They’ve changed a ton but I’ve had these guys (in some capacity) since I was legitimately 12. They’re twins, they’re from Canada, they’re separate classes w differing mechanics but I imagine they can switch out for each other as needed. Holotype, what if you were working at a museum cataloging a collection of random shit from a long dead antiquarian and found a tooth from an alleged early human relative... and then you're life started getting weird, and you can't sleep anymore, and when you do sleep you're back in time with a tribe of ? people? certainly people but what kind? and the more time you spend asleep the more your dreams become lucid, and the more your own jaw begins to ache.

Cat & Mouse, survive the night from the POV of the hunter, and also the local reporter who's boss does NOT wan't her looking into why all these people keep going missing outside of town.

Are You In the City? Are You On The Other Side? song fic based on The Other Side by NVDES, matt rempe/jack hughes feminization threeshot with a side of cooking as flirting, 'i reallllly shouldn't like this dude' and the inherent lack of couth that crossing state lines for a hookup entails.

Nesting Fluff, connor bedard/kevin korchinski non traditional omegaverse nesting fic, basically in this verse secondary sex is a vestigial trait, only about 5-10% of people ever present, it is usually brought on by stress/life changes, and the affects are on the mild side. Connor high off his ass after getting his jaw broken starts nesting in the shooting room at the practice facility, Kevin keeps him company and *amanda seyfried voice* DOT DOT DOT!!!

Kiss Me Over The Garden Gate, Quinn Hughes/Brady Tkachuk, lake house fic, 'secret dating' (everyone knows) quinn and brady and gross and in love and matthew, jack, and luke are DISGUSTED by it, but they can't confront them because they made a pact to let them come out on their own timeline, but HOLY SHIT its been YEARS can they please come out so we can stop seeing this?!?! and it's also about building a life together when you live across a continent from one another, the white picket fence aspirations that a lot of queer people have but that they think are unobtainable, and how to be a good boyfriend when you're thousands of kilometres away.

Just for fun, here are all of my mains and their alt colors I use!

• Luigi and Sonic's blue and orange alternates I use as a reference to my favorite sports team, the Edmonton Oilers!

• Falco's red alternate gives him a red jacket, which is what I often wear.

• Shulk's alternates are referencing Dunban and Reyn, two of my favorite characters from Xenoblade Chronicles! I also chose them because I didn't want to use underwear Shulk like 99% of the world...

• I mostly use the Black banded Pac-Man, but I love the oven mits too! I probably link this one to my love of food and cooking!

• I love bumblebees, and I show it with Ness's yellow alternate!

• I like emeralds, and one of my favorite video games is Pokémon Emerald... So I went with Roy's emerald alternate color!

• Zelda's blue alternate color kinda reminds me of Sypha from Castlevania (specifically the Netflix show), and even the fact they both cast magic further draws similarities between them.

• I grew up with Sonic Adventure, so of course I had to go with the Crystal Ring alternate for Sonic!

• The black and purple alternate for Ness is reminiscent of how I would dress in middle school/high school. Also, when I thought edgy was cool for every character in Brawl... Now I just use the excuse "I like Mr. Saturn" if anyone asks.

The other colors I didn't touch on, I just think they look cool!

Zelda II and choir performance

Last month I took part in Power Up With Pride, which is an online video game speedrunning event which benefits LGBTQ charities. It was a really unique run! MegMacAttack played a speedrun of Zelda II for NES while I played all the music live on the piano! I switched songs whenever she switched rooms in order to match what the music would have been normally. It took me about 2 months to learn all eleven songs. It took a lot of concentration and was a great challenge. I enjoyed it a lot!
