This week I tuned into some Italian horror (aka, the horror of my people ❤) with this Giallo cult classic by Lucio Fulci -- Zombie. 'Last Sanctuary' (1979 film)

In "Last Sanctuary", the quiet life in the Shady Oaks Rest Home is suddenly turned upside down when a zombie pandemic spreads among the elderly. Margaret, a spirited but brave-hearted octogenarian, suddenly finds herself embroiled in a fight for survival against a horde of undead elderly.

Margaret, with her wisdom and determination, becomes the focal point for a diverse group of survivors within the hospice. Together, they try to organise and resist against the zombies, protecting the remaining elderly and looking for a way to escape the inferno.

Margaret, with her life experience and ability to keep up morale, becomes an inspiration to all, proving that age is not a limit when it comes to courage and resilience.
