                Ƹ̵̡Ӝ̵̨̄Ʒ~ Not important? Nonsense. It was incredibly important. But then, dismissing                 things as unimportant and refusing to talk about them seemed to be this Judas’s                 modus operandi when it came to important topics. He was a shy one, huh? Fufu,                 that was fine. That just made him more interesting. Besides, she knew her words                 had reached him.

                “I don’t need an answer. Just keep it in mind, that’s all. Fufufu...”

And with that, she turned and fiddled with a dial on one of her machines. These cannons would be crucial once the final invasion of Dycroft began. They could not afford any failures in equipment before they even started.

Silence was the first answer Judas offered to Harold, unable to come up with an appropriate response. The topic was somewhat heavy. How could he not let the others affect his personal feelings when it involved his past that define him now as a person or was it wrong to still dwell in the past?

Oh, is that how this guy wants to play?  If the rumors were true about some guy in green running amock around town, she really would like to meet the other person fitting that title.��How many other guys out there dress in all green are out there in the world? Well, considering how many weirdo’s she’s met, maybe she should be a bit more lenient. Either way, she’s standing there with her arms folded across her chest in a huff.

{⚔️} “I’ve lived through worse…” Kyle groaned as he took the hand that was extended to him and was helped back to his feet. Keeping eye contact with Loni, he continued. “I mean, I got walloped by an Eggbear the other day and I’m still standing, so I think that counts for something.” At that moment, Kyle decided to do an inspection of his outfit and noticed that his tumble had caused a few holes to crop up in his pants, upon discovering which, he began to grumble.

“Aww maaan…” He complained. “Now that girl’s gonna think even less of me when I’m looking like I just tumbled down that cliff headfirst… How can I possibly give off the vibe of a great hero when I look like a drifter who hasn’t had a good roof over his head in weeks? Not only that, but Mom’s gonna kill me if I come back home looking like this…” Not that Kyle had any intention of heading back home until he had convinced that girl from the Laguna Ruins to change her mind about him.

Maybe it was too early to go out with Kyle. But he’d been so insistent on coming, and Ms Rutee gave in and let him go- And he loved her, but damn if that woman couldn’t change her mind like the weather. No, goin’ out was probably the right choice, even if it got ‘em in some trouble. What he wasn’t sure about was going after this girl. He just couldn't let Kyle go off by himself though. He couldn't. If something happened...

Now all this hero stuff was way out of his depth. He’d lowered his expectations as he grew up- From wanting heroism and fame to just worrying about getting food on the orphanage table and some tail, for better or worse. It was hard enough work just getting those two things (one more successfully than the other, if he was being perfectly honest). Lens hunting sure wasn’t as glamourous as Ms Rutee made it sound like in her stories (and neither was being a hero when it just got you killed). But women... That he could offer a bit more with! 

                “Hey, chin up, alright? It’s good you’re in one piece. Maybe she’ll like you bein'                 scratched up. Some girls totally dig the worn-down look. Might give ‘ya some                 hero cred.”

Loni let that sink in, then offered Kyle one of his hands. “But we gotta catch her to find out. So c’mon, no time to waste. She’s a fast one.” It looked like they were headin’ for Aigrette anyways... If it wasn’t her style maybe they could both get patched up there.

What is an aspect of your muse’s canon material or canon existence that you never had the opportunity to explore but really want to?

Too much man, mostly because other muses for the games I RP from tend to not be played. I’d really like to explore Arria’s relationship with Albert, that’s a thing that would be cool to explore. But who’s gonna play a Tempest villain, much less a minor one? No one, that’s who.

What is the biggest headcanon deviation from the canon material that you have incorporated into the way you write your muse? Why did you come up with it?

Hmm, well this depends on the muse. I guess the biggest I usually show is having Harold post-game be pretty in love with Judas, or at least wanting to start a relationship with him. This is only really subtext at best in the games. The reason I do this is because I find it a natural conclusion to draw from what we’re given in canon; Harold has very few friends and loses what’s left of her family, and Judas was the person she connected best to. She finds him interesting and a worthy partner, which is very rare for her. Thus I think it makes sense for her to seek him out once she remembers the events of the game.

“Ah, I assumed as much. Yet another piece of technology we’re still unable to replicate…it’s unfortunate.” Such a thing would certainly be useful, even now, because smaller towns still experienced monster troubles every now and then. But at least it wasn’t necessary for survival.

The next subject was significantly easier to talk about. “The main continent currently consists of two countries– we are in Seinegald, the northern one. Darilsheid, the capital, is the largest, but there are several smaller cities and towns.” Not to mention that the city up north, Aigrette, had become more and populous to the point where it seemed on track to matching the capital in size. It seemed people migrating away from Darilsheid were heading there in large numbers. He’d have to ask Philia more about it sometime.

“The south is governed by the Kingdom of Phandaria. There, it’s winter at all times of the year, and the climate is much more similar to how things used to be in your era. The changes in climate becomes evident around the border.” He paused, then added in an afterthought, “I can provide you with a map later.”

               ୨୧~ “Interesting... So many kingdoms...”

There was talk of abolishing them and trying to transfer to a different system, perhaps similar to the army where a council made decisions together. That must not have caught on. How unfortunate... And something he supposed to’d have to try to forget to not disrupt the timeline. But there was another tidbit of information he caught that Karell was interested by, and he asked another question.

                “You say the main continent. There are others then? Or do you simply refer                 to Calvalese?”

Calvalese was known, but it was considered nearly uninhabitable, with no rain and an active volcano. He could not see many people willingly settling there. There was discussion as to what to do with the Aetherians if the Aethersphere were to be brought down, and suggestions to exile them to Calvalese; he didn’t like the idea, but it still needed to be discussed and voted upon. If (when, now) they did win, he supposed that would be the next thing to talk about. One step at a time.
