I wanted to give my point of view as someone who enjoys fem!Megs.
It's true, a lot of content made is ooc and people having fun making up things. We should have came up with a tag a while ago, it just didn't seem like a big deal at the time. I can't speak for all of them but we genuinely didn't mean to cause this much trouble.
I personally jumped in the bandwagon to try and express certain parts of myself that I was never able to explore freely but that would be too much stuff you probably don't care about.
I don't mind using a new tag/another tag at all and im sure others don't mind too. I think the main issue came from your wording of the request and the way you have been responding. 
As someone who has difficulty understanding tones of sentences you're words were (to me) snobbish and rude.
I know you hate it but please try to understand some people might misunderstand you. The way youve been speaking about the issue made it look like it was an absolute stain and abomination to fandom culture.
Another thing I would like to say is that yes, there is a lot of ooc stuff. I can't control the number of time people post. But some people have completely normal AU/headcanons where everything is the same except Megatron is female.
Some of them only use the character as a placeholder or a doll to represent certain things. Should it be tagged as ooc? Yes. Absolutely. But please try to understand that based on some of your replies, not everyone will take it kindly. You've given some people a bad "attitude" despite giving suggestions such as blocking blogs and tags.
It's true, some anons are rude and infuriating but don't forget to try and see other's perspectives.
Im sorry this is just a messy ramble, I only wanted to share my perspective/opinion on the situation.

Actually, I modulated the words to be polite. I'm quite sure I do not insulted anyone, nor even placed adjectives on the trend, or anything of the like. I do find it odd that people agreeing with me don't think I'm being aggressive, while those who like the trend perceive me as rude and snobbish.
Perhaps it's only my way of speaking, I'm not cute nor try to be it. I'll let you know that I'm not the kind of person who places emoticon hearts all over to make the post seem friendly. It might also seem as a disposition to read things in bad faith, or the unwillingness to accept arguments or disagreement when the one disagreeing does not constantly apologizes for disagreeing. This is actually my politeness. If we were face to face you'll perhaps be able to see that. Usually, writing comes across the way the reader is more inclined to interpret it in this cases. I'm absolutely insufferable when I'm aggressive, I recognize that (which I'm not being right now nor in any of my responses). I'm just not your kind of creature/person, I assume.
And yes, as I said many times by now, whatever the reason to be on some kind of content, fun, trend, etc, whoever enjoys it will do and is free to do whatever they like. By all means, do it. Just be aware that not everyone likes it and there's nothing horrifying on people trying to avoid that thing while making use of a function that exist exactly for this reason.

Requesting some Freeze prep for WIP! I love what I learned about it last week and can't wait to see more.
That one orc: named Zn, heavy on the Z. If there was a vowel it would be u but it does not rhyme with sun. Wears minimal clothes and maximum jewelry. Hates elves. Why? Because he met Aaru once and that was it for him. (This was right after Aaru lost Sethos so he was pissed.) That was the first time he actually met an elf and it was worse than any of the (awful) stories he heard growing up. The enemy of his enemy is his friend. He doesn’t hold allegiance to Elin but he likes her well enough. Metaion asks where he got the stuff and he answers honestly; he has no reason to spare. “The woman who sold it to me said it came from an elven forest.” Metaion knows that’s not true, but he isn’t sure who was lying. He does know though that everything was together and now it’s not. He kills the orc when the orc can’t tell him where the pin is but the pin’s not on Zn’s body and now he’s freaking out.

Nigerian Press Council under probe by ICPC, EFCC

The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) have begun the probe of contracts awarded from 2021 to date by the Executive Secretary of the Nigerian Press Council (NPC), Mr Francis Nwosu. The anti-corruption agencies’ resolution to probe the council might not be unconnected to the petitions written last year to EFCC and ICPC against Nwosu by aggrieved staff of the council. The aggrieved staff in the petition last year alleged that: “In 2021, the procurement process for all the projects was a complete charade as it was hijacked by an external body under the directive of the Executive Secretary, manipulated, and failed to meet the due process requirements while the award of contracts was based on cronyism and self-interest.” ICPC responded to the petition in a letter dated June 20, 2023, with reference number, ICPC/OPS/CPTG/114/2023, titled, “Investigation Activities: Notice of Invitation/Request for Documents/Contact Persons.” Signed by H.M. Hassan, Head, CEPTD, the letter was received on June 27, 2023. In the letter obtained by DAILY POST, the commission said it was investigating allegations concerning the violation of the provisions of the Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Act, 2000. The letter stated: “Pursuant to Section 28 of the above-cited act, you are hereby requested to direct and release a competent officer to appear before the undersigned at the Commission’s headquarters, Central Business District, Abuja, on 3rd July 2023, at 10:00 hours for interview. “The designated officer is to come along with documents stated below in respect of the constituency/capital projects hereto attached. “Contract files for the projects; evidence of payment for the projects; evidence of financial releases from government for the projects; bid documents in respect of the projects v. BOQ/BEME; any other relevant document in respect of the above.” ICPC further requested the council to release and direct competent officer(s) who can speak and guide the commission’s field officers in tracking the projects. It added: “Your submission in this regard should contain the contact details of the nominated officer(s).” Also, the Abuja Zonal Command of EFCC in its letter addressed to Nwosu with reference number, CR:3000/EFCC/ ABJ/ZN/CT GI-PS2/TA/VOL.04/153, signed by Adebayo Adeniyi and dated June 22, 2023, was received by the council on July 3, 2023. The anti-graft agency said it was investigating a case, and the need to obtain clarification from “your office” has become imperative. EFCC said: “In view of the above, you are kindly requested to furnish the following information. List of awarded contracts for the year 2021 till date; the contract files of the companies that were awarded the contracts; any other information that may assist the Commission with its investigation. ‘This request is made pursuant to Section 38 of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (Establishment) Act, 2004. 1. Cold-rolled substrate color coated steel sheet
The color plate produced by the cold-rolled substrate has a smooth and beautiful appearance, and has the processing performance of the cold-rolled plate; however, any small scratch of the surface coating will expose the cold-rolled substrate to the air, which will quickly generate red rust at the exposed iron. Therefore, these products can only be used for temporary isolation measures and indoor materials with low requirements.

The product obtained by coating the organic paint on the hot-dip galvanized steel plate is the hot-dip galvanized color coated plate. In addition to the protective effect of zinc, the organic coating on the surface of the hot-dip galvanized color-coated sheet also plays the role of isolation and protection against rust, and has a longer service life than the hot-dip galvanized sheet. The zinc content of hot-dip galvanized substrates is generally 180g/m2 (both sides), and the maximum zinc content of hot-dip galvanized substrates for exterior buildings is 275g/m2.

Upon request, hot-dip galvanized steel sheets can also be used as color coated substrates (55%AI-Zn and 5%AI-Zn).
4. Electro-galvanized color coated sheet
The product obtained by baking with organic paint on the electro-galvanized steel as the substrate is electro-galvanized color-coated sheet, which is not suitable for use in outdoor walls and roofs because of its thin zinc layer, usually containing 20/20g/m2 of zinc. However, because of its beautiful appearance and excellent processing performance, it can be mainly used for home appliances, audio, steel furniture and interior decoration.
