I love Wyll. I love that he’s got this cool nickname and a pact with a devil and a sad relationship with his father and he’s still… sorta lame??

He asks a tiefling kid if they know who the Blade of Frontiers is and the kid’s like “never heard of you” and he just goes🧍🏾. Love that the Duke’s son shows up in Baldur’s gate like “this is my house and my dad works for Nintendo” and the lady guarding the gate tells him to “fuck off” and he’s like “understandable have a nice day”. I love when everyone else gets to nearly zero hp, they’ll bitch and moan but he’ll just go “aw, nuts”. I love that, in the beta, he’d jump from the gate in the grove and miss his saving throw and often just die right there and people would be like “I wonder when the cool guy on the box art is going to show up” landksjfjakdjsj.

Day 4 - Wyll

The day I was at the faire, the cosplayer gave me a little coin that had a link to his and his friends' dnd podcast. When I got home, I followed their Insta account, as one does.

A few days later, a popular rennaisance-themed content creator actually featured them in one of their videos (I'm keeping this bit vague for my own security but tbh if you looked I'm sure you could find it lmAO). I noticed they weren't tagged or credited anywhere, so I left a comment on the video tagging them and saying "hey, that's @(group)!" As well as a brief mention that I met the Wyll cosplayer.

Well,

Because I tagged their account, I evidently made myself known.

The cosplayer followed me on his personal account.

BUT IT DOESNT END THERE!

He dm'd me, saying that he and his crew would be at the faire this fall, and that he hoped to see me there again

Very fun stuff, definitely had me giggling and kicking my feet a bit

Unfortunately your girl is incredibly uncool and does nOt know how to talk to people so I haven't really messaged him since -_-
