I’m not sure if I can still continue Toying Blocks but if I do I would like to spill some thoughts on some of the characterization and family relationships:
• Tsumiki is the only person in their family to look out for Maki and Mai and absolutely love them without condition, but it is still a dysfunctional relationship. Tsumiki tends to think that what she is doing is the best for all of them without consulting the twins, leading her to cut off Mai in conversations and clash against Maki because they consider the other’s methods the “wrong” one in bettering their lives.
• Their terrible home life have lead the girls to form a a sort of codependent relationship. Tsumiki clings to the twins because they were the only people who were good to her before the rest of their clan put their claws in her when she awakened her cursed technique and is traumatized by the sudden disappearance of her mother. Her only goal in life is to provide a safe home for them, far away from their family. But Mai gets the worst of it as she relies on Maki and Tsumiki and secretly loves being the center of their attention, especially with Tsumiki doting on her but at the same time resents any hint they might be moving away from her, fearing change that would leave her alone to deal with the hardships and wants to be taken seriously instead of infantilized. Maki, as the oldest of the trio, takes it upon herself to look out for them, but her pride has made her closed off and unable to properly communicate her feelings of low self esteem from a childhood filled with belittlement and abuse.
• Tsumiki’s parents, Toji and Tamiko, mutually hated each other for not having each other’s back during the entirety of their marriage. Toji was traumatized from the abuse he received from the Zenin to the point of blocking out anything relating to them and chose to stay out of his daughter’s life, reasoning not only that she is better off with the Zenin but also because her presence is a walking reminder of his trauma and his ex - wife who never took his side which would prevent him from living a peaceful life with Megumi’s mother. Tamiko was narcissistic but ambitious, determined to make a name for herself after a less than ideal childhood. She loves Tsumiki but she didn’t conceive her out of love and raised her daughter as a means to staying with the Zenin and condescended to her about the twins and their mother.
• Jinichi does love Tsumiki like she is his own daughter and is proud of her achievements, even bragging about it, but he is so determined to staying on top he pressures her to be the best at everything he throws at her and he hates the fact her father is his much despised younger brother, so when he sees an action or expression from Tsumiki that reminds him strongly of Toji he becomes more determined to shape Tsumiki into a lady far more befitting of the Zenin, which just adds more pressure for her. Tsumiki resents him for this but at the same acknowledges he has been the only consistent parental figure in her life.
• Naoya and Tsumiki despise each other, but on his side that hate has morphed into perverted lust over the years. Naoya adored Toji and actually believed Tsumiki was the primary reason he left because she was born a girl and constantly abused her for it until he watches her grow up and realized she would be the perfect wife for him because if he can’t have Toji then he might as well have his daughter. He still plans on killing her along with Megumi if she refused him. While Tsumiki dislikes most of the Zenin, she absolutely hates Naoya for his treatment of her and the twins and views him a cockroach that needs to be destroyed.
• Tsumiki’s childhood has warped her ideals where the ends justify means and deeply affected her mental health, hiding behind her placating smile are a blender of trauma abandonment and anger issues she refuses to address. Megumi had a hard lot in life but he had parents who raised him in a loving home so his ideals are slightly more idealistic so he is very critical of his sister and her methods.

Truth
At six years old Ranta already understands the truth of this world and the lie of the clan. At nine, he knows how he will die. For the prompt : All of the Other Reindeer [@badthingshappenbingo]
Tumblr media
read on AO3
or under the Read More, I'm not your boss
.
At six years old Ranta already knows the truth of this world : it isn’t the strong that survive and live well, but the ones lucky enough to be born up high.
Dad had the pitiful technique of a man from the lower branch and died pitifully before Ranta could even remember him. Mom broke her neck falling down the stairs going up to the compound, and it was another servant that found her body.
Ranta’s hands were too small and clumsy at the time to properly hold the chopsticks and put her bones in the urn. He doesn’t remember where her ashes are now.
Ranta is six and carrying trays and laundry to the main house, watching the lucky ones parade around in rich clothes that don’t fray and don’t look or feel rough at all.
Only Zen’in are sorcerers, and only sorcerers are human, and only the strong deserve to live – and yet Ranta barely feels human and still thinks that he doesn’t want to die.
Ranta’s technique is weak and useless, he knows this because dad had the same and still died, and because branch kids are nothing but dog meat sacrificed to keep the main line alive.
Only the Ten Shadows matters, and everyone else lives and dies only for his sake.
Ranta is six and knows he will die like dad, like mom, pathetic and worthless. He has no reason to expect anything else.
He is six when the head of Hei comes to watch a demonstration of the lower branch’s techniques, barely paying any attention as he drinks his sake. Jin’ichi-sama is only here for the sake of tradition, for the sake of pretending it is strength that matters and not only how close to power you are born. Everyone knows it.
Everyone knows it, and that’s why no one expects it when he calls Ranta up to him and says : “You have potential.”
Ranta’s nose is bleeding from overexertion, because he is weak and lacks training, and he can’t tell if his face flushes and his sight blurs from effort, or from the awe of seeing Jin’ichi-sama look down upon him in approval, and feeling his large hand envelop Ranta’s head like he imagines dad would have.
After this, Ranta is moved closer to the main house, stops carrying trays and laundry that aren’t exclusively Jin’ichi-sama’s, starts wearing clothes that feel soft against his skin. He trains under Jin’ichi-sama when he isn’t serving him, and each little word of encouragement, each warm touch on his shoulder or his head feels like one of the blessings he wasn’t born with.
Still, he doesn’t forget the truth of this world : the lucky ones are the ones who get to survive, and Jin’ichi-sama is simply sharing his own luck with Ranta now.
Without him, Ranta would be nothing.
It isn’t the strong that live well, he knew and still knows, and will forever know. If it was, the ghost he first heard of back in the lowest house wouldn’t be a curse in and of himself, and Jin’ichi-sama wouldn’t have ever felt the need to set his eyes on Ranta.
The ghost of the main family is a child two years older, who stares at Ranta with the anger of a vengeful spirit, and stands lower than Ranta ever used to, even though he lives in the main house.
He is strong, too. Jin’ichi-sama trains Ranta to support him, Ranta keeping the target immobile while Jin’ichi-sama crushes it at full power, the perfect helping hand to a technique that lacks in finesse and accuracy (Jin’ichi-sama’s words) – Toji needs none of this. Toji is fast and strong, accurate and powerful, all on his own.
Toji has no cursed energy.
Ranta thought himself worthless, and yet next to Toji his existence means the world to the clan, and to Jin’ichi-sama. Toji isn’t really a human, a person, a son. Toji is nothing except strong.
And yet, and yet, the lie of the Zen’in keeps on going that the only thing that matters is strength, and that is why the strongest sorcerer is the head of Hei, and the Ten Shadows will always be the head of the clan.
It isn’t that Ranta feels pity for Toji, it isn’t, either, that he hates him as much as Toji resents him. Something just feels wrong, is all. Or maybe not wrong, but odd. Uneven.
Ranta owes his current life to Toji’s curse, but he cannot be grateful. Cannot show any kindness, doesn’t have any reason to either because Toji is mean, to everyone and especially to Ranta, but he is also the only kid around the same age who isn’t one of Naobito’s horrible sons and it’s not that Ranta is lonely, he isn’t, cannot be when Jin’ichi-sama is so kind to him, but… but…
He doesn’t want to lose his place in the world.
It’s all that matters, this, and Jin’ichi-sama looking at him like dad would have. Ranta will do anything for this.
When Ranta is nine years old, Jin’ichi-sama’s wife dies.
He has never met her, she kept herself locked inside her room ever since giving birth to a defective child, but he knows Jin’ichi-sama loved her, or he would have divorced her back then.
Jin’ichi-sama doesn’t come to train the next day, doesn’t call Ranta to serve him either.
Ranta goes anyway.
He couldn’t get mom’s bones into the urn properly when she died, forgot where her ashes are. He doesn’t want Jin’ichi-sama to feel as lonely as he did back then.
When he reaches the main house from the courtyard, Toji is standing outside, glaring at Ranta like he expected him, like he’s been watching Ranta cross the garden from the start and Ranta just didn’t notice it. Maybe that’s the case.
“Go away,” Toji says. “He won’t train you today,” he says. Like Ranta is a stupid child who doesn’t even understand this much.
“I’m not here to train.”
“Go away,” Toji repeats. “We’re,” he catches himself, “he’s in mourning. You’re not family, so don’t come in.”
It’s a lie. They’re all Zen’in, even Toji, even someone who isn’t even a person. For some reason, Ranta doesn’t want to let him be mean today. Doesn’t want to hear those specific words.
“I want to present my condolences. I’m not leaving.”
He takes a step forward. So does Toji, grabbing Ranta’s collar and dragging him back, before throwing him onto the ground.
Ranta barely has the time to understand what happened before Toji punches him. And then he doesn’t have the time to understand anything anymore, except that it hurts and Toji is angry and shouting and straddling Ranta to hit him more.
“I told you” hit “to go” hit “away.”
Hit.
“No one wants you here !” Toji shouts at one point. “It’s all your fault ! You ruined everything !”
Ranta can’t even raise his hands to defend himself, much less speak up. He just lies here, taking in the punches and the words, and the emotion in Toji’s eyes that he recognizes for the first time.
It’s fear.
It’s always been fear.
The hail of hits stops as Toji is dragged up to his feet, and Ranta watches as Toji tries to explain himself and begs for his father to forgive him, panicked and hurried and so unlike himself.
It doesn’t stop the heavy blow he receives though, hard enough to make him keel over and throw up.
“I have no son,” Jin’ichi-san says in a cold, dead voice Ranta never heard from him before.
It scares him.
It scares him, too, when he doesn’t see Toji for a week after, when Jin’ichi-san doesn’t say where he took him.
It scares him when he finally understands, watching the doors to the underground training area open and feeling none of the cursed energy that should emanate from the numerous curses held within it.
Watching Toji slowly limp his way out, covered in blood and gaping wounds, with eyes so empty Ranta feels himself lose his footing and fall somewhere he doesn’t belong anymore.
At nine years old, Ranta understands the truths of this world : it isn’t the strong that get to live well, but the ones that are born lucky. Toji is the strongest of the Zen’in, and one day he will take revenge on them all, and he will kill them all with no struggle and no qualms. And when he takes Ranta’s life, then…
Ranta thinks he will deserve it.

word count: 2.6k words
Tumblr media
Being a servant in the Zen'in family was difficult. Being a rabbit among a den of foxes was another thing entirely. You could feel narrowed, judgmental eyes following your every movement. You could sense their gazes on you at every moment, even when you thought you were alone.
Some of them liked to play with you for sport - tugging on your floppy ears, baring their teeth at you to watch you tremble or sneaking up on you to watch you jump. It keeps you on edge, but more than anyone, Naobito fills you with a sense of dread.
It's his silence - the way his watchful eye scours the compound. He does not discipline his family for their mistreatment of you, but he does not engage in the behaviour himself. If anything, he seems wholly uninterested in you, addressing you only when he sees fit.
You're tense when he approaches, every muscle fibre pulled taut in your body. His gaze is locked on you, but his movements are slow. Languid. Like he enjoys watching you squirm as he approaches.
“Here, little rabbit.” He orders, voice firm and unwavering, but not cruel. Your ears twitch at the authority in his tone, and you're quick to walk towards him until you're right in front of him. He nods his head to the side, turning and walking away. A silent command for you to follow.
He's silent as he leads you to the clan meeting hall. There's a few faces you recognise here - the next most eligible heads of the Zen’in clan, along with its very own black sheep, Toji. Naobito orders you to strip, and you shakily comply, shaking slightly under the fox’s heavy gazes.
“You've all failed to produce any useful heirs to secure your place as the next head of the clan. Ogi has given us women, Toji - a bastard. My own son has not even produced a child, and as for you, Jinichi… I do not even wish to speak on the matter. You have somehow disappointed me more than your brother.”
Naobito kicks your trembling form forward, your body bare as you catch yourself before making contact with the floor. The wood is rough against your soft skin, your eyes flickering across the many faces of the Zen'in men staring down at you.
“A bunny. Not ideal, of course. But fertile enough I'm sure one of you will be able to fuck a useful heir into her by the end of today.”
The men are tense, gazing at each other for a few silent moments, as if eyeing up who gets first dibs. Ogi is the eldest, but seems thoroughly disinterested. Toji, although cocky, knows well enough that a fight will break out if he attempts to be the first to approach. The toss up is left between Naoya and Jinichi, who both look like they're about three seconds away from tearing each other apart.
Naoya steps forward first, which sets Jinichi off. He takes two large steps forward, his form dwarfing Naoya's as he squares up, determined to be the first to have you. Naoya's fur bristles, his tone conceited when he speaks up.
“I'm the rightful heir. It is my duty to breed her first.” He grunts, stepping in front of his cousin, glaring as he gazes up at the older man.
“You're nothing but a spoiled brat. I could tear you apart in seconds, little fox.” Jinichi growls, thick brows pulling together as he pushes Naoya to the side, baring his teeth at his cousin in frustration. He kneels, his hand coming down to smack your clit harshly before he forces two thick fingers into your cunt.
“Your son is too arrogant, uncle. You should teach him some respect.” He grunts, scissoring you open. You're much wetter than fox girls he's been with, slick gushing from you eagerly, streaming steadily down his hand to his wrist. “Bet a cock like that wouldn't even stretch out a tiny bunny girl like this, hmm?”
Naoya's tail bristles, a low growl forming in his throat as his lips curl back. “You watch your mouth old man, or I swear I'll-”
“Enough. Both of you. I'm sharing the girl as a gift to our clan - a means for you to produce heirs. Do not think I won't keep her to myself if you don't behave.” Naobito cuts in, his eyes narrowing as he gazes at the other Zen'in's. Ogi remains silent next to him, but his gaze is harsh and unwavering as he gazes at Naoya, making his disdain for his attitude abundantly clear.
Toji, who has been too busy watching his brother’s fingers splitting you open, scoffs at the eldest Zen’in. His eyes flick up to his uncle, and he cocks his head to the side. When he speaks, it's with barely restrained amusement. “You think you can keep up with a bunny at your age?”
Ogi speaks up for the first time then, his gaze narrowing in on Toji. “You should consider yourself lucky that a runt like you was even invited to join in on this.”
“Runt, huh? I'm bigger than you, ya old bastard.” He growls, ears pulling back as he straightens up, making himself appear bigger. You whimper as you gaze at the two men, but Jinichi doesn't stop stretching you out, leaving you mewling despite your discomfort.
Jinichi ignores their bickering in favour of pulling his fingers from your tight cunt, shedding his kimono and pulling his cock free. Your eyes widen as you get a lock at it, your chest heaving with nervous breaths.
“That's not… it's too big.” You squeak, eyes wide as he grips the back of your thighs, folding you in half effortlessly. In return, you get another harsh smack against your cunt, one that has you jolting with a whimper. He bares down on you, forcing his thick length into your tight hole, bottoming out with a low groan.
The stretch stings, making you whine and squirm against his body. His grip is unwavering, not allowing you to pull too far back from him. He doesn't grace you time to adjust as he presses your thighs to your chest, the weight of his body keeping you pinned. He sets a brutal pace, fat cock rutting into you mercilessly.
“I'm sick of waiting.” Naoya growls, his ears pulling back as he glares at his cousin. Jinichi bristles as he approaches, body growing rigid as the younger man approaches. “Let up for a second, huh? ‘M just gonna join ya. Fuckin’ brute.”
Jinichi scowls, but relents, pulling out of you long enough for Naoya to lie down, lifting you so your back is pressed against his chest. He sinks into you with a whine, tail swaying contentedly under him. The larger man returns, slowly pressing his length in along his cousin's with a grunt.
“Fuck… she's even tighter.” He practically purrs, continuing the brutal pace he set before. Naoya starts moving too, their cocks pistoning in and out in a rough rhythm that steals the air from your lungs.
Jinichi senses your discomfort, but the most he offers to soothe you is his tongue lapping at your skin, a soft growl rumbling in his chest. His head dips down to your chest, dark locks tickling your skin as he latches onto a nipple, sharp teeth grazing the fat of your breast. You mewl at the feeling, slick gushing from your cunt to aid in the movements of the cocks inside of you.
“So wet. Acting all shy, but your body knows what you're meant for.” Naoya coos, a condescending tone underlying his words. He sinks his teeth into the crook of your neck as he fucks into you, the sharp pain making you cry out. He loosens his jaw, lapping at the blood spilling from the bite. “A bunny bitch acting like she wasn't born to be bred.”
The other clan members watch the exchange, but Toji is most notably affected. His eyes are hooded as he stares at the way your hole stretches around his brother and cousin, eyes narrowed in on your slick cunt.
Jinichi's thrusts grow sloppily as he reaches his peak. He feels his knot swelling, and he pulls back from your breast and grits his teeth to surpass the urge to force it past your tight ring of muscle. He growls as he spills inside of you, filling him with your seed.
“Can't keep up, cousin?” Naoya teases, a shit-eating grin spreading across his face. Jinichi snaps at him in warning, easing his softening cock out of you.
“I'll rip your throat out with my teeth, you insolent brat.” He sneers, stepping away from you as Naoya continues to pound into you. Naoya rolls his eyes, his expression still smug as he rolls the both of you over and yanks your hips up so he can fuck you properly.
“Presenting all pretty f’me.” He teases, draping his frame over yours as he ruts into you desperately. “Just like a good breedin’ bitch, hmm?”
You whine low in your throat, bunny ears flopping limply by your face as you claw at the ground, pussy already sore from being treated so roughly. You do your best to roll your hips back to meet his thrusts, but you're already tired and your movements are sloppy and disorganised.
“Gonna knot this bunny cunt.” He murmurs, brows furrowing as he fucks into your drippy cunt. His knot catches your entrance, and he forces it in with a hiss of pleasure, tail twitching behind him. You feel his cum filling you, joining his cousin's as he rides out his high. He sits back with a satisfied sigh, making you yelp as his knot tugs you back with him.
“Did ya have to knot her?” Toji growls, tail stiffening as he approaches. “Been waitin' long enough as it is.”
“You can wait longer.” Naoya huffs, stretching his legs out to get comfortable as he waits for his knot to deflate. The next few minutes are tense as Toji's gaze remains locked on his cousin, waiting impatiently for his turn.
As soon as Naoya's knot deflates enough for him to wriggle free, Toji steps forward. He's stopped by a firm hand on his shoulder, Ogi's face expressionless as he pulls him back.
“I'm not sharing with the runt.” Ogi says simply, stepping towards you as he frees his cock without bothering to disrobe. “And I'm certainly not letting his seed dirty my cock. He can wait.”
Toji lunges, clearly looking for a fight, but one firm look from the head of the clan has him stopping, seething as he steps back again to watch his uncle slide easily into your used cunt. You're already sore and tender, and you know you're not going to last long with the deep, slow strokes Ogi's delivering.
You whimper as you clench around him, cumming on his cock. Your eyes water, lash line gathering tears that threaten to fall down your face. Ogi doesn't speak, or so much as acknowledge you, using you for nothing more than his own pleasure. The overstimulating pleasure has your back arching, and you mewl as you squirt, release flooding his cock and coating his lower abdomen.
His face wrinkles in distaste, but he just continues rocking his hips against yours until his knot swells. He doesn't knot you - but he buries himself to the swollen base of his cock before cumming deep in you. He pulls back, putting his cock away before nodding once in the direction of his brother and leaving the room.
Toji steps forward, cock already aching and drooling as he approaches. He seems to soften at your fucked out, exhausted expression and twitching thighs, his features softening almost imperceptibly.
“Shhh, it's alright, little one.” He coos, voice low as he nuzzles a floppy ear so only you can hear it. He knows what it's like used and discarded by the Zen'in’s, albeit in an entirely different way. “Won't make ya take my knot. I'll be careful.”
He sheaths his cock into you slowly, guiding each inch carefully into your swollen cunt. His thumb rubs circles into your clit, hoping to give you pleasure as he chases his own. He stays still when he's buried into you fully, the head of his cock twitching as it presses firmly against your cervix. He licks at your ears gently, coaxing you to relax before he starts fucking into you.
You whine and keen under him, lips open in a silent gasp as he fucks into you. You can barely keep your eyes open, lids fluttering as you peer up at him.
“Keep your eyes open, bunny.” He purrs, tail swaying behind him. “Don't pass out on me just yet.”
You whine softly, but force your eyes open. He grabs your hips, manhandling you so he can pull you back to meet his thrusts, bullying himself into your cunt with low grunts. “So fuckin’ tight after bein’ stretched by so many cocks, lil bunny.”
The squelching sounds of your abused cunt fill the room with every shift of his hips, your moans and whines growing louder as your orgasm crashes through you once again, your walls tightening around Toji's cock. He growls at the feeling, thrusting shallowly before shooting hot ropes of white deep inside your trembling form. He stays buried inside of you for a few moments, nuzzling at your neck before pulling back, ruffling your hair between your ears.
Naobito gestures for everyone to leave once Toji redresses before he beckons your exhausted body towards him. You can't even walk straight, your body shaking with exertion as you approach him. Cum drips down your inner thighs, the sensation making you cringe.
He fishes his cock out - its hard and leaky, the tip flushed red. You whimper softly at the thought of being bred again, but he clicks his tongue to silence you. He hoists you onto his lap, ears twitching as he slowly slides you down on his length. He grunts as he bottoms out, nosing at your hair before his tongue darts out to run along the length of one of your ears.
“Shh, little bunny. Just keeping you plugged, hmm? Making sure one of those useless bastards gives our family an heir.” He coos, uncharacteristically soft. His tail sways gently, greying fur brushing the soft skin of your thigh.
“You're one of us now. Gonna be carrying Zen’in kits in you soon. I'll make sure you're looked after.” He murmurs, holding you close to his chest, large hands rubbing up and down your back.
He starts thrusting slowly, tongue coming out to lathe gently across your skin to soothe as he guides you up and down on his cock. He barely pulls out, only shifting you a few inches so it's more of a slow grind.
“You're going to take my knot, little one. Then you can relax, and I'll have the servants draw you a bath.” He murmurs against your skin, nosing at the crook of your shoulder. He's old, and his stamina wasn't what it used to be, so it's not long before he pops his knot in you.
He holds you close as he floods you with his cum, your belly feeling full from all the loads you'd taken. He reaches up to stroke one of your floppy ears, running his fingers gently along your soft fur.
“Sleep, little rabbit. I will personally see to arranging a chamber for you in the compound until we can find out who the father is.” He almost purrs, gently stroking your ears until you drift off.

Imagine we get a time skip of Megumi and he’s just like hella buff? Like he grew up and it’s just his head on Tojis body (idk if I’m explaining this right). I honestly thinks he’s going to be a big guy cuz of Toji and Jinichi (Tojis brother)
Or maybe Toji was also kinda lean when he was young but then he beefed up randomly

For the recent addition of the Zenin Clan head AU, I wonder "very expensive present" that she will get for Toji and his to-be bride?
I actually haven't made up my mind on it yet haha.
Although, Shiki's first instinct for it would probably be to gift Toji with a Special Grade Cursed Tool -very expensive, very useful, and very stabby. But she probably gets talked out of it by a panicked Jinichi, who manages to get through to her that a weapon is not an appropriate wedding gift.

2018
He felt his smirk grow to a sneer as he practically slammed the door open, meeting Naobito’s wary gaze.
“Heard you were waiting for me to pay you a little visit,” he said simply, raising his eyebrows when the man stayed silent. “Something you might wanna talk to me about? No?”
Naobito’s eyes narrowed at him as he shrugged his shoulders.
“You gonna tell me what the fuck you did to her? Or am I gonna need to start-”
“I saved her fucking life,” Naobito snapped. “She was the one stupid enough to come barging in, screaming at anyone she could find. And I tried to get her to a goddamn doctor, but she left before-”
“Doctor wouldn’t have fucking helped her and you know it,” Gojo cut him off. “She would have died if she’d stayed for your doctor, and that was why you were fucking panicking.”
Stepping closer, he felt his sneer grow.
“Who started the fight?”
Naobito clenched his jaw before he shrugged.
“I wasn’t here, so I don’t-”
He pulled his shades off as he glared at the old man, watching fear flash in his eyes for a moment.
“Don’t bullshit me, old shit,” Gojo ordered, watching Naobito tense further. “You talk to each other. And ya had to for this shit, yeah? To get your goddamn stories straight for when I showed up. But you’re gonna tell me the fucking truth and then you’re gonna tell me where the fuck Jinichi is.”
When Naobito didn’t answer, he narrowed his eyes.
“Who started the goddamn fight?”
“Jinichi started the fight,” Naobito admitted. “Hit her on her way out.”
Gojo grinned as he placed his shades back onto his face.
“Wasn’t so hard, was it?” he asked, his grin widening until he was baring his teeth. “Now, where is he?”
“I won’t have you killing a member of the Zenin clan over that-”
“Call her a mistake, old man,” Gojo said quietly, letting his shades slip back down. “Or a half-breed. Go on, you piece of shit.”
Part of him wanted the old man to do it. To give Gojo the excuse to kill him for being part of why she fucking saw herself that way. Called herself a goddamn half-breed when that shit never even fucking mattered.
When Naobito clenched his jaw again, Gojo sighed and ran his hand through his hair as he gave him a bored look.
“I’ll make you a deal,” he reasoned, stuffing his left hand into his pocket. “Unfortunately for me, I can’t beat him as bad as he beat her. Ya know why, old man?”
Naobito stayed silent and Gojo pushed his shades up as he gave him a cold grin.
“Because Jinichi would die before we got even halfway to how bad he beat Kurisaki. On top of that, I promised her I’d beat him within an inch of his life if she gave me the okay.”
Naobito’s eyes narrowed at the last statement, and Gojo smirked, shrugging carelessly.
“Which means I gotta avoid that margin, too,” he continued. “But I’m sure you know all about these little specifics, huh? So here’s our deal: You tell me where Jinichi is, and I’ll let you decide if we go above or below that. Two inches from death or half an inch. Your choice.”
“He’s with the rest of the Hei,” Naobito relented, his eyes narrowing when Gojo’s grin widened into a sadistic one. “They won’t stand by while you-”
“They will,” Gojo cut him off, clapping his hands together once. “You’ll tell them to. Because if they don’t, our little deal is void. And I won’t give anyone else the same courtesy he gets this time.”
Leaning closer, he let his shades slip again as he stared into Noabito’s eyes.
“Now, you didn’t say which: above or below?”
-
Gojo pulled the piece of paper from his pocket and held it up after he unfolded it.
“Had Shoko make a chart just in case you need visuals,” he said gleefully, watching Jinichi roll his eyes. “List of all Kurisaki’s injuries. Had ‘em listed in order of how severe they were. Y’see this line here? That is the line where shit starts becoming fatal. Now, you see all of this?”
He pointed to the graphic slowly and grinned when he saw the fear flicker through Jinichi’s eyes.
It had made Gojo feel sick when Shoko first handed it over.
Cracked skull, ripped lungs, broken sternum, four broken ribs, three cracked vertebrae, broken cheek bone, bruised larynx, broken left hand, misc. internal bleeding, ruptured spleen, broken nose…
Oh, this piece of shit had done a number on Rinko, alright.
Gojo was even more surprised she was still alive after seeing the full list.
He’d make her cum for each injury after the fatal line once he was done here.
If she didn’t pass out first, he thought as he looked at the list. Might be too many for one sitting. She usually started crying around four-
“According to science, she should have died here.” Gojo pointed to the little mark. “So, here’s what we’re gonna do- hang on, lemme just-”
He retrieved the measuring strip from his pocket, causing Jinichi to roll his eyes again. Holding it up to the chart, Gojo located the injury listed exactly two inches from the fatal mark.
“That is where I’ll stop.”
Stuffing the paper and measuring strip back into his pockets, he pressed his hands together happily.
“Two inches from death. Just as agreed.”
Warping behind Jinichi, Gojo rammed his fist into the back of his head, throwing him out of the room and into the courtyard.
“Heard that was the first hit, hm?” he called, holding his hand up beside to mouth to make sure he was heard. “Back of her head? Weren’t even brave enough to face her in a fair fight?”
Warping again, he raised his leg and kicked Jinichi in the back. Squinting slightly, he made sure he aimed correctly. Shoko had said the fifth vertebrae.
“Don’t worry,” he stated calmly, grabbing Jinichi by the throat and slamming him back into the ground. “I didn’t put enough behind that kick to snap your spine quite as bad as you did hers. Shouldn’t paralyze you, yeah?”
Sadly.
“Now, while I don’t have seven fists,” Gojo mused, grinning as he went over the list in his head. “I think I can move fast enough to simulate that damage.”

Alone (!Platonic! Maki x ¡Cousin! Reader)
Tumblr media
This is just part of a story that I plan on writing (won't actually post until finished) but this is just the part where Maki slaughters the Zenin Clan. (Reader is technically not a good person? But it mainly because of the circumstances. They get better istg)
The day started off strange, you were called to speak with your father. The man that hardly speaks to you not just because of gender but because of your cursed energy alone. One thing that never changed was his apathetic and serious tone, as if talking to you was just a job rather than something he actually wanted to do.
You had been blocking out most of the conversation, up until Ranta came barging into the room in a cold sweat. He looked panicked, and you watched him, in shock as his next words would leave you pondering.
"It's Maki! She's killed Ogi, and the servants too!! She's taking us out like child's play!" Ranta says in a frantic tone, Jinichi however, sighs as if the information bothers him that little. He tells Ranta to take him to her, and you decide on staying back. For some reason, you feel too tired to fight. You stand, and ponder on Maki's sudden turn. It makes you shift uncomfortably in your spot.
____________
It didn't take long for the fight to be over, Maki killed Ranta, you can see his corpse laying limp in the background, and of course she killed your father. She's carrying his head in her hand afterall.
For some reason, that's not what bothers you. What bothers you so much is why you're alive still, you coughed up some blood as she gets up from the rubble left after the brutal fight. This could be the heavens way of complicating your life one more time before it's ended.
You watch as she holds the head of your father, and no matter how you stare... it just doesn't make you sad. All that's going through your mind is how troublesome this all is 'Everyone is so much stronger, no matter how much I train I'm always left behind...what a complicated life...'.
Every step she takes just screams power, it seeps into your open scars and it burns, but you don't feel bitter. Not anymore. Out of the twins, you always liked Maki more despite the lack of cursed energy. It was Mai you thought you hated.
"Hey." You say, a weak or lazy smile on your face as blood dripped from your lips. Now that you see the sword, now that you see the power, you also see that you never hated Mai. You simply hated the fact that she was so similar to you, and yet she was blessed with a sibling, while you were alone.
(Disclaimer!: I love Mai, I promise-)

𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐨 𝐬𝐨𝐮𝐩 [toji fushiguro]
Tumblr media
synopsis: toji will never forget the first night he spent away from the zenin clan and the day he met you.
pairing: toji fushiguro x f!reader | song inspo: saw you in a dream, timeless | hidden inventory: the lost tapes series masterlist
warnings: mentions of emotional abuse but generally pretty much a fluff fic where toji and y/n meet for the first time. | a/n: finally launching my little love project called “hidden inventory: the lost tapes”! 🍒
Now isn’t this just perfect?
Toji’s is just one inconvenience away from just going back to the Zenin clan with his tail between his legs. First, he underestimates just how expensive living in Tokyo is so, with what little pocket money his emotionally distant mother gave him before he left the estate, the first thing he does is spend it all on a girl — in broad daylight — he’s heard his brother, Jinichi, talk about those cute little call girls that crawl the streets of Kabukichō with flyers in their hand for thirty-minute “massages”. Naturally, as a young man who is only first experiencing the carnal joys the city has to offer, Toji was curious and he took the bait.
A bait that cost him ¥30,000 and the girl was unfortunately sloppy at best.
Now, he doesn’t have money to buy so much as a soggy red bean pancake for dinner. He doesn’t know how long he’s been walking around this dingy part of Shinjuku but as long as the red light district’s trashy ambience is distracting him from the growling of his stomach, then, he’ll stumble around this hellhole until morning.
“Ha! You won’t even last two minutes out there!” That’s what Naobito Zenin, the head of the clan said to him when he left. “Only two things await you when you get out of here, either you’ll die hungry or a cursed spirit will get to you first — either way, you’ll die with your eyes wide open with no one!”
Overrun by his thoughts, Toji doesn’t even notice that he accidentally intruded on a random cockroach and curse-infested alleyway that apparently belonged to some junkie who is now angrily telling him to get lost. “I was just looking for a place to sit down,” Toji scoffs. Weren’t they both bottom feeders in this city? Why was this rancid-smelling meth addict acting like he’s any better than him?
“Well, go sit somewhere else, this place is off-limits!”
It was almost funny how Toji thought that the world beyond the gates of the Zenin estate was any better than the shit show he was born into.
He should have known better than to be enticed by the glitz and glamour of living independently from his abusive family who at least had the decency to feed him maggoty rice from the estate’s second storehouse dedicated to prepare the animals’ food. They also gave him shelter, of course, he’s had to live in the Zenin estate’s shed for a while now since his father discovered he was born useless without an ounce of cursed energy. But at least he was warm, and the termites made him feel less lonely.
He continues on in his aimless quest. The night is still young. There’s plenty of time for self-depreciating introspection.
Hopefully, that grade three cursed spirit that’s been following him around the block for a while now gets to him first before the rain does.
Tumblr media
“That guy over there,” your coworker whispers to you from the cash registers. “He’s been there for a while now and he hasn’t ordered anything.”
You look up from your pocketbook, your eyes curiously trained on the rugged looking man whose eyes were downcast, trained on the service water he requested from the counter when he came in. As if he could feel a pair of eyes on him, he looks up, and glances your way for a bit but you quickly hide your face behind your book.
“He kinda looks like trouble, no? Shady too, just look at the scar on his lip…”
“It’s not fair to judge someone like that, Rika-chan,” you whispered to your junior, turning to arrange the menus, painstakingly wiping each one clean with a cloth dampened with sanitizer. A small smirk appears on Toji’s lips at your passive defense of his character and as if to goad you on, he drums his fingertips against the table daring you to say another word. “Anyway, I’ll handle closing the shop tonight. You need to get home since you have class in a few hours.”
That seemed sudden. Rika looks at you funnily before shrugging off her apron in favor of her raincoat. “Well, alright, if you insist. Should I clean up the kitchen at least?”
“I’ll handle it,” you give her a thumbs up, waving her goodbye as she leaves through the backdoor. Now that you’re alone, you could hardly stop yourself from glancing at the mysterious man, and Toji himself wonders if his presence here is starting to turn into a nuisance. You were probably waiting for him to step out so you could close shop for the night but it’s raining hard right now and there are no other places open nearby to take shelter in.
The chair’s feet screeches against the wooden floorboards and you head to the restaurant’s kitchen. Toji stares at your retreating form, looks like he overstayed his welcome. He searches around for a few coins to give to you for your hospitality, of course, it probably doesn’t mean jack shit, but you must have known he didn’t have enough money for a meal when he came in here. You would have realized that immediately. But you allowed him to stay regardless.
You return a couple of minutes later with a bowl miso soup with ginger pork gyoza and shredded cabbages. You set the bowl down in front of him and Toji is thoroughly taken aback, he looks at you dumbfounded. “I don’t have any money,” his voice comes out a little gruffly but you barely flinch at the sharp edge of his tone.
“Don’t worry about it.”
Refilling his water, you explained that while you could have easily stuffed those leftovers back in the freezer, customers wouldn’t want to eat frozen food, so, you decide to heat these items up to give to him instead. “Oh,” Toji answers a little dumbly. “Or you could have thrown them out.” He stares at the sumptuous meal in front of him. Even in the Zenin estate, he never had such good food laid out in front of him before and it was surreal to see a stranger do the things his family should have done for him.
You return to the counter, leaning on your forearms as you engage in light banter with him. “You’re saying I should feed rats over people?” you chuckled, sitting back down, smiling softly when Toji gingerly bringing the bowl of miso soup to his lips, the rich earthy broth warming his throat that he lets out a content sigh.
He smirks at your little remark. “I’m saying you shouldn’t make a habit of feeding strays.” He polishes his soup bowl clean within minutes and you have to remind him to slow down every now and then as you watched him eat ravenously. “You never know when you could get that dainty hand of yours bitten off.”
You blushed pink at that. He was right, being too generous could cost you dearly one day but being the altruistic soul that you are, you’ll probably continue to be graciously selfless despite the risk of being taken advantage of. It’s just how you are as a person who believes that a little kindness can make the world better than it was yesterday. “I…don’t really know about that…whether I get bitten or not by the people I help isn’t really something I can control. The world would be better off if people just learned to be kind to one another.”
Toji hums at your naive countenance, folding his arms over the table. The room is silent for a few minutes save for the occasional rumble of thunder in the distance. “You’re kinda dumb, aren’t ya?”
“And you’re a pessimist,” you answered, quirking an amused eyebrow at him. “Who doesn’t even know how to say thank you.” You stand up to clear out the table, a teasing glint in your eyes as your curious orbs collide.
Toji scoffs, leaning against his seat, crossing his legs. At his reluctance, you shake your head, giggling softly. What an infuriating interesting guy. Toji hears the rushing of tap water from behind the counter and he smiles inwardly. The rain begins to slowly stop and he takes this window of opportunity to leave.
You don’t even try to hide your disappointment when you come back to the dining room only to find it empty, the stranger having left nothing in his wake — not a goodbye, not a thank you, and certainly not his name — except a single rusty five yen coin on the table.
Tumblr media
Clang-dong!
“Hello, welcome—“ You stop mid-sentence. Your throat constricting with a mix of emotions, the most dominant one being joy at this happy chance, you’d recognize those sharp dark green eyes anywhere despite only first seeing them a week ago. After all, they looked so dangerously beautiful under the dim light of the dining room’s ceiling lampshade. “—back. Welcome back,” you smiled brightly at Toji.
Toji nods, his hand coming up to cover his lips as he coughs once. “Thanks…ah, right — shit, where is it?” After rummaging around his parachute jacket’s many pockets, he finally takes out his wallet and you look at him, bewildered, when he hands a few hundred yen bills to you. “For last week. Sorry I couldn’t pay you back then.”
“It’s fine.” You take his larger, calloused hand and return the money which Toji responds to by stubbornly placing it on the table.
Toji pinches the bridge of his nose when you playfully return the gesture by rolling it up and placing it in his jacket pocket, buttoning it. “Look, it was real nice of you to treat me back then, but I’m not a charity case, alright? I just wanna pay my dues.”
“Then, a simple ‘thank you’ is enough.” Toji just couldn’t understand you. You have absolutely no reason to be nice to him, but you are. For a moment, he begins to fall into the enticing thought that maybe life outside the Zenin estate won’t be too bad after all if there are people like you still around just waiting at random corners to be found in joyful happenstances such as waiting out a storm at a random family-style restaurant over a heartwarming serving of miso soup with tender pieces of gyoza and cabbage.
Relenting, he smirks at you, unable to figure you out. “Thank you.”
“Anyway, need a table for lunch?” you smiled warmly at him as you lead him to the table he sat in a week ago which you now affectionately refer to as ‘his’ table instead of table number four.
Toji nods following your lead and chuckling when you hand him the menu. “Where’s that thing I had last time?“ he oddly flips through the booklet.
“Oh uh…it’s not on the menu actually, but I could make that for you if you’d like.”
“Sounds good.” Toji hands you back the menu. You are just about to scurry away to the kitchen when he calls out to you. “So, do you have a name or should I just keep referring to you as gyoza girl or something?” Embarrassed at the way your knees seem to become weak at his boyish grin, you have to take a few deep breaths before turning around to face him again. “I’m Toji.”
He doesn’t say his last name. He doesn’t feel the need to anymore now that he’s finally closing the door to his past. You nod, noting how the name suited him. It’s brief but strong, muted but loud in its rhythm. Toji. At that moment, you find it impossible to name a prettier sound. After a few excruciating minutes in the kitchen, you come back out with two bowls of miso soup this time around and you sit down on the chair directly in front of him.
“Y/N.”
Toji repeats the melody of your name in his head. “And how much do I owe ya for this, Y/N?”
You shrugged as the two of you dig in, your hand coming up to cover your mouth as you chew the steamed gyoza, joining him as he laughs (well, he’s scoffing more than actually laughing, really), his eyes alight with wonder, when you simply say, “Five yen.”

A Zenin baby
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Synopsis: Toji hears that his older brother got married, and he has to give his wife a little visit.
Tags: Smut, PinV, breeding kink, cheating, some degradation
Pairing: Toji Fushiguro x fem!reader
Tumblr media
High pitched mewls fall from your lips as Toji pounds into you, his large hands keeping your knees pinned to your shoulders, your tight cunt squeezing around his cock. He has you on your living room floor, the hard wood digging into your back as you mindlessly scratch at his.
“That’s it baby, that’s it,” he hushes you as tears fall from your eyes. “Take it deep inside you.”
This was wrong, so, so, so wrong. You are his brother’s wife. You never should’ve let Toji in in the first place, the man exiled from the Zenin clan, but you had had a weak spot for him since you were children. You genuinely had thought that he wanted to talk, but Toji had known even before he stepped foot into your house what was going to happen. It was typical; Jinichi had struck a deal with another renowned clan to marry you, hopefully assuring another generation of powerful sorcerers. When Toji had heard about the marriage, that old bitterness crept up, and there was only one way to sate it.
His thumb smears against your lower lip and you dutifully open your mouth, letting him slide his finger in and press down on your tongue. He grinned down at you. “So meek. I’ll have to give it to Jinichi, he did a good job of beating you down.”
It had been no trouble at all to get under your skirt. A bit of talking, some flirting, a well placed squeeze at your thigh and you were drooling all over him. He couldn’t imagine his brother was much of a good husband - strict, easily offended-, and hell, he never had been either, but he never would’ve let his wife become so touchstarved.
He drags his cock out slowly, inch per inch, before cruelly slamming back in, your tongue pressing against his thumb as you scream. “Such a naturally gifted sorcerer, with a bit of training you could’ve been one of the best, but no. Your daddy already had enough heirs carrying his legacy, so you got turned into nothing more than a cump dump.”
Your face flushes with embarrassment but you don’t protest, making his grin grow wider. “Don’t worry, you’ll get your Zenin baby.”
His hips snap against your ass in hard, short thrusts, groaning low in his throat at the way you cream around his cock. Such a good cunt, he would’ve knocked you up with a brat months ago.
Toji retrieves his thumb from your mouth, wanting to hear your moans without any muffling as your slick walls pulse around him.
“T-toji, please.” More tears prick at your eyes as you beg. For what? you aren’t sure, both wanting him to stop and to never let you go.
He presses a kiss to your forehead, the action mockingly gentle as he bends himself even tighter over your body. “Just a bit more sweetheart and you’ll get your reward.”
Your mindlessly nod your head, your back arching off of the floor when he brings a finger down to rub at your clit. His pace is relentless, desperate to claim you as his in this short time he has where you’re alone. Whether it is purely to spite his family, or because there’s an inkling of feelings for you, he isn’t sure, but no doubt you are picturing the former as he fucks you.
It doesn’t take long for you to cum, clenching around his cock and pressing sloppy kisses to his face. You are so, so desperate to feel some affection, it’s both cute and pathetic at the same time. He gives you what you want, kissing you passionately as he bullies his cock into you.
You whine low in your throat as he squeezes your cheeks with one hand, forcing his tongue into your mouth, and you only gush around him harder.
“One more baby,” he groans against your lips as he rubs your poor, overstimulated clit. “One more and I’ll breed this greedy little cunt, do what he couldn’t.”
Toji almost cums right then and there when your eyes widen slightly, shining with need, hope. You really are too much. He holds you tightly in the mating press, enjoying the way your arms wrap around his neck, nipping meanly at your bottom lip.
With one more sharp thrust and a pinch at your clit, you second orgasm washes over you, your body writhing underneath him. If his tongue wasn’t in your mouth he’s sure the neighbors would’ve been able to hear you scream.
He pulls away from your lips, bucking wildly into your tight heat. “Fuck, that’s it. Take it.”
With a loud groan he cums, burying his cock into you to the hilt, making sure every drop of it goes deep inside you. He gives shallow, sloppy thrusts, smirking at the lewd squelching sounds coming from your filled pussy.
Toji gifts you with one more kiss before he pulls out of you, letting his seed trickle down your ass and onto the floor. He wipes his cock off on the skirt of your dress, flips it down to cover you up, and gets up.
“That was great,” he says, looking over his shoulder with a grin as he approaches the front door. “I’ll keep my ear out for the pregnancy announcement.”
And with a casual wave goodbye like you’d just given him some tea, he’s gone, leaving you stumped and breathless on the floor.
