I'm continuing my headcanons of Legendborn characters.

Headcanons of

Zoelle & Elijah:

1. Zoelle Is closer to the Shadow King than her twin brother. She is the only one that sees "Erebus" as a father more than her sire.

2. Their mother was a human woman who died giving birth to them.

3. Their biological father is either the Shadow King himself or someone else from the Shadow Court.

4. They begin to live with "Erebus" when they were 3 or 4 years old.

5. They both like watching anime and reading mangas. Elijah's favorite is Hunter X Hunter and Zoelle's is Sailor Moon.

6. They attended private school until they were homeschooled at age 13. The reason why is because they scare people with their flashing red eyes. Zoelle was devastated while Elijah could care less.

7. Before Zoelle was homeschooled, she had a massive crush on a boy in her class. That boy has a similar appearance to Nick (blond hair and blue eyes). She never got the chance to confess her feelings.

8. They met Natasia Kane at least once or twice.

Greer Taylor:

1. They like playing baseball and collect baseball cards.

2. Greer once had a crush on Tor until she said "most diverse Page class" to mock Bree.

3. Their favorite holiday is Halloween. They often dress up as dracula.

4. Greer is a dog person. They love dogs so much. Their family owns two golden retrievers

5. At one point in their life, Greer wanted to be a zoo keeper but their parents discouraged it.

6. They are Games of Thones fan but only read the books. Their favorite character is Eddard Stark.

7. Greer never wanted to page or be a Squire but their father pressured them to do it.

Just wanna know your opinions on a theory of mine :)

Do you think Zoelle and Elijah might be Valec’s siblings? I know everyone thinks that the SK might be Selwyns dad but honestly, I’m thinking that he may be Valecs. I mean Valec seemed to have history with Erebus, he hinted at it very vaguely, and the SK is old enough to be his father, even if it was another body he had killed and took form. Just a theory what do you think?

i dont know if you have stumbled across this yet, but another ongoing theory is that selwyn and valec are brothers. half brothers, but yeah brothers. so like your theory is very plausible too and i have similar thoughts!!

i mean shadow king has been around for years and he is a literal sex demon (yk the basic predatory attractive traits) so ofc people would fall in love with him and i mean why wouldn't they, and so like he has hiers scattered all around but he doesn't care about them that much he cares about bree's line as his investment yk; so what I'm saying is that yes valec definitely knows something about erebus and I'm sure they've crossed paths. he might not have met shadow king but valec and order have history, which probably we'll find out in oathbound yk because nick will want to ask questions to him since he's a broker and has intel too yk.

and selwyn-valec dynamic is awfully close to siblings dynamic so like I'm totally on board with this theory and atp tracy would just see everybody speculating and be like alright yall imma add this to the story too

I like this idea a lot and I can't WAIT to find out more about them. It should be super fun and I'm looking forward to seeing what their personalities are kind of like and whether they ally with Bree or not.

Opinion shadow king collecting black kids lol? You think zoëlle & elijah gonna become good guys? Character arcs or plots you think they will have or what role they will play?

good questions!! opinion; yeah, it's definitely gonna be an interesting plot point, but if it gets bree to communicate with even more black people in a way that doesnt feel transactional (you know, how she mainly only goes to them for help with her root, it'd be nice to see her form genuine bonds with them!!) hopefully, zoelle and elijah have genuine character arcs and personalities other than 'ward to the shadow king.' maybe zoelle and elijah will help bree escape from him, or they'll be against her. either way, they NEED to have personalities or i will be running around in circles

yeah i think they might be rootcrafters as well?? because yk rootcrafting is a ability kinda native to poc so i think they might have the ability but wont know how to use it if they have always been with shadow king. maybe bree would teach them but who knows. also, I'm pretty sure at least one of them will side with bree so we can have a hero anti-hero paring as well (as all siblings do am i right??) so at least that twin could learn rootcrafting and all that yk.
