Bugust 2025 (6/31) - Ants Found All Over

wanted to do something slightly more higher concept so I wanted to draw my goat amber (she's an ant found all over) and do a bunch of diff bgs where you can find her. Arguably strongest character in bug fables my goat was carrying all my shit for the entire playthrough and was overall the clutch daemon. She would have neg diffed hoaxe pretty happy with how this came out! i think adding the little stroke to add that extra bit of line thickness to amber helped with making it stand out against the backgrounds, and the backgrounds themselves look cool (the metal island one came out really well). i could have potentially done some more with the lighting but with how the composition is i'm not too pressed about it. (also, if youre curious, the backgrounds from left-to-right are: Ant Kingdom > Golden Settlement > Defiant Root > Forsaken Lands > Metal Island)

since dark taranza is basically just taranza but with more of sectonia's aesthetic and color palette we're imagining a mirror secc that's just the opposite. big wasp in green/red/yellow colors and less of the jewel theme

i decided to play around with mothiva's design today. could still use some work harmonizing some of the details, but i like the direction of leaning into the swooping shapes and the scallop motif.

I finally had a day all to myself, so I drew a lot! It reminded me that I love to draw! I don't care if I'm good at drawing or if I'm bad at drawing, I just want to draw! Art makes me happy!!!

Anyway, I decided to smoosh my two hyperfixations together like two pieces of Play Doh.
