Here’s another fun Azriel fact: he still owns a mansion in BBQ from when he was alive. That’s where he takes Zazel when he kidnaps him takes him away from Enma Palace.

He has an indoor pool and an outdoor pool

He’s got all the rooms from the game Clue, Secret passages included.

He was pretty rich in life, and as long as he can keep the state from seizing his property he’s gonna have the house in his death too

If we strictly talk about Shadow Side, then I don't hate it, their dynamic could be really interesting regarding the second movie and the evolution Zazel has undergone.

However, Zazel X Enma from the second movie is absolutely cursed in my opinion. The fact that Enma is still a child and is shipped with an adult already feels wrong, and even more disturbing when we know that Zazel is still mourning the loss of Ancient Enma ! Zazel has already endured too much trauma to be shipped with the cause of his pain.

I see more Zazel as a parental figure for Enma. The poor king couldn't rely on anybody after Ancient Enma past away, and his chairman was basically the only adult around that could help him navigate through the hardships of what it meant to become a king.

Please give Zazel some friends as well, and therapy to Enma- ;-;

“Prisoner.”

The man in the cell looked up from his hands to lock eyes with his visitor.

“Lord Nurarihyon,” he said, surprised. “Why are you here? The Great King forbade all visitors to me, due to my… communication skills.”

“You are correct, human,” Nurarihyon said. “I simply fell prey to my curiosity, I must admit. A small part of me wishes you could go free.”

“Then free me,” the prisoner said, standing up and approaching the bars separating him from the yo-Kai. “You must know deep down that what you’re doing is wrong. If humans and Yo-Kai were never supposed to interact, then why are some human children gifted the ability to see you? Why create ways to communicate if it’s wrong?”

“I do not claim to know how Lord Enma’s mind works,” Nurarihyon said. “He is a great ruler, and I trust his judgment. If he says you must die for your… abilities, then I have no choice but to go along with him.”

“But are you not Nurarihyon?” The prisoner asked. “Don’t you have the power to bend others to your will?”

“It doesn’t quite work like that,” Nurarihyon sighed. “I… I don’t even know why I’m here. If the Great King found me here, he’d have my head.”

“Please, Nurarihyon,” the prisoner said. “I know you have the power in you. I know you can disregard the Great King’s orders and let me live. You’ve already done so in visiting me, disobeying orders.”

Nurarihyon looked off to the side, deep in thought.

“…this is exactly why you must die,” He said eventually. “Your ideas and thoughts are corrupting the natural order of things. I should never have come visit you. Lord Enma was right.”

“…so be it,” The prisoner said. “When I come back, and I will come back, I’ll make Enma pay.”

“You won’t be coming back for a long time, Alexander,” Nurarihyon said. “Your soul is meant to be sent straight to the infinite inferno.”

“I’ll find a way out,” Alexander promised. “And when I do, Lord Enma will be sorry he crossed me.”

“I will be in the crowd at your execution,” Nurarihyon said. “…I hope it is painless.”

“I’ll see you when I become a Yo-Kai,” Alexander said. “And I’ll have my revenge. Whether you like it or not.”

I also thought they all died, but actually it may be far less extreme than that-

This image was not the only one leaked by Konishi to promote his manga ! There was another one he posted before, revealing a bit more about the scenario.

These two images of the 23rd volume show us the Godfather who seems to have freed every bosses of the different games from the Infinite Inferno, very probably in order to take back the throne of the Yomakai.

And judging by how strong he has become now, it could mean that the manga panel with Nate and the others smiling rather happen when the Ghoulfather was beaten and exploded in a street near the palace, and the shockwave of the explosion is strong enough to make believe that it touched the whole city.

I could definitely be wrong, but I don't think Konishi would "spoil" the surprise and dramatic ending of a manga he's been caring for for all these years. Unless, there wouldn't be any point in reading it, or at least not as much excitement.

But anyway, this is just my theory about this matter, I may be completely wrong, and I'm sorry if that's the case '^^

Ok was someone supposed to tell me that apparently the Yw manga ends with absolutely EVERYONE getting obliviated or was I supposed to learn it myself by looking at a twitter account’s likes???
