves me in response.
“I was being nice, I guess you’ve done a lot lately. I was trying to give you a break.” She says a lot more confidently, I smile softly at the realization. “Next time make sure it’s not something I enjoy.” I hand her my mini cake before walking away.
“Today’s vote was really hard, but only because there were so many annoying people to choose from.” Heather declares.
“I can’t believe we locked her in the fridge! That was so cool!” Lindsay holds her stomach before her eyes open from being closed. “She’s not going to see this is she?”
“Leshawna is a royal pain in the butt. And Owen completely screwed up everything for us.” Heather motions dramatically.
“Hey eyebrows look so bad. I’d kind of like to vote Heather off but-”
“I vote for Beth.” Heather says.
“She did curse us, and I like everyone else, even Heather.” [Name] giggles at the end but then stops herself in disgust.
Owen burps.
“I’ve got eight gophers sitting in front of me tonight but only seven fluffy bits of sweet safety in my hands. So good luck. When I call your name, come up and get your marshmallow. Leshawna, [Name], Owen, Gwen, Trent, Lindsay, Heather, Beth, down to you two. Whoever doesn’t get this marshmallow must immediately walk the dock of shame and leave on the boat of losers forever.” Beth shakes nervously as Heather glares
“The final marshmallow goes to Heather.”
“You heard him, the boat of losers is that away. That really was stupid of you. That really was stupid of you to take that doll from the island.” She tells the nerd girl who messed up.
“See ya girl.” Leshawna sadly waves.
That’s it for tonight, and you might want to burn some sage to get rid of any lingering curse vibes.” Chris tells us.
“Cool, will chef give us some sage?” Leshawna asks the good question.
“Nope, good luck with that.” He walks away.
That night I hear the guys grunting across to the cabin. I jump down from my bunk since I can’t sleep and make my way outside.
Geoff, DJ, and Duncan are carrying the bunk bed holding Harold on it.
I cover my mouth to stop me from laughing.
“You guys need some help?” I offer a hand.
“You’re not gonna question us why?” DJ smirks and I shake my head.
“Not my business, want the help or what?” I chuckle,
“Right on!” Geoff cheers quietly. I go up behind the bunk and go over to Duncan’s side to help him lift the bed.
The next day us girls go swimming, laughing and snorting, waking up the auburn haired boy from his sleep.
“Good morning Harold!” We shout in unison. The boy was now standing and he looked down to see he’s naked.
“Eeh!” He gasps, covering himself. The boys I helped last night come rowing through on a canoe.
“So, learned your lesson yet?” Duncan asks.
“Yes! Okay! Yes!” Harold nods his head vigorously.
“Oh, we’re gonna need more than that, man.” Geoff slips his juice box.
“I’ll never leave my crusty underwear out again! I swear!” He is practically begging.
“What the heck, I believe him. It's a pleasure doing business with you!” Geoff throws his clothes to him, the three burst into laughter as he runs off.
Sorry for this late ass chapter. I had a lot going on lol.

TDWT- Cody X Reader: Walk Like An Egyptian Pt. 1 (Chapter Two)
If you haven’t read: one
“Season three of Total Drama, folks! The world is gonna be mine, sea to shining sea! Sadly I’m forced to share my world with a three-ring traveling teen freak show!” A bus pulls up behind Chris McLean, as he continues to talk.
“They’ll be competing all around the globe for another one million dollars!” he grins.
“So let’s meet our players.” The first few teens come out, “Courtney, Duncan, Heather, Gwen, Leshawna!” Introducing them. Gwen accidentally bumps into Heather.
“Are there reserved seating? I.E. can’t have one behind Heather’s pony-hair ponytail?” She makes a jab at the once bald headed mean girl in front of her. “Um, my extensions are human hair!” Heather folds her arms.
“You learn something new everyday.” Duncan adds in, to which Gwen giggles at. He smirks, pissing off his girlfriend, Courtney.
“Lindsay!” Chris suddenly shouts, moving on from that whole hot mess, the blonde comes down from the bus. Blowing a kiss.
“Owen, DJ, and Harold!” He has his eyes shut, waiting for the boys to come out.
“Hey! Oh! Ah!” Owen grunts, he comes out with DJ bear hugging him from behind.
“Sweet Strawberry preserves! No!” The big guy yells out. “He’s afraid of flying remember?” DJ speaks for him, walking with Owen away from the bus to let others come out.
“Aerophobia, from the Latin, as apposed to Aeronausiphobia, the fear of air sickness.” Harold tells everyone his nerdy information,
“Keep up the fascinating facts and I’m going to be Aeronauseous all over you.” Noah threatens.
“And returning favorites: Noah, Cody and-”
“Yo, yo, yo! This years winner is in the house- Uh, bus. I mean runway! Where’s the plane, eh?” Ezekial announces himself.
“I know right? Let’s fly! Whoo!” Izzy pops out, jumping onto Ezekial’s shoulders. “Watch out! Ooh!” They both fall to the ground. “Yep Izzy’s back. Also returning this season, Tyler and the co-host of Total Drama Aftermath, Bridgette.” Both the athletes trip and fall over Izzy and Ezekial who still laid on the ground from falling themselves. “
Yo, Chris, you forgot to introduce me.” Ezekiel raises his hand, Chris sighs. “And Ezekial.”
“And now to mix things up and keep it all fresh, we’re adding three new competitors. He’s an honor-roll student with a diplomat for a dad and an amazing ability to charm the pants off most species; Alejandro!” The good looking Hispanic teen struts down the steps of the bus.
“Perhaps I can assist.” He helps up Izzy and Bridgette. “Wow-whee.” Izzy dreamily says. “I-I have a boyfriend!” Bridgette stammers.
“And, amigos, please allow me.” Alejandro then helps up the two other boys. “Wow-whee.” Ezekiel says. “I like girls.” Tyler defends himself unnecessarily.
“Here’s our first girl, she’s a well known actress who hates germs, super pretty by the way; [Name]!” The girl comes out with a disgusted expression, trying not to touch the handles of the bus, jumping off the last step.
“When was the last time this thing has been washed?” She questions, squirting hand sanitizer into her hands. A few of the teens hold back squeals, waving at her and she changes her expression and waves back with a small smile, before she can walk away Chris is already announcing the next girl.
“And she’s a sugar addicted superfan with 16 Total Drama blogs; Sierra!” The tall purple haired girl runs out, squeezing [Name] into an embrace, lifting the girl up.
“Oh, my gosh! I love you guys! And this is the greatest day of my life and-” She gasps for breath, hyperventilating and finally letting go of the actress who hurries away from her. “Anybody, got a paper bad I can breathe into?” She asks around then is quickly over that, heading to the other contestants.
“Ah! Oh my gosh! Cody and [Name] standing together!” She runs up to then, they both look confused. “I dreamt of this moment, Only you weren’t wearing a shirt!” She whispers the last part to Cody.
Cutting that off there’s a loud squeaking noise then they all turn to see a rusted plane.
POV change
“Excuse me, but I’d like to express some concerns about the safety of our plane.” That one smart girl, courtney raises her hand.
“Relax it’s perfectly safe,” Chris puts his hands up but then a part of the plan falls off. Freaking out that big blonde guy. “Really looks safe.” I comment, and the Noah guy agrees with me.
“Now, boarding!”
“No! I can’t ride in that! Call the United Nations! Call a cab! Call my mom! No I’m not doing this! I’m out, this is unethical!” He panics, but before he can keep it up, Chris knocks him out with a frying pan. “Mommy.” He whimpers.
“Anybody else got a problem with it?” The host motions to us.
“No.” Cody says.
“Love it!” Lindsay rubs her head nervously.
“Dibs on the window seat.” Bridgette calls.
“Now boarding on a voyage to a million big ones! We’re saving you a first-class seat for all the action right here on Total Drama World Tour!” Chris sings, “Seriously?” Duncan questions
We get into he plane. “Singing? Really? I thought Chris was joking about that.” Gwen exclaims. “Well I don’t have a problem with it.” Courtney shrugs.
“Yeah, cause you like singing.” Leshawna adds in.
“Well, I don’t. Girls sing. Little birdies sing. Duncan’s do not sing.” Duncan folds his arms.“Mm, we can tell.” I mutter, leaning my weight onto my right foot.
“Think I’ll get to beat box?” Harold asks in a hopeful tone. “I’ll beat you if you try.” Duncan holds up a fist.
“Why are you doing this to us?” Heather questions the host.
“Singing reality shows are huge. And the worse the singing the higher the ratings. Which is why this show, there will be no vocal coaches or rehearsals or warning.” Chris announces. Everyone grumbles but I sat there smirking.
Being a child star meant I had a little bit of an advantage, having extensive vocal coaching I won’t be embarrassed like the rest.
“Anywho this is the dining area, where you all enjoy in-flight meals.” Chris shows us the room we’ve been standing in for a few minutes now.
“Not for long, eh? Prepare to lose to the Zeke!” Ezekiel says. “Okay, so not trying to be mean here, but you do know that you got voted out first last time right?” Gwen reminds him.
“Word. And I spent every minute since making sure that don’t happen again. I’m stronger, faster, smarter-”
“Chattier, blabbier, can’t-shut-uppier.” Chris shouts, cutting the boy who we falters down.
“Is there a ladies room?” Leshawna speaks up. “Just through there.” Chris points. “Good, cause I got to make a deposit.” She says.
“Losing teams will enjoy a luxurious economy-class accommodations between destinations.” Chris informs.
“Okay, well were are our beds?” That blonde athletic girl glances around. “Owen, care to demonstrate?” Chris yells, we all turn our heads over to see Owen sleeping, strapped to the wall. “That does not look comfortable.” Heather speaks.
“No comfort for losers.” Chris teases. “Safety harnesses and an emergency exit out. No comfort here, here, or here.” Chris jokes, Sierra goes up to him with an obnoxious laugh but it was finally away from me so I don’t care. “O.M.G. Chris I am L.O.L.” She bends down laughing.
“We should hit the winners compartment, eh? Cause I ain’t never gonna be in here. Ha! Never!” Ezekiel confidently tells everyone.
“Is never your policy on mouthwash too, homeschool?” Noah fans his face, grossed out. We then move onto first class.
"You smell like coconut and vanilla.” Sierra whispers in my ear and my eyes widen, I move away from her for the hundredth time.
“This is the first-class cabin, the domain on each weeks winners.” Chris shows off,. “Now this is the kind of accommodation ladies deserve.” Alejandro flirts with Lindsay and I scrunch my face. “They get ladies in first class, too? Oh! Me! You meant me!” Lindsay then gushes at her realization, hiding behind her hand to giggle.
“That guy is as smooth as moma’s gravy.” DJ says and I agree. “You gotta be stupid to not see it’s poisoned though.” I mutter. “Lindsay’s supposed to like me.” Tyler slumps.
“Nobody can compete with gravy. Even the poisoned kind.” Dj nudges me and we both chuckle. “Lindsay! I can do a handspring!” We probably should’ve stopped him but instead we watch him do it and completely fail.
“Oh my gosh! Poor… uh I’m blanking on his name- Oh! Oh! I know! Alejandro.” She holds her r=hands together. “That’s my name.” The Hispanic smirks. “And what a nice name, Alejandro. I could say it all day.” She flirts back with him. “Please do.” She giggles at his response. I look over to see that Heather girl get annoyed.
“I can see right through that guy. You know, this extra confessional is a thousand times nicer than talking in the toilet.” heather admits. “Maybe for you. I’m trying to prep for a flight here.” Chef interrupts. “Hello, venting! Shh! Anyway, new guy is so transparent. So fake, so-” “Deliciously seductive.” chef speaks up once again. “That is exactly the opposite of what I was trying to say.” The girl disagrees. “Pretty good looking guy to boot, I’m just saying. Also there’s that actress it’s gonna be tough to compete with such a loved girl like her.” “Ugh! Forget this!”
“Whoa! Where are we now? A grand piano? Wood burning pizza over? Four person hot-tub with L.E.D. light show and dancing waters?” Cody questions, pointing out everything like we couldn’t see it ourselves.
“Definitely not ours.” I cross my arms and he looks over at me. “Huh?” “it’s Chris’s.” I laugh, his face turns red as I’m chuckling.
“Easy tiger, [Name]s right these are my quarters. And they’re off limits? Clear?” It looks like he was mainly talking to Harold but I missed what he said. “Crystal.” Harold puts his head down. “Oh, Chris. I heart your limits.” Sierra sighs.
“Anyway, with Beth gone, Lindsiot and Ale-whatever looking like a real threat, same with Miss all-loved actress, my only strategic option is to make friends with the other new girl, But pretending to like that is gonna be hard. I do not heart the new girl.” Heather declares to the camera, even getting closer to it.
“And that’s pretty much it, I skipped the cargo hold and galley but I’m sure you’ll find those exciting destinations later when I accidentally lock you in them.” Chris uses quotation marks with his fingers towards the end, being sarcastic. Then the plane moves like there’s a huge bump.
“One more thing. I’m sure you remember a little something called the elimination ceremony. Takes place right in here, my friends.” He points, we all follow him to the next area.
“If you don’t receive a barf bag full of airline-tissue peanuts-”
“I got a peanut allergy, yo, or more like a sensitivity.” Ezekiel confesses. “You will be forced to a drop of shame.” Chris ignores the boy who decides to carry.
“Okay, I just don’t like-” “Kind of like this.” Chris grabs the boy, throwing him out of the plane. “All eliminations are final, bro!” Chris waves outside the door.
Now we’re sitting back at the tables. “Every second, we’re getting closer to ad
venture. And further from momma.” DJ frowns, I pat his back. “It’s gonna be alright. You’ll be back with her in no time.” I smile, of course I notice the staring and gawking over me comforting the boy. There’s always eyes on me.
“Cody Emmett Jameson Anderson and [Name] [Middle Name] [Last Name]. I also happen to know your birthdays are April 1st and February 14th. My own April fool and Valentine.” Sierra stares at us in a creepy way except these eyes just have to be the most unsettling the I actually want to stop looking at me.
A spotlight shows upon the host. “Whenever you hear that friendly little bell, it’s musical number time. So let’s hear ti!” Chris tells them. “But what are we supposed to sing?” Courtney asks. “You have to make it up as you go. It wouldn’t be challenging otherwise now would it?” He questions and then music really starts and the teens start singing.
“Up, up, up, up!” Courtney starts it off, three other girls after. “Sing! Sing! Sing! Sing!” Harold, Cody, DJ, and Tyler go, looking quite panicked. “We’re flying and singing. We’re flying and we’re singing!” They all bunch together to sing. Cody sits on the edge of a snack cart, [Name] behind him as Sierra pushes them. “Come fly with us!” Sierra sings, “Come fly with us!” The three then sing together. “We’ve got a lot of crazy tunes to bust. Ha-ha!” Izzy jumps out of the vent. “Come fly with us!” Bridgette stands on the couch with her arms out and Lindsay does the same thing on a seat opposite side of Bridgette. “Come fly with us!”
“It’s a pleasure and a honor and a must!” Alejandro pulls both the girls down next to him, both blush. “Dudes this is messed. You’re singing in a plane.” Duncan boredly says. “What do you expect? Chris is freaking insane- unh!” Harold gets pushed away as he was swinging around numchucks. “Yeah, but, guys you’re singing on t.v.” Gwen joins in. “Haven’t you always wanted to? It can’t just be meeeee!” Courtney dances like a ballerina around the goth girl.
Then it cuts to DJ and Leshawna dancing. “Come fly with us!” DJ starts. “Come fly with us!”
The plane shakes startling everyone, it shows [Name] grabbing onto Cody since he’s the only one near, then she let’s go and uses her hand sanitizer. “Do you know how to steer this thing?” Heather grips her seat besides Chef Hatchet. “I try.” He leans back in his seat, feet kicked up. “They thought they could leave me and depart! But this stowaway’s got winning in his heart!” Ezekiel belts, coming out of the suitcases in the cargo.
“Come fly with us! Come die with us!” Noah watches outside one of the plane windows to see one of the jets smoking. “We’re flying? I hate flying! Stop the plane!” Owen wakes up in a panic but just gets knocked out again by Chris.
“Come fly wit us! Come sing with us!” A group tries to persuade Gwen and Duncan. “No!” They fold their arms, Chris walks over with a smug expression laid out on his face, papers in his hands. “Anyone care for a copy of the season three rules? Because in order to escape instant elimination-” His singing gets cut off by Bridgette taking the papers out of his hand. “All the contestants must sing in each show!” She reads out, pissing off Chris.
“Duncan, do it, let’s go!” Courtney nudges her boyfriend. “Gwen sing it, don’t go!” Cody pleads. “Well, I don’t want to go home.” She looks annoyed. “Come fly with us! Come fly with us! Come and fly with us!” Gwen shoots up doing a little dance where she ends up on her knees. “Duncan come on, please!” Courtney clasps her hands together. “This su-u-u-cks!” He belts and they all go around him, posing to finish off the song. “Yeah!” They do jazz hands.
“Enough singing fruitcakes, strap yourselves in. We are now beginning our descent into Egypt. Musical numbers. Worst idea ever. Chris is such an id- Hey, why is this P.A. light still in?” Chris gasps at Chef’s words. “Oh sh-” The P.A. turns off. “We’ll be right back.” Chris tells the audience in a short tone, scrunching his face in anger.
And here we stand, in a scorching hot dessert with pyramids.
“You guys ready for a little fun?” Chris comes over on a chair in Egyptian clothing, carried by two interns. “Huh? Wow! It’s a scorcher out here huh?” He takes a long sip of his cold beverage. “I call today’s challenge… pyramid over under.” He declares.
“An 11-hour flight, Chef’s in-flight cuisine, a forced musical number. Now we’ve got a challenge?!” Leshawna questions his show. I’m really starting to wish I had a different agent as I fan myself with my hand.
“Don’t you love this game?”
He moved us all over to a line to start a race of some sort. “It’s like we’re being cooked in a giant oven.” Harold complains.
“It might help if you weren’t dressed like a giant baked potato.” Leshawna tell shim, Harold wears a foil hat on his head.
“Aluminum foil means the aliens can’t read your brains. It’s a real problem in this area.” Harold informs her but is cut off by a cymbal crashing.
“Man, that’s satisfying. All right. Pyramid over under means you chose how you’ll get to the finish line- either over or under the pyramid. Got it?” We all nod to his instructions.
“Ready… Set…” “Wait up, yo! You guys wait up!” Ezekial runs in. “I told you I wasn’t gonna lose this time, eh?” Ezekiel points a finger in Chris’s face. “Didn’t we leave you in like Halifax or whitehorse or whatever?” Chris asks.
“It’s called landing gear, homie. I climbed it and hid with the cargo.” He tells him. “Impressive but you’re still out.” The host cuts off his dream. “No way! I’m in it to win it! Word!” Ezekiel angrily stomps. “Hey, it’s your funeral.” He just carries on.
“Set… Go!”
We all begin running.
“Oh, great. Our friendly neighborhood host dude failed to mention there were different paths.” Noah says in a monotone voice. I like him.
“Hey, Sierra which way do you think we should go?” Heather speaks up. “Me!?” Um… uh…” She thinks about it.
“How do we know which is right?” Owen asks.
“I know! Okay, I saw this in a spy movie once. You lick your finger and hold it up to find the air flow.” Izzy then licks her finger, “mmm, this sand really crunches in your teeth. Fun!” She doesn’t even do what she explained, instead turns to Owen and DJ.
“Okay, DJ, give me your hand.”
“Don’t do it DJ. You might catch a case of crazy.” Leshawna jumps before he can do it.
“Come on Harold.” The three walk away, going through the middle door way.
“Oh, oh, oh! Let’s take the scary mummy door!” Izzy points up. I fold my arms and end up following Sierra and Heather. Well I didn’t really have a choice as Sierra grabbed me by the bottom of my shirt for me to walk beside her.
As we make our way through Sierra steps onto a booby trap. Arrows shooting out of the wall almost getting us but Heather shoves us to the ground.
“Oops, sorry guys.” We get back up, I notice Heather fight back getting mad. “Honest mistake. Could have happened to anybody.” Heather forces a sweet smile. “Yeah, okay and it almost killed us. I’m not okay with this “honest” mistake.” I announce, walking ahead. “Awe, I’m sorry [Name]!” Sierra follows after me.
“Stop touching me!” I make a disgusted face.
We end up bumping into Cody, I try to tell him to go away but he stared at me instead and got caught by Sierra.
We hear a groan and a Mummy had it’s arms out, starting to follow us, out of fear and not knowing who it was we started screaming a running, eventually finding our way out of the pyramid. When we make it out, Sierra was holding Cody and somehow now holding the bottom of my shirt again.
“Oh, I’m so happy we found you. Heather aren’t you so happy? I have both of my loves!” Sierra speaks to the girl behind us.
“I’m so happy I could scream.” Heather sarcastically says and we make it past the finish line.
“We did it! Group hug!” Sierra places down Cody then squishes us into a hug with her. “Come on, Heath! You too!” I watch the brunette roll her eyes then force herself to join us into this already forced embrace.
“And hugs over, Sierra get behind number 2. Heather, Cody, and [Name], you’ll be on team three.” Chris tells us and I feel relief wash over me as Sierra is not with us on this team.
“In Egyptian-” “No one cares, Harold.” Chris cuts him off. “Where’s Gwen? Not like I care, just curious.” Cody rambles after glancing over to me. “Uh, kids!” That ding sound goes off and Chris is shouting up the pyramid with a megaphone.
“Recognize that sound? Time for whoever's not finished yet to give us a little musical reprise.” Chris pints up to them. “You said one song per episode.” Duncan angrily shouts down.
“Yeah and this is a reprise. Not a new song. So if you don’t sing. You’re out, now let’s hear it!” Chris yells.
“You know what? No!” He storms down the pyramid, dragging the two girls behind him.
“No, no, no, no, no, no, no! Three hours of those two squawking on this stupid pyramid in this stupid heat and you want me to sing?! Forget it!” Duncan spits in the host’s face.
“Dude, you have a contract.”
“Eat it McLean! If you need me, I’ll be in the plane waiting for a ride home, cause I’m out. Done.” He cuts the rope he’s tied to after twirling the knife in his hand.
“I quit!” He stomps off.
“Girls on the rebound are the best. They cry and ten you et to buy them a pop and listen and then well they still won’t go out with you but yo get to buy them a pop!” Cody enthusiastically says.
Then comes out the two mummies one actually being Izzy, the same one that followed us out fo the pyramid having us scared for our lives.
“You’re carrying the undead!” Noah screams. “Cool! Bite me and I can be your undead friend, like Frankenstein!” Izzy says but it jumps out unwrapping itself.
“Thanks for all the help you knobs.” Ezekiel thanks us sarcastically.
“Izzy go join team-” “Teleta or three.” Harold cuts off Chris.
“Come on, guy! After all this, you’ve got to let me back in the game!” Ezekiel whines, begging. Chris pushes him down by the head.
“Fine, but only cause we’re down a man, thanks to Duncan McQuitty-pants. Go ahead and join team one.” Chris tells him. “Oh! Yes!” The kid cheers.
“Okay, teams talk amongst yourselves and determine a team name. You have three minutes while I enjoy this ice cream cone.”
“Team victory!” Team one says.
“Team Amazon!” My team says.
Then the second team takes a really long time to pick one. “Got it, Team Chris is really really, really, really hot.” Sierra declares loudly making it the name. “What!?” The rest of her team questions.
“All right, best team name ever! And here are your rewards. Team amazon you win a camel.” He shows off the animal. “Team Chris is really, really, really, really, really hot-” “I think there were only four reallys.” Alejandro corrects but is ignored. “You win a goat!” The goat then runs, crashing into Tyler knocking him down.
“And team victory here, you go.” He shows a stick.
“So the guys who come in last get a camel and we get a stick?” Leshawna speaks up for her team.
“All will be explained if I feel like it. Next time here on Total Drama World Tour!”
Sorry for the late post I had a few things happen the past few days but tomorrow I will try to get the next chapter for the Heather x Reader out and then after that is Cody I do have a family issue rn so it might put a slight hold on some writing later in the week but I don't know. TDWT- Cody X Reader- The Award Winning Actress (Chapter One)
“[Name] you look good, let’s go.” My agent shouted from outside my room as she was heading in.
I roll my eyes, placing a medical mask on my face. Due to me going to a crowded award show there was no way I was not wearing it. I normally don’t unless there’s a huge, huge crowd. I also had a mini hand sanitizer on the belt loop of my jeans but I always have that on me.
“I know I look good but people need to know it’s me showing up.” I step back from the mirror and check myself out.
“I’m sorry hun, but you’re the only actress I know that shows up to crowded places like this wearing a mask. I think they’ll recognize you perfectly.” She comes up, rubbing my arm.
“Also, the limo is waiting so come on.”
I let out a breath, following her out of the building.
We get to the award show, I step out of the limo, immediately cameras are flashing. I notice a girl with magenta hair jump over the rope and excitedly runs up to me.
“You’re [Name] [Last Name]!” She yells grinning, I awkwardly smile from beneath the mask.
“Uhm, yes?” I glance around, wondering why no security has snatched her up from the carpet. “I’m Sierra! Huge fan, besides all my total drama blogs I have like six of you!” She exclaims, trying to grab my hands but I back away.
“Thank you?” I raise a brow, this girl seems psycho. “Did you know Total Drama would be here tonight?” She asks me.
“Who?” I adjust my mask, then fold my arms at my chest.
“Chris McLean’s reality show cast!” She says and that’s all I needed.
That Chris guy begged me to go on his show in the first season, and second but of course I was too busy for that. I had upcoming big movies I was starring in. But for this next season no one knows that my agent actually signed me up for it since I don’t have anything coming up anytime soon. I wanted to take a break but it’s whatever I guess.
“Oh, right. I’ve heard of that.” I nod my head.
“I need to get inside though, thank you for the questions.” I politely moved past her, “Of course! I love you [Name]!” She screams after me and I wince from the noise.
I get inside of the building, getting to my seat and I look at the names of who I am sitting by. I let out a tiny groan seeing “Chris McLean” in bold letters.
“Oh,” He pops up behind me, taking a sip of some drink. “What’s up, [Name]!” He goes to high five me but I stare at him.
“Right, germaphobe, not liking of the germs.” He slyly puts his hand into him pants pocket. I look around him, “Where’s your cast?” I scrunch my face in confusion.
“Right over there, sweetheart.” He points to a table full of… different looking people, well one is a fucking bear and another is a gorilla. My eyes widen then I turn back to him and give a dirty look. “I was told I was working with humans, Chris.” I glare at him. He gets closer to me.
“Don’t worry, we’re using the original crew but I gotta get attention somehow.” He winks, I unconsciously sigh, and I hear him chuckle underneath his breath.
We take our seats just as the music starts. It was very long, and boring. I won three Gemmy awards, which were my only nominations so I finally got to sit back at my seat and watch the rest of the show.
One of the guys that came in with Chris was now on the stage announcing the next award.
“Next up, best reality ensemble!” He grins, holding a white card. “Envelope please? And the winner is….” The drumroll plays as the dude takes forever to open the damn thing.
“Golden Oldies in their undies!” He throws his hand up, we all cheer for the winning ensemble. Once it calms down there’s just one more announcement.
“And the Gemmy for the best reality show host goes to, once again. Chris McLean!” The guy shouts, Chris gets up from his seat, walking onto the stage.
“Wow, hey, thanks again.” He laughs. “But I couldn’t have done it without a great bunch of people from Total Drama Action. The interns, the caterers, the camera crew, and the real stares of the show, my stylists.” I look around but nobody questions why he didn’t thank the teens that even joined the show, also we’re supposedly lied to about what it even was.
“Tomorrow, I’ll introduce the cast of my new reality series, Total Drama Dirtbags on the Orpha show.” He smiles cheekily, he goes back to sit at our table.
The next day, I’m on the bus with that one random crew Chris has.
Suddenly another bus hits ours from the side, knocking the boy who I learned is named Alejandro from his lazy driving into a more serious and focused one. He looks panicked as he grabs the wheel, I lean up behind his seat.
“What’s happening?” I questioned. “If I knew, don't you think I would have a handle on it, princess?” He snaps back and I squint my eyes, the bus now in front of us, the back emergency door swings open to reveal some goth girl.
Then she moves and some caramel or chocolate candy splats onto our front window.
After the second splat Alejandro turns on the wipers. “Oh, you’re gonna regret this!” He shouts, now fully focused in.
“Ha! You messed with the wrong reality show cast, mister!” A girl wearing a maroon red crop top smirks.
The red eyed gorilla growls, throwing his fist in the air outside of the bus, but instead of being intimidating he got chocolate and caramel to the face. I cross my arms watching in disgust.
“Can you do something?” I quizzed, wanting to take over the stupid bus but I didn’t know how many germs were on that steering wheel. “Just watch, princess.” He goes back to his lazy driving, earning some sort of cool back as the cheap bus in front of us was going off of the road now.
My eyes widened, noticing the cliff that they were just feet away from now, a tire popped off on the right side as well. “They aren’t gonna make it.” I grab onto Alejandro, squeezing my eyes shut, hearing the sound of the bus tipping over.
After the silence of not hearing a crash, I carefully open my eyes, glancing over to see Alejandro smirking, I shove him away causing him to grunt and I use a lot of hand sanitizer.
“Gross.” I mumble.
Alejandro kept driving though, he didn’t even stop to see if they were okay.
That whole night it was on my mind… sort of. If they’re dead or hopefully just injured it meant I didn’t have to do this stupid show. No offense to them but I have better things to do then win a decimal percentile of the amount of money I have.
Did you guys forget, I am a world famous, award winning actress?
Anywho, the next day I guess Chris went and got most of the teens, he took us to this set and had Alejandro and I cook pancakes. Me… cook pancakes. I don’t know what my agent signed me up for but I am certainly not liking this treatment.
Al and I take plates of the pancakes and place them down, well I slam them down pretty much. Alejandro goes back to the kitchen but I just sit down at one of the tables, watching the teens gawk from my existence.
I smile a little bit but before they can even say anything or fangirl Chris decides to declare something. “I have an announcement.” He grins, “Now we all know that nobody does drama like you guys.” He then winks at me and I roll my eyes.
“Duh, but what happened to Total Drama Dirtbags? And why is a world famous actress here with us?” That one girl that wore the maroon red crop top from before questions the host.
“It was a trick, there never was any Total Drama Dirtbags.” Alejandro speaks up from the kitchen. Someone’s salty.
“Is that true?” She asks.
“Well, mostly.” Chris shrugs.
“I did come up with the name. But anywho, I needed to find out if you kids still had it.” Chris does finger guns.
“What about Alejandro? And again why is this world famous actress here?” The girl repeats herself, and I’m thinking she doesn’t really like the fact that she had to.
“A dupe just like the rest of you. I needed someone on the inside. But to make it up, I told him he can join you guys next time. And about [Name] here-”
“He begged for me to be on the show, calling and emailing my agent and even my parents. He got my agent at a good time and I guess I had an opening so she signed me up on a contract I can’t back out of.” I cut him off, leaning back against the table.
“Whoa! You have your own lip gloss line!” A blonde yells from across the room, startling me, she was excitedly clapping her hands. I nod but before I can speak up a kid spoke up.
“Hold on, what next time?” Noah asks, I only know his name because he was Chris’s assistant one of the times they came to my agent’s office.
“A no-holds-barred race around the world in a jet!” The host declares, chuckling.
“After all the crap you put us through? As if.” That goth girl scoffs.
“Don’t you wanna be famous again?” Chris taunts, basically holding bait over their head.
“Pass.” A boy with a green mohawk says, hands behind his head.
“What about cash?” He pulls out two large green bags of money. “The chance to win, oh, one million dollars?” After those words they all start cheering.
I was again hoping they stuck to not wanting to do this but oh well. I guess we’re celebrating now.
“Looks like I’m back for another season. And I’ll be keeping a much closer eye on Gwen. So not trusting that boyfriend stealer.” Courtney proclaims.
Harold puts his arm around Leshawna who gasps. “Get your hands off of me.” She shoves him. He falls to the ground. “Oh, I thought we could form an alliance. Check it.” He gets back up and starts beatboxing, even putting her name in it. She slaps a hand over his mouth to stop him from going any further.
“OMG, this is my first confessional ever. I am so excited. I never thought I would be on Total Drama, my favorite show in the whole world. And I’m doing it with [Name] [Last Name] my all time favorite actress! Talking to all my favorite tv stars is so fab.” Sierra grins. “Now I will finally put to rest all those Cody and [Name] blog questions like how many freckles does Cody have on his back? What kind of shampoo and perfume does [Name] use? How many times does Cody sleep facing west? And what songs do they sing in the shower!?? Ohh, my. That last question will definitely be a six-month analysis. Oh yeah!” Sierra the official new weird girl, stalker thinking about her two celebrity crushes.
“Ho, ho, homies. Get in the focus and take notice. I’m what is. Oh, yeah, that’s show biz, uh-uh-uh-uh-uh huh!” Ezekiel tris to be smooth by leaning back but ends up falling backwards.
“I miss you already Geoff! Wait for me, schmoopie poo! I’m gonna win it for both of us!” Bridgette then holds her face, crying into her hands.
“You know what they say. Third time lucky. This could be my season!” Gwen points to herself confidently.
“Hey, I’m game. Bring it, Chris.” Duncan swings around a knife before stabbing it into the vanity in front of him.
“Watch out, Total Drama nerds. The new guy is going all the way to the top.” Alejandro points a finger in the camera.
“Don’t you worry, mama. I’m gonna win this one and buy you a big old house and maybe a new bus.” DJ rubs the back of his head.
“Mm, pancakes.” Owen disgustingly eats, squirting syrup into his mouth.
“I can’t wait to find out where we’re going first. 23 percent of my bloggers say we’re going to India. And 10 percent say that Chris is lying to us and that he’s actually going to film us in an old bomb shelter. Ha! As if.” Sierra blows raspberries, not believing it.
“I’m a third generation Chris McLean scholar okay? I could tell if he’s lying to us by his vocal range and body language. Only someone who has an extensive knowledge of Total Drama could catch that. BTW did you know Chris wears 32x31 pants? And only buys them at strutty’s pants and jewelers? He also has three dogs named Banjo, Todd and-”
“Sierra, get out, I have to go next.” [Name] is heard from the outside of the dressing room. Sierra's eyes light up. “That’s [Name]! Ah! OMG!” She fangirls. [Name] enters the room with a bored expression.
“Before I go, did you know [Name] is from France!” Wee- wee!” She giggles but then [Name] is standing over her, sighing.
“Go, please.” The actress points to the door.
“Oh right! Of course! Want me to wipe down the seat? I know you’re a germaphobe because when you were a kid you-” “Get. Out.” She cuts the psycho girl off and the taller girl finally leaves, giggling.
[Name] lets out a breath, quickly wiping the seat down and just as she sits down the camera dies.
First chapter is out! also I was supposed to post this last night but I was super sleepy and ended up sleeping almost my whole day away after work so. I apologize but here this is. I hope to maybe get another chapter out tonight but it might be tomorrow and then the next day will be a post for Heather's story:)

TDI X Reader- Paintball Deer Hunter (Chapter Nine)
If you haven't read: Eight
We wake up to the noise of a helicopter flying over us, I watch Leshawna hit her head on the top bunk just like before.
"Ooh! Okay. That dude is really starting to get on my last nerve." She complains, rubbing her head.
"Oh, whatever. He just loves ruining our mornings. Beth, Lindsay, go warm up the shower for me." Heather orders and I raise a brow. She seems to catch it so she stammers for a second.
"Now!... Please." She rolls her eyes and I smile. "And remember-"
"Not too hot this time, I know." Beth yawns, still wearing her headgear.
 I sigh, shaking my head.
Now we're all in front of the bathroom, waiting for the door to open so we can all use it. "What's the hold-up?" Bridgette asks.
"Heather needs her private time." Lindsay answers in a simple tone.
"How long is Quennie gonna take in there? I got urgent business." Leshawna impatiently speaks up, holding herself. "She could still be a while." Beth sighs.
"Ugh, that's it I'm going lumberjack style." Gwen groans, walking away and then the loud speaker squeaks before Chris starts talking.
"I hope you're ready for the most challenging challenge yet. Breakfast is in three minutes at the campfire pit." Chris tells us then Beth knocks. "Um, Heather?"
"Can one of you guys come in here and lotion my back? It's peeling." Heather responds and we all quickly rush away from the communal bathroom, Leshawna and I gripping each other's hands since we have to go to the bathroom so badly.
"Are you ready for today's extreme max impact challenge?" Chris pumps up. "We are ready!" Owen of course hypes it up as usual.
"Incoming!" The host throws a can of beans that go to hit Gwen but Trent catches it in time. Chris then hands the other ones out normally.
"This is breakfast." He tells us.
"No, breakfast is crepes, croissants, even chef's crappy burnt eggs." Heather interjects angrily and I stare down at my can.
"Beans, beans, they're good for your heart. The more you eat the more you-" Before the big guy can finish his song, Chris knocks him out with one of the cans of beans.
"Today's challenge is about survival. We're going hunting." He lifts a paintball gun and I could feel Duncan's excitement radiating off of him from where I was standing.
"Now that's more like it." The boy I was just talking about smiles softly. "Isn't that a paintball gun?" Harold points at the green gun. "Why yes Harold, it is." The host points it at the auburn haired boy's stomach with a grin, then shoots it.
"So we won't be killing anything?" Bridgette questions.
"Negatory."
She smiles at his response.
"This is the first ever paintball deer hunt. I'll announce the teams once we get into the woods. So finish breaky." As soon as Chris finishes his sentence Owen burps loudly, we look over to see he had finished twenty cans of beans. He sighs contently. "Got anymore?"
A thing of guns now sits in front of us, we stand in the front of the woods. Also accompanied with the guns and a box in front of them is Chris with a shit-eating grin laid upon his face.
"And now for the team breakdowns. The Killer Bass hunters are: Harold, Geoff, and Bridgette, locked and loaded with Bass blue paint." He throws green guns to the three.
"And using orange paint are the Gopher hunters, Leshawna, Beth, Owen, Lindsay." Throwing them red guns.
"Waa-hoo! This is awesome, man." Owen cheers. "You also get these stylin' glasses and wicked camo caps. The rest of you are now deer." He points at us and we all just stare at him.
"Here are your antlers, noses, and little white tails." He chuckles, turning around to shake his hips showing off the tail. I go up and grab my stuff even though I know he's going to throw it I would rather just get it on now.
"Yeah, right. I'm not wearing that." Heather folds her arms. "There's no way I'm a deer." Duncan adds on to the complaining but Chris throws the costume on him anyways to his distaste. I snicker, wiggling my own hips as I look back to the tail.
We go into the woods after everyone puts their stuff on. I walk in front of my group happily. "Why are you so giddy?" Heather questions. "I love hide and seek, this is just different." I smile.
"Right, this may be the lamest thing I've ever done in my life." Gwen sighs out. "Oh, come on, it could be fun." Cody tries to be enthusiastic but the others stare him down so I stand up for him. "I mean he's right, there's no point to be such downers." I place my hands on my hips, but they don't move an inch so I sigh. "We'll see you later, Debbie downers." I wave them goodbye taking Cody by the arm with me.
"I was so psyched to be a deer. I'm small but quick. Lot's of practice from dodging spitballs in math class." Cody smiles but now he's in a wheelchair covered in bandages.
"Why'd you come with me?" Cody suddenly speaks up after we've been walking in silence for a few moments. "Don't think too much into it, love." I nudge him, starting to mess with the trees around me, jumping up to grab onto the leaves up high.
"That's kinda hard to do." He mumbles, I then halt my movements, standing in front of him. "Here, Cody." I start with a sigh.
"You obviously still like me right?" I ask in a hypothetical way, of course he nods vigorously. "If you don't flirt with me at all. I'll kiss you after the challenge. Win or lose." I cross my arms. Looking at him dead in the eyes. His eyes go wide as his face turns a bright red.
"Only. If you don't flirt with me in any kind of way." I repeat myself to make sure I'm clear. He nods, now he's not letting out a peep.
"Start your paintballs! Game on!" Chris yells over the P.A. We make our way through the woods calmly, not seeing anybody so far.
"I didn't know you were friends with Heather?" Cody finally says something.
"I guess." I shrug, looking down at my light pink painted nails that Heather did last night.
He went quiet again then spoke up. "I'm gonna go on my own if that's okay?" He turns to me and I nod. "Yeah, I'll catch you later." I smile, both of us go our separate ways.
As I'm going down a path I spot Geoff coming towards my way so I rush behind a bush. I watched him start walking by, he was whistling, not really paying attention to anything around him. But of course I lose my balance as I lean forward and end up tripping from behind the bush falling onto Geoff who balances us out. I chuckle nervously as I look up at him.
"Awe, you look so cute, dude!" He tells me and I raise a brow, letting go of him. "Um, thanks. But aren't you, y'know... gonna shoot me?" I glance around to see nobody else nearby. "Oh, right." He points the gun at me and I wince, waiting for the pain but it never comes. "I can't do it." He huffs.
"You're just too adorable, like a real deer!" He exclaims, rubbing his face in a frustrated way. As he deals with that problem I take it as a chance to make a run for it. Running off a path and deeper into the woods. As I keep going I squint my eyes to see Heather sitting on a tree stump.
Carefully I maneuver over to her, then sneak up behind and poke her sides.
"Boo!" I laugh as she jumps, hitting my arm.
"Don't do that." She glares at me. "Ah, but it's so much fun." I chuckle, forcing her to scoot over so I can sit next to her. "What are you doing?" She quizzes me.
"Being friends, duh." I smile sweetly, kind of sarcastically too. "Would you want me to be on your lap instead?" I tease her, she scoffs, looking away from me.
We sit practically in silence until we spot Cody and Beth walking this way. She puts her hands on her hips. "What took you so long?" Heather questions in an irritated tone.
"Here, I hope you know what I had to go through to get those." Beth says, handing a chip bag to Heather who snatches it from her.
"There's like 11 chips left." She shakes the bag then sniffs it. "And they're barbeque." Heather scrunches her face in disgust, sticking her arm out from her body. "Go exchange them for dill pickle." She drops the bag on the ground, it looks like Beth goes to grab it but instead she stops herself, putting her foot down.
 "No."
"What did you just say?" Heather looks shocked. I watch nervously but also proud of Beth.
"I'm just gonna... Yeah." Cody reaches down and grabs the bag of chips then scurries off into the woods.
"Take it back." Heather demands. Beth takes a deep breath,
"No." She repeats the same word as before.
"Take. It. Back." Heather angrily says.
"No, I'm tired of being your slave." Beth stands up for herself, "Now if you'll excuse me, I have a challenge to complete." Beth storms off then orange splats onto Heather's arm next to me. "Ouch!" She whines.
"Whoever you are, this is so not cool!" I get up immediately as another shot gets her. I notice Bridgette and Harold high five and they might not be as caring as Geoff so I book it.
As I have to go on my own once again, I spot Gwen and Trent talking together. I furrow my eyes, hiding behind a tree to eavesdrop. Of course I shouldn't but I'm nosy and why not?
"So, do you still have that thing for [Name]?" Trent asks, I scrunch my nose, not expecting to hear my name so quickly into listening in. "Mm, I think I'm getting over it, she won't talk to me now after avoiding her. Which I get... I guess. So I don't see anything happening anyways." Gwen sighs.
"Well you were hurting. Of course you weren't going to talk to her for a little bit." He feeds into her delusions about it being okay to avoid somebody who didn't even do anything wrong.
"Yeah, you're right. Y'know I think you're really helping me get over her." Gwen smiles at him and I gag silently then I just continue on my way to a different area.
"Attention human wildlife and hunters. Please report back to camp. It's time to show your hides and tally up the score." Chris's voice is heard over the woods.
We all slowly find each other, heading out of the forest. I see Leshawna, Beth, and Heather covered in paint as Lindsay walks besides them, seemingly not having a trace of paint on her.
They're covered in orange and blue.
"What happened?" I snort but Heather puts her hand up and then slaps it over my mouth. "Don't ask." She then storms away. I snicker, but follow right behind her.
"Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. Stealing from the chef, eating chips in the woods, being mauled by bears. Do you know what I see here?" Chris paces back and forth. I sadly stare at Cody's injuries. "I see a very undisciplined group. I see a disgraceful mess. I see a massive waste of paint products. And I have to say... that was awesome!" Chris goes from looking disappointed and angry to now grinning ear to ear.
"When you guys opened fire on your own team, wicked t.v. guys." He complimented me.
"Hey where are Duncan and Courtney?" Harold speaks up, then the two come up walking together, their antlers connected to each other. "Oh this is too much." Gwen taunts. Owen laughs as well. "You know you guys can take off the antlers now." I giggle behind my hand. "Duncan you sly dog, you." Owen comments.
"The girl can't keep her antlers off me," Duncan jokes but it backfires on him as Courtney kicks him in the crotch.
"Can't even bend over." He cries out, one tear sliding down his cheek.
"Easy Courtney, our medical tents are really only equipped for one at a time. And Cody's pretty messed up." Chris tells the girl as his arm rests on Cody's wrapped head.
Then Bridgette and Geoff help the oh-so happy looking couple. Duncan now holding himself on the ground.
"Well, since three of the Gophers are dripping in paint-" Lindsay turns around to show her blue backside, cutting off the host. "Make that four members and some of them aren't even deer. I think we have our winner." He turns to the killer Bass. "You're off to a hunting-camp shindig." He then looks at us. "Gophers. I'll see you at the campfire ceremony. Again." He says plainly.
I head over to Cody, bending down to his level.
"Are you okay?" I question him and he laughs in pain. "No, not at all." His voice is muffled but I can make it out, he grunts though cause he moved the wrong way. "We should've stayed together." I told him.
"So we both could get mauled?" He jokes... kind of. I shake my head laughing. "We probably would've never bumped into Beth and got those chips." I say.
I ended up sticking with him until the campfire ceremony and even then I was still with him, his wheelchair in front of my tree stump, I kept him in place.
"I mean seriously, twice in a row? What is wrong with you people?" Heather goes off on us. I roll my eyes. "I can't wait to see Beth get kicked off. I just wish I could vote off two campers at once." Heather says, and Leshawna just gives her an amused look.
"Okay, I know I got mauled by a bear but I'm feeling good about this. I'm a quick healer. And besides Heather's as mean as a snake dude. Her own team shot her 18 times. They'll never kick me off." cody smiles, confident that he's right about what he's saying
"Who do I vote for? Well, Heathers have been a pain in my butt since day one. But I got to say, Cody." Leshawna sadly says.
"Yeah, that Cody. Not so useful in challenges anymore." Owen shrugs.
"I totally admire Belle for standing up to Heather, but she's so dead now." Lindsay holds her face.
"I don't want to do this but Cody... Only because he needs to heal at home. He won't be able to do that here." [Name] frowns.
"There are only eight marshmallows on this plate when I call your name, come up and claim your marshmallow. The camper-"
"Who doesn't receive the marshmallow must immediately return to the dock of shame, catch the boat of losers and leave. Can't we just get this over with?" Gwen cuts him off, speaking faster than he did. In response Chris looks unhappy.
"Fine, whatever. Spoil the moment. Trent, Lindsay, Owen, Gwen, Leshawna, [Name], Beth." We all take our squishy fluff. "Campers this is the final marshmallow tonight." It's now between Heather and Cody.
"Heather."
She gets up and snatches her marshmallow from the host's hands. "You are all lucky. Okay? Very lucky." She glares at us all.
"Cody, the dock of shame awaits, bro." The boy stares at the host, not being able to move. "I guess we can help you get there."
"I got it." I stand up, starting to push the wheelchair just as Beth tried to get up to offer.
"Bye Cody." Gwen says, everyone sadly joins in and waves him goodbye.
"See ya, buddy." Leshawna grins.
"Take care, dude." Owen says.
We get to the dock and going down further. "I'm so sorry Cody about what happened. I'm gonna be honest. I voted for you." We come to a stop and I get in front of him. His eyes widened.
"Before you get upset, I just want you to know I did it because I want you to heal properly, you're not going to do that here." I tell him, wanting to comfort him but he's covered in injuries, literally head to toe.
"Can I uncover your mouth?" I tilt my head, he hums a muffled "mhm." I gently do so, surprisingly his mouth is not scathed in any way.
"Remember what I said in the woods?" I smiled softly, he looked confused for a second then his eyes brightened.
"Really? You don't have to do it if you don't want to."
"I keep to my word Cody, just shut up." I laugh, leaning down and placing a soft peck on his lips then standing up straight. The boat shows up and I turn to it then back at him. "Here's your ride." I clasp my hands together.
"Thank you, [Name]. Even though I know you don't like me back." He weakly smiles.
"It's no problem, I hope you heal perfectly. Now you can say you kissed a rich girl when I win the money." I wink, helping him onto the boat and I hear him chuckle only before he winces in pain.
The boat leaves and I wave him off.
I take a deep breath then walk back to my cabin.
Okay you've probably seen it is now officially a Heather x Reader story now. But if you wanted it to be Cody tomorrow I will be coming out with a Cody x Reader story! It will be placed in Season three World Tour. I'm super excited to start writing that. I might start a Gwen story but I'm kind thinking how I can work that out or if I want to.

Ok it got like 20 minutes when I’m posting this but Heather is the winner yall! It is now declared a Heather x Reader Story!!!!
I will say I want to do other stories of you with other characters. I will be doing a World Tour where it is you with Cody.
I will also be doing Season two TDA of you with Gwen.
I might continue on with this story onto the next seasons but that depends tbh.
If you guys want to see anybody else I can always do an imagine with them:)
I will have the other stories out maybe by tomorrow or later in the week because I was better being sick and some how I got bronchitis like I always do when I get sick and a bitch is having trouble breathing. I’m also asthmatic so we got a lot going on✊😭
So I forgot that Cody gets kicked off in episode nine😭 sooooooo we’re doing a revote because unfortunately I’m not gonna have the reader get with someone who gets kicked off so early. I want reader to go through most of the show with someone if that makes sense. Also only two options because those are the only two I really want to write for rn🫶

TDI X Reader- Up The Creek (Chapter Eight)
If you haven’t read: seven
“Bass, Gophers, today’s challenge is a true summer-camp experience, a canoe trip.” Chris motions to the water where seven canoes laid on the sand. “You’ll be paddling your canoes across the lake…” He changes his demeanor, using a “spooky” voice. “To Bony Island.” Then back to normal.
“When you get there, you must portage your canoes to the other side of the island, which is about a two-hour hike through the treacherous, dense jungle.” Chris explains.
“We’ve got to pour what?” Geoff rubs the back of his head.
“Portage.” Chris does air quotations with his fingers, but the blond still doesn’t get it, even a fly goes around his head.
“Dude, walk with your canoe.” The host simplifies then winks.
“Ohhh.”
“When you arrive at the other end of the island, you’ll build a rescue fire that will be judged by me. The first team to paddle home and return their canoes to the beach is the winner of invincibility. Move, campers! Move!” He suddenly shouts at us and we start moving it, jogging towards the beach.
“Oh, wait! One more thing I should mention!” He calls after us, halting our movements.
“Legend has it, if you take anything off the island you’ll be cursed forever!” Thunder then goes off in the sky at the most perfect moment to correctly strike fear into everyone around.
“Yeah!” Owen cheers, giggling. “A cursed island! Woo!” He celebrates, we all blankly stare at him, he finally stops.
“Now, get in your canoes and have some fun.” Chris tells us and this time we walk, Owen still excited about it all.
“Chris told us to pick a paddle partner. Even though I kind of stopped pining after [Name] I still like her so maybe I can make my move.” Cody grins, acting suave.
“I really just want to go to sleep, something feels weird about today.” [Name] hugs herself.
I walked beside Heather as we made our way to the stairs, “So, you’re sitting besides me, right?” Heather asks me and I look up at her. “For the pretend friend thing, of course.” She adds on and my mouth goes into the shape of an ‘o’. Completely forgetting that was a thing. I nod in response.
“Great, see you at the canoe, paddle buddy.” She grins, walking away leaving me alone.
Not for long though as Gwen comes up to me. “Hey, I wanted to apologize. For me avoiding you… And I just think maybe we could use the canoe time to talk?” She offers, nervously playing with her fingers.
I take a deep breath going to answer but an arm wraps around me before I could even let a breath out.
“Hey, [Name], you, me, and the canoe?” Cody smirks.
“I asked her first, move along.” Gwen pushes him off of me and my eyes widen.
“Right, [Name]?” She asks in a hopeful tone.
“But, [Name]. Best friends, remember? She’s been avoiding you for like six days now!” He calls her out.
They angrily glare at each other and I tense up. Now they’re staring at me waiting for a response.
“[Name]! Come on, we don’t have all day!” Heather taps her wrist impatiently and I sigh. “I’m sorry guys but I have to- I mean Heather already asked, just sit with each other or something.” I wave them off, sprinting over to my paddle buddy.
“Ugh, fine, but I’m in charge.” I overheard Gwen say. “That’s the way I like it.” Cody marches behind the girl.
I frown now standing next to Heather, starting to walk down the stairs now.
“It’s not [Name] but Gwen was always my back up if [Name] and I didn’t work out. Also I have that bet with Owen… Whatever this is gonna be great!” Cody then bursts into a celebration, starting to pretend to do a guitar riff with his hands.
“Cody? He’s like an annoying brother. A really annoying little brother. And [Name] going with Heather? Total Betrayal… Seems fishy.” Gwen crosses her arms, frowning.
Then it goes back to Cody still doing a guitar riff.
“So much for hooking up with [Name] or Trent.” Gwen shares not meaning for anyone to hear but of course I was the lucky one.
Also being so lucky, Heather and I got stuck with Owen.
Heather and I begin to paddle, Owen making the front of the canoe go up and down, playing around. “If this canoe is a-rockin’, don’t come a-knockin’!” He giggles until Heather and I swat him on the back with our paddles. “Ow! That smarts!”
Our canoes line up in the water, “On your marks get set…” Chris shoots from the gun. “Paddle!”
We all start paddling, going at a smooth pace. Our canoe leans forward due to the weight distribution we have with Owen, so Heather and I squeeze together on one bench.
“Were you really going to sit with Gwen? Or Cody?” She doesn’t look at me as she asks the question, my body tenses up just like before.
“Of course not, we’re sitting together.” I force out a smile. I think she can tell, especially with her next words. “You don’t have to lie to me.” She scoffs.
“I’m not, I don’t really want to be near anyone right now if I’m being honest.” I admit in a low tone, I notice her slightly lighten up but then get worried, coughing to cover up all of her emotions. “Oh? Why’s that?” I shrug.
“That’s some heavy fog!” I then pointed out, thankful the fog even showed up so I didn’t have to go through the rest of this conversation.
We paddled through and got to the island. “Okay, did you see that skull?” Izzy asks us. “How cool is that? It’s like this place is haunted or something.” She says then we hear a ghostly moan and I feel Heather jump next to me. Instead of reacting I yawned tiredly. I don’t know what’s going on today but I do not feel like myself.
“Let’s just get this over with.” Gwen says, both her and Cody picking up their canoes and beginning to walk. Owen picked up the Canoe for us.
We all then began running, getting ahead of the Killer Bass. Only for a tree to fall in our path, we look around, trying to find another path or something.
“I think I saw something.” Cody announces, then huge beavers come out of the bushes. “Monster beavers!” He shouts, we scream, running in the other direction.
The huge beasts chase us, we get stopped in a little stream of water but huge rocks cover any way to continue running. “Dead end.” Owen speaks up, luckily the beavers stopped coming our way. “Hey, they’re leaving!” Trent grins.
“Did anybody pack a change of underwear?” The big blond asks us, we all laugh thinking he’s joking. “No, seriously.” He chuckles then lets out a fart. “Gross!” We all unionize.
But that leads to dinosaur looking birds to pop out of nowhere. “Oh, man.”
And now we're running in the same direction we once were going in. “I am definitely gonna need new underwear!” Owen yells to basically no one but himself. “Someone do something!” Gwen says. “What are we supposed to do sherlock!?” I shout not hearing Cody until he says, “look!” He pulls out bread from his pocket. “Where did that come from?” Gwen questions. “I was gonna make [Name] and I a romantic picnic.” I overhear, my eyes widen.
“With bread from your pants?” Gwen’s in shock but I’m in disbelief. Thinking Cody was just my friend and not going to try anything with me anymore. Not expecting anything out of it. But I was wrong.
“Weirdo.”Heather comments. “Just throw it already!” Trent interrupts, the short boy does as he’s told and the birds finally leave us alone, letting us catch our breath for a minute.
But it also lets the Killer Bass take the lead ahead of us.
“Come on. The race isn’t over yet.” Izzy encourages us. “We still have to burn stuff!”
“I can see the other team.” Trent squints. “They’re taking the path on the right.” Gwen says. “Then let's go left.” Trent takes initiative. “Are you sure? We haven’t had much luck out here!” I remind them. “Yes, I’m sure.” Trent says and everyone listens, I roll my eyes, my shoulders slumping down but I follow along as well.
Heather’s fanning herself as we walk and I just keep my head low, holding myself. “Whoa! Guys, uh, don’t want to panic here but I’m shrinking!” Trent yells.
“Right, how am I supposed to know what quick sand looks like? It looks like sand!” Trent exclaims.
“Can you believe they fell for that? I set it up but I didn’t think anyone would walk into it. That’s just great!” Chris laughs hysterically.
“Uh-oh.” He mutters. “Trent’s stuck!” Lindsay yells to get everyone’s attention. “I’m coming Trent!” And before she can be stopped she jumps right in there besides the guy. “I’m stuck too!” She cheer.s” I so didn’t see that coming.” She smiles, Trent facepalms in response.
“Help! Somebody help us!” Cody then springs into action, swinging from a vine, going to get them but misses and swings right into a tree, but the vine hangs for Trent to grab it, climbing up it with the ditzy blonde girl.
Everyone cheers that they’re safe. Cody comes out from behind the tree hurt, dizzily walking to the two. “Thanks bro.” Trent high fives him but he misses. “You’re a lifesaver.”
“I am?” Cody questions and Lindsay embraces him. “My hero!” She squeezes. “Where did you learn to do that?”
“You know, I watch a lot of movies.” Cody says,
“This is very touching guys but we got a challenge to win.” Gwen interrupts them and we get a move on again. We get to the next place surprisingly before the other team and start collecting wood for the fire.
When the Killer Bass do show up, Geoff is sitting atop one of the canoes.
Leshawna and Heather start to create a fire, but the killer Bass already somehow has started one. “How did they do that so quickly?” Heather questions and Duncan shows off his lighter.
As I’m alone in the front of the jungle, collecting sticks I think about how Cody and Gwen were acting today. It’s all weirdly uncomfortable now and sadly to say it Heather is the only one not treating me horribly and expecting to like make out with me or something.
I then overhear Heather tell Cody and Trent to get a move on which also quickens my pace. “[Name] can we talk?” Gwen suddenly comes up to me and I sigh before turning around to face her.
“I guess, go ahead.” I shortly say, leaning up against a tree.
”I’m sorry for what I did, I don’t know what I acted like that-”
“Look, I’m gonna have to cut you off here.” I tiredly put a hand up, she looked shocked that I cut her off.
“Normally I would’ve heard you out Gwen, today is just not the day I need to hear a half-assed apology. You made me feel guilty for something I didn’t do, punished me for something I never did. Now give me time. To. Forgive. You.” I poked a finger in her chest at the last three words before walking away and going up to Heather, practically hiding behind her.
“This ought to do the trick. It’s a handmade fire starter I made from some tree sap and saved. Stand back guys. This is gonna be big.” Izzy informs us and we all slowly back away from the fire. She throws it in and it makes a huge explosion.
‘We have our fire-building winner! Point for the Gophers!” Chris shouts down at us from his helicopter. “Where did you learn to do that?” Heather questions.
“Oh, you know, I spent a summer training with the reserves. Yeah, I got into some trouble there and, like, blew up the kitchen by accident, which is why the R.C.M.P is like still all over my butt. I am so totally AWOL!”
At least she knows…
We all make it back to the canoes and Cody speaks up as we’re getting our life jackets back on. “Since you’re both a bit shaken up by the whole quicksand thing, we should split you up. How about I go with Lindsay and Beath and Gwen can paddle back with Trent?” Cody asks and I furrow my brows but before I can listen anymore Heather aggressively pulls me onto the canoe.
We start off strong just like before, in front of the Killer Bass since Harold threw their paddles into the fire. But I guess Izzy said something to help them and they got in front of us with DJ swimming them to the winning. Crashing on the share, sending them flying but of course as I said, winning the challenge.
“The Bass are the winners!” Chris announces, they cheer and we pull in slowly. Once we do, Leshawna stares the redhead down. “You cost us the game. You are dead.” Leshawna points a finger at the girl. “Right, okay, you are so lucky that my license to kill is currently expired.” She smoothly says back but the bigger girl doesn’t back down, pulling up her paddle and threatening Izzy. The two run, Leshawna of course chasing after the other.
Now sitting at the campfire, I am boredly leaning my chin on the palm of my hand. “And now the always anxiety-inducing marshmallow ceremony.” Chris spins his tray. “When I call your name, come and get a marshmallow. Beth, Trent, Gwen, Cody, Owen, Heather, [Name], Leshawna.” We all get our marshmallows and sit back down. “One last marshmallow. The person who doesn’t get this marshmallow will walk off the dock of shame. Who’s it gonna be?” He taunts but then a helicopter shows up, its blades whirring loudly to earn all of our attention.
“Izzy, we know you’re down there. You are under arrest.” A man shouts from a mega phone.
“You mean all that trash you were talking was true?” Leshawna asks the crazy girl. “No, just the R.C.M.P part. See ya!” She sweetly says goodbye but then turns back to a crazy, angry looking self. “You’ll never take me alive!” She laughs, running off somewhere.
All of us look at each other in shock. “Well, that wraps that up. Night everyone.” Chris says calmly like one of his contestants didn’t just get arrested.
After all that we all go back to our cabins, taking showers, just getting ready for bed. Heather comes up to me and I get deja vu. Only this time I’m not reading, just laying down staring up at the ceiling.
“What’s it this time?” I ask and she climbs up, sitting at the edge of my feet.
“What’s going on?” I sit up, getting a little defensive of my area.
“Being friends, remember?” She smiles and I glance around, seeing a few of our teammates staring up at us. “I want to test out this nail polish, can I do it on you?” She tilts her head and I shrug, giving her my hand in response.

TDI X Reader- Phobia Factor (Chapter Seven)
If you haven’t read: six
After the Killer Bass’s elimination we decided to go to the campfire and join them. Well there’s more to it but whatever. “What do you guys want? Come by to rub it in?” Courtney questions us with her hands on her hips. “We got some extra dessert after our tuck-shop party, thought you might want some.” Trent speaks for us as Beth jiggles the green jello in her hands.
“So, what? You’re just being nice?” Courtney rebuttals.
“Okay, Owen stank up our cabin and we need some time to air it out.” Gwen rolls her eyes and Owen farts. “Ew, dude.” Trent gives the big guy a look.
Beth then brings over the green jello to the Miss C.I.T. who ends up squealing, stepping back. “No!” She then collects herself. “I mean, no thanks. I’m good.” She politely declines the offer.
“What? Are you on a diet or something?” Duncan quizzes her.
“No, I just don’t like green jelly, okay?” She defends herself, Beth  then goes past her and over to DJ, he gasps. “Snake!” Flipping the tray over. Cody bends over, grabbing the worm. “Chill, dude, it’s just a gummy worm.” He shows it off to the poor guy.
“Sorry for tripping. Snakes just freak me out.” He apologizes. “I feel you, chickens give me the creeps, dude.” Tyler comforts his teammate.
“You’re afraid of chickens?” Gwen asks in disbelief, Duncan chuckles. “Wow, that’s-that’s really lame man.”
“So suddenly, everyone’s having this big share fest by the fire. Like Beth went on and on about her mortal fear being covered by bugs. Harold’s afraid of Ninjas. Even Heather admitted she’s afraid of sumo wrestlers.” Gwen tells the camera, growing interested in each one she tells.
“What’s my worst fear? I guess being buried alive.” Gwen answers.
“Walking through a minefield… in heels.” Lindsay distresses.
“Flying man. That’s some crazy stuff.” Owen speaks up, shivering.
“I would never go up in a plane. Never.” Izzy holds her hands at her chest.
“I’m scared of hail. It’s small but deadly, dude.” Geoff expresses.
“Being left alone in the woods.” Bridgette says and Sadie sniffs, holding a wooden plank from the dock. “Bad haircuts.” Sadie cries out. “Oh, okay, I change mine. That’s so much scarier than a minefield.” Lindsay shutters at the thought.
“Having to diffuse a time bomb under pressure.” Cody scratches his cheek, then we all turn to Courtney.
“I’m not really afraid of anything.” She holds her knees to her chest. “Baloney.” Duncan coughs. “Oh, really? Well, what exactly is your phobia, Mr. Know-it-all?” She questions him, his face drops instantly and he glances around.
“Uh, Ce-Celine Dion music store-standees.” He slumps, holding his face. “Exsqueeze me? I didn’t quite get that.” Cody snickers, cupping his hand to his ear, I agree, covering my mouth as I laugh. “Dude, did you say Celine Dion music store-standees?” Trent chimes in. “Ooh, I love Celine Dion!” Lindsay excitedly admits.
“What’s a standee?”
“You know, that cardboard cutout thing that stands in the music store?” Trent clarifies. “Don’t say it dude.” Duncan whines, pointing to the other guy speaking, but gets ignored. “Kind of like a life-size but flat Celine.” I sit up straighter, holding onto Cody’s knee to stop myself from laughing.
“Shut up!” He covers his ears. “What about you guys?” He directs between Trent and I.
“Okay, well, I hate mimes. Like a lot.” Trent says, “Similar to Trent, clowns.” I boredly tell them, Courtney rolls her eyes at us. “All right Courtney. You’re afraid of something. Spit it out.” Trent orders and I nod but she sits taller. “Nope, nothing.”
“If that’s true you would’ve jumped during our first challenge. But you didn’t.” I then bend my arms, pretending to flap my wings.” “Shut up!” She shouts at me and I laugh.
Chris whistlers as we all give him our attention. I sit between Heather and Cody. “Campers, your next challenge is a little game I like to call. “Phobia Factor.” Prepare to face your worst fears.” He announces.
“Worse than this?” Leshawna lifts her food in disgust. “We’re in trouble.” Gwen mutters. “Now for our first victims… Heather!” A card flies into his hand and he reads off of it. “Meet us all in the theater. It’s sumo time!” She spits out her drink in shock. “Gwen you, me, the beach. A few tons of sand.” Her eyes go wide. “Wait how did they know those were your worst fears?” Lindsay asks, Gwen slaps her own forehead. “Because we told them.”
“At the campfire last night.” Trent reminds her, Beth and the blonde look at each other. He then comforts Gwen, rubbing her back as her head lays down on the table. I stare at them without realizing, my mind going blank as I go off into space.
Immediately getting out of it once Lindsay speaks again. “Wait, they were listening to us?”
“It’s a reality show, Einstein. They’re always listening to us.” Gwen sarcastically says.
I know I don’t like Gwen how she likes me but still being avoided and her bringing in the comfort of Trent as if I did something wrong hurts. I truly thought we were close friends…
“That’s like eavesdropping!” Lindsay pouts.
“Chef Hatchet, didn’t you have a special order for Tyler here today?” The muscular cook smirks, showing Tyler a fried chicken, the teen picks it up, he stares at it for a moment. Then he bites off the head and then an actual live chicken head pops up and Tyler screams in fear.
We go to the first thing which is for Beth, it’s a blow up pool filled with bugs DJ vomits just by looking at it. I cross my arms glancing over to Cody who was a worryful expression. For it being Beth’s worst fear she jumps right in. Coming out with worms all over her. “And Beth sets the bar way up there!” We cheer for our girl; she has a big smile planted on her face.
Lindsay and Sadie get wigs on their heads. Owen and Izzy have to go on a roughed up looking plane. Leshawna runs, screaming away from Hatchet who’s in a spider costume.
Next is Heather standing across from a sumo wrestler. “Heather, stepped up to the plate, scoring the Gophers their second point on the board.”
The wrestler comes running and the girl crouches down, the wrestler trips, falling off the stage.
Next was Gwen being buried alive, Trent comforts her, giving her a walkie so they could talk. I want to jump in and also comfort the girl but again… Not my place anymore I guess. She wants something I don’t.
As we’re moving onto the next thing, Trent runs past us. “Just talk to him bro and ask him to go away!” Chris yells after him. I tense up realizing I don’t know when a clown is going to come for me. I unconsciously grip onto Cody’s arm.
“Okay, then, we have 2 minutes before Gwen’s done. Cody, you’re up.” His eyes go up to the host after looking down to see my hands wrapped around his arm. He then looks back up to my face. “You got this.” I give him a thumbs up after letting him go.
We follow Chris to this trash bomb. I decided to stay with the boy, maybe helping him disconnect it. “All right, Cody This garbage bomb’s going off in exactly 10 minutes. Everything you need to know to defuse it is on these schematic blueprints.” Chris lifts up a blue paper he rolled out.
“What? No way! I can’t do this!” He exclaims, holding his head, clearly stressed out. “Then I suggest you find a safe place to hide, bro.” The host then throws the paper and I catch it before it hits the ground. “Later, dudes! Also, [Name]! Be careful.” He winks, walking away and my body freezes.
“Wait, you’re not gonna watch?” Cody questions. “No way, that’s a live bomb, dude!” He then runs away.
He turns to the trash bomb sighing. “You don’t have to stay, you know?” He takes the paper from my hands and I shrug. “I know but I don’t mind helping.” I smile motioning for him to pull the paper out so we can both read it.
As we’re reading the paper he speaks up. “What makes you so scared of-” I cover his mouth quickly. “Don’t even, it’s going to manifest it.” I whisper aggressively. “They could be a killer under that mask. Or- or, a kidnapper. And for some reason people just let them go to parties and carnivals.” I rant, not realizing one was right behind me. “[Name], you might want to start running then…”
Then that stupid clown horn squeaks in my ear and I scream, running away from Cody and the trash bomb. The thing laughs at me and I cry out in fear. “Stay away!” I take off my shoe mid run and throw it back at the clown. It stays hot on my trail and I run past the dock where Trent was soaking wet and Chris was sitting down controlling a cloud of hail following Geoff.
I notice Heather on the porch and wave more arms around. “Heather! Please!” I wail, going up the porch and throwing her in front of me, shielding myself from the clown that giggles, squeaking the horn again. “What- Let go-”
It stands on the bottom of the stairs. “Heather, please! Please, don’t make me let go.” I plead with her and she looks back at me, noticing the tears in my eyes. She rolls her eyes and places her hands on her hips. “What do you even want me to do?” She questions and I squeeze my eyes shut, gently holding onto her arms. “Tell it to go away.” I mumble, she then walks down the steps, taking off her sandal. “All right, go away you stupid clown. Shoo! Get away!” She slaps it with her shoe repeatedly and it sadly puts its head down, walking away.
“Yeah! Go away!” I cheer, and then run up to Heather after I know it’s gone, embracing her tightly. “Thank you! I owe you big time!” I grin, before running off, not letting her respond to me.

An explosion occurs and I gasp. “Shit, Cody!” I run to the area where the explosion happened and he’s sitting on the ground covered in trash. “[Name]? Is that you?” He groans, his arms out since he can’t see and even though I’m disgusted I help him up off the ground.
“I’m so sorry, the clown was just following me and flight or fight, response you know? Heather luckily helped me but I’m still so sorry, I should’ve done something to help.” I ramble on and he tiredly laughs. “It’s okay, I really need a show though.” He sighs, taking the banana peel off his head. We make it through the forest and as we’re walking through he goes in front of me, still groaning from the pain of the explosion.
Bridgette then hits him, screaming before running off. He grunts, falling to the floor once again. “Oh my god, are you okay?” I ask him and he just lays there for a moment. “I’m fine, just- just give me a minute.” He gives up and I laugh.
After Cody takes a shower and I wash my hands we make our way to a pen where Chris and Tyler are standing. The Gophers all made it through their challenges.
“All right gang, we’re ninth inning. Tyler, for your challenge you need to get in this pen for three minutes with these chickens.” Chris unboxes a momma chicken with two baby chickies. “You can do it Tyler!” Bridgette shouts. “Yeah, unless you’re chicken.” Duncan taunts. Tyler ends up sitting down, cradling himself back and forth.
“I’m not sure we’re getting anywhere on this one.” Chris says boredly.
“Tyler, this is the last challenge. Quit being such a girl!” Courtney yells at the boy. “You have to do this or we’re going to lose!” Courtney rolls her eyes.
“Actually if you do the math you can’t possibly win.” Cody calculates then shows the calculator. “The score’s 8-3.”
“Not necessarily. We’ve got one more challenge set up.” Chris says.
“Who? It can’t be me. But I didn’t-” Courtney goes on confused. “You didn’t have to. We’re always watching you and your reactions.” Chris reminds her.
“I knew it. Didn’t I tell you guys, they were eavesdropping?” Lindsay angrily asks. “Oh, who cares? It’s not going to make a difference.” Courtney frowns.
“Let’s make this interesting then. I’ll give you triple points if you can complete it.” He tells her.
We now stand in front of a huge wooden pool of green jello. “You’re afraid of jelly?” Duncan laughs. “Shut up! Only the green kind. It’s like sugary, jiggly snot!” She cries out in disgust.
“You can face your fear and dive straight into this pool of jelly or let your team lose yet another challenge!” Courtney slumps, making her way to the ladder. “This is insane! I could seriously die doing this.” She climbs up.
“Oh this is just cruel.” Gwen says, “It’s probably warm by now! Warm green jelly. Snotty, bouncy, ugh!” She stifles.
“You’re not going to make me quit!” Courtney yells down. “That’s it, keep climbing!” Duncan smiles.
“She’s just trying to psych you out!” Bridgette chimes in. “Like you said, Courtney! It’s okay if you can’t do it!” Duncan shouts, I yell up a chicken clucking sound just like I did in our first challenge earning a scowl in response. Once she stands up on the board she thinks about it then covers her face. “I can’t do it! I’m coming down!” She yells, her team all lower their head in disappointment as the Gophers cheer once again.
“And there you have it! The Gophers won invincibility this week… Again!”
After everything calms down we all chill in our cabin, mostly everyone was on the boys side except me, Gwen, Heather and Lindsay.
“I gotta go to the bathroom.” Gwen huffs, standing up, stretching out her body. “Ooh! Me too, I’ll come with!” Lindsay grins, following after the goth girl. Gwen scoffs but opens the door for the blonde and they walk out. Heather then stands up and I raise a brow at her. “Dang you have to go too?’
“No, I wanted to talk to you about something.” She tells me and I put my book down, giving her my attention. “What’s up, Heather?” I smile softly. “You said you owe me earlier right?” She asks and I slowly nod.
“Well, before that, I want to apologize for my actions with the whole diary thing. And then by owing me a favor I’d like you to pretend to be my friend for a little bit.” She crosses her arms and I’m taken aback for a moment.
“Seriously?” I lean closer to her as if I didn’t hear her correctly the first time. “Yes, just don’t expect me to be all nice with Gwen.” She says and I glance around. “What’s the point of this?”
“Just- please?” She huffs.
“I-I guess? Just pretending to be friends?” I furrow my brows, her face turns a light shade of pink. “Nevermind-”
“No, no, I’m down, we can be friends.” I wink, then go back to my book.
