I made sure to write the last chapter early because I did and that with my last multi chapter fic and it worked out well!

anyway we got zim and tak driving around in tak’s ship, keef’s just awkwardly sitting there, gir is singing peanut butter jelly time and mimi is dancing along. I think this is the first time I’ve drawn Keef, which is honestly surprising to me? he’s one of my fav background characters other then skoodge. I also forgot minimoose. I always forget about his existence 😭 :(

I don't know if this fits for this blog or not, but please fandom, can you be more consistent with the tags? I can't count how many times came across something like this:

"ZADR, ZADF, ZADE", "ZASR, ZASF", "PRAZR, PRAZF, PRAZE", "TAGR, TAGF", "ZATR, ZATF", etc. Pick one please, not everyone likes these ships or friendships! Some people just wanna look at gen content and blocking the tags isn't helpful this way because platonic content already isn't that common.

Also if you draw something that obviously a ship, can you put more tags than "Invader Zim", please? Invader Zim ship names are usually not that long. You shouldn't have a problem with typing out "PMAZR" for example. You can also tag "ZAPMR/Zimbrane/Zim/Membrane", or any other combination if you like those better, just pick one!

Not to mention the unfitting tags, like putting a shipping tags to something unrelated to it fishing for notes. Can you just tag what's actually there?

Seriously though, modern fandom, y’all need to remember that you can, like, ship multiple ships. 

Like I can ship two ships that are diametrically opposed, at the same time, because I like both ideas. You don’t have to choose one or the other. 

Like I can ship, for example, Sam/Frodo, and also Sam/Rosie, both AT THE SAME TIME. I don’t have to pick ONE couple and denounce all others, and tell everyone else that their ships are WRONG and BAD and mine is the only TRUE AND CORRECT ship.

A Genuine Question:

Are ships like ZaSf (Zim and Skoodge friendship) and ZaTf (Zim and Tenn friendship) okay or would these ships be problematic (ex: they would be inc*stual, p*dophilic, toxic, etc)?

If these ships are bad, then would OC ships be problematic, too? (Ex: My OCs Zennith Yttik and Zira Yttik being friends with Zim and/or Skoodge)

hi guys. I’ve got a plan for a sequel to Wail Of The Siren!!!

The is either going to be What Lurks Beneath the Surface or Blood is Thicker than Water. I’m still deciding.

WLBtS/BiTtW takes place a year after the original, the first chapter taking place on Dib’s 13th birthday.

I’m currently writing the first chapter and I’m planning out the whole thing.

It’s not as light hearted as the og, it actually gets angsty pretty quick-

All I have to say about the plot is it’s surprisingly Membrane centric unlike its predecessor. (Mostly because he and the oc were friends at one point of their lives. I’m trying my best to not give specifics.)

Dib and Gaz are still a main focus besides that though.

There’s also going to be some ZaTf. (I would say how that happened but that’d spoil a few things most likely.)

and of course, just like it’s predecessor, it’s going to also have some ZaDr, TaGr, and GaMf and other stuff.

It might also have 10 chapters like its predecessor? It might be shorter, I’m thinking it’ll be about 7 or 8 chapters.

And also as I mentioned there’s an oc character. (Who I actually based off a character from a different show that I watch and it shows 😭).

anyway I hope y’all will like the sequel. I’m hoping to release it sometime soon, probably later this month or in July. I want to a good chunk of it before I post it though, just like what I did this Wail Of The Siren. I had 4/10 chapters written before hand. I’m also making a master post for this whole au! I still need to upload some of the chapters on here and add some stuff
