hi friends! when im feelin tiny, i know i can get bored super easily! i have the attention span of a goldfish, lol….so heres some fun activities to do!
• coloring! you can find free printable coloring pages Here , Here, and Here
• baking! (with supervision of course) get some recipes Here < (there are tons of good microwave and no-bake recipes too, as well as ones for those with dietary restrictions)
• finger painting! make sure you clean up well and use washable paint! find some ideas Here
• take a quiet walk and explore nature (safely)! you can write/draw all the things you see in a little notebook!
• make some slime! find out how to Here and Here
• when in doubt, watch tv. Here is my little movie list!
• go on a little adventure with your caregiver or a friend! you can go to the zoo, an amusement park, or just walk around your city or town! even small towns have charming things :3
• make a pillow/blanket fort! have the comfy kingdom of your dreams! you can do super cool things to it too, like put fairy lights inside or just fill it up with stuffies! get some ideas and inspiration Here
• take a bubble bath! put your favorite liquid soap in the tub, maybe a bath bomb, and grab your favorite toys for optimum relaxation!
• make your own jewelry! all you need is some string and some colorful beads! go wild and go creative!

Summer little activities! ☀️
Summer is soon approaching! So i had the idea to write some activities for you and your cg to do!
☀️ Draw with sidewalk chalk!
☀️ Have fun making each other different popsicle flavors!
☀️ Go to a local flower farm/field and make flower crowns
☀️ Go to a playground and play hide and seek!
☀️ As the sun sets, have a camp out with your cg in a tent in your backyard!
☀️ Have a bonfire and make s'mores with crazy toppings!
☀️ Buy some sparklers and draw messages in the air, and capture them on camera!
☀️ Go swimming, and buy some cute pool floaties!
☀️ Water balloon fights!!
☀️ Go on an ice cream store hunt! Go around to different ice cream places in your area and try a small of your favorite flavors, then rank them from most to least favorite!
☀️ Finger paint outside and paint as many things as you can see!

👽 Regressing Alone 👽
✨ Not everyone has a caregiver to help them get into little space. Thankfully, it’s easy to blast off into little space all by yourself if you know how! Here are some things you can do to help! ✨
🚀 Putting on “little” clothes! It can be a comfy pair of pajamas, a shirt with a cartoon on it, overalls/shortalls, fuzzy socks, oversized clothing, or maybe even a onesie! By having a special article of clothing that you wear when little, it can help start the transition from being big to feeling little
🚀 Getting settled in! Whether you lay out a blanket to sit on or arrange pillows to lay on, it really helps to get comfortable
🚀 Watching children’s media! Tv shows, cartoons, movies, it doesn’t really matter, it just needs to be something that holds your interest. Watching something that you watched when you really were little can help, with the added benefit of some classic nostalgia, but sometimes it can really help to watch something you’ve never seen before!
If you don’t know what to put on, here’s a list of cartoons that can be watched in full on Youtube!
🚀 Taking a nap! Getting all cozy, hugging a stuffie, and drifting off to sleep when it’s not bedtime itself feels really little. There’s also just something about waking up in the middle of the day, while being all snuggled up, that can make you wake up feeling little. I personally recommend 15 minute power naps, but sometimes napping for an hour or two is needed
🚀 Coloring! Simply sitting down, grabbing a crayon, and concentrating on finishing a drawing can help you drift from feeling big and stressed to feeling little and happy. There are plenty of cool coloring books that can be found in dollar stores, but you can also look up cool pages online, like detailed “adult” pages, comic book pages, and even some pages featuring old shows!
I also, of course, make original coloring pages!
🚀 Filling in an age regression journal! For my own journal, I like finding questions and ask memes online about age regression and filling in the answers in it. By thinking of what you would do while little, you may sometimes even become little, so that’s helpful
I also make original little “space”-related prompts!
🚀 Eating nostalgic or yummy food on cute dinnerware! Whether it’s goldfish crackers, mac and cheese, or even edamame beans, as long as you like it, just eating food can help you get into little space because when you finish, you get to see the design! You can buy cute plates and utensils from retail stores of course, but you can also find nostalgic ones from thrift stores!
🚀 Playing kids games! If you still own the video games you’ve played when you were young, playing them again can really help you regress. If you don’t, you can find lots of great kids games at thrift stores for, usually, great prices
🚀 Going on kids websites! You can have plenty of fun on sites such as Nick Jr, Nick, Disney Junior, Disney, Cartoon Network, PBS Kids, Sesame Street, Build a Bear, Barbie, and many others. You can also use the Wayback Machine to play the old games and see the old content too
🚀 Listening to a little space playlist! Youtube and Spotify are filled with hours upon hours of kids music and albums, so creating a playlist filled with your favorites can be a fun activity as well as providing a way to regress later on. You can create playlists with nursery rhymes or songs from kids’ shows, playlists with cute sounding music and beats, and even bedtime playlists

Self-Care Tips
I have never really been keen on self care, but when I do sit down and have a whole day to myself I have a sort of routine that really helps me. Maybe my routine can help you too!
•Clean your room!
Although it may seem time consuming and annoying, cleaning your room can help give you a clean slate and a calm headspace to carry out your relaxation. It really helps! Try turning on your favorite song, this might make you more excited. Once I get started cleaning I usually finish.
•Have a bath or shower.
I always get my best ideas in the shower. Having a bath can also help clear your head just like cleaning your room!
•Scents.
I usually like to moisturize with lotion that smells good because of my dry skin but moisturizing can benefit everyone! I also wear perfume that smells good. I recommend lavender scents because lavender is a relaxing smell and will definitely calm you down.
•Try a face mask!
Even when my skin is clear I love to try different masks, some can give you a cooling sensation and I love the feeling of having a refreshed face.
•Comfy clothes
I usually put on comfy clothes or clothes that help me regress (basically the same thing) so that I can feel smol and content. You don’t need an extraordinary outfit to be and feel beautiful.
•Build a fort!
This is when the regression aspect of self-care comes in for me but everyone can build a fort if they want! I personally think that a fort can give you a small quiet space to relax and block out loud noises. It can make a large intimidating room feel small and safe. It really calms me down.
•Quiet activities!
Usually during one of my special self care days I want to have peace and quiet, of course this is just my opinion. I like to read, or color with calming background music, I might even watch a tv show on low volume just as long as it doesn’t disrupt my relaxed and calm state.
This was 7 things I do to take care of myself and make myself happy! Sometimes I use these tips to regress or just to calm down after a stressful day and I wanted to share it with you! I am truly sorry if these don’t work the same for you.💕
